We had a rest in Tsandrypsha with Anna at the end of August. The room is very comfortable, cozy and clean, well renovated, everything you need is available. Each room has its own table and chairs. You can cook in the large communal kitchen, where there is plenty of space. By the way, a nice bonus is that clean mountain water flows from the tap, which you can drink. In the courtyard there are gazebos, fountains, flower beds and even...Peacocks! They keep everything clean and tidy. Anna herself is very friendly and helpful, always in touch. Thanks for the rest) I recommend it!

They were at the end of July 2024. It was booked back in April. The main condition was proximity to the sea, because my grandchildren were 2 and 6 years old. Anna assured on the phone that it would take no more than 15 minutes to walk to the sea. In fact, it turned out to be at least 30, and we with the children and all 45 on a bad road, where you can't hold a child in a stroller. Yes, it is also necessary to climb the mountain at the end of the return trip. In general, the path to the sea turns into a test, so at best you will want to overcome no more than once a day, which is impossible with children, because they need a nap in comfortable conditions. As for the conditions in the guest house, they are really good. But keep in mind that the territory is small and densely populated. Therefore, there is an incredible crush in the kitchen during rush hours. I didn't like the attitude of the owners either. Of them, only Anna's mother was friendly. This is even taking into account the peculiarities of the inhabitants of Abkhazia) And the worst thing, I would say unacceptable in a guest house (if of course you are interested in its fullness), is a certain Elena. She seems to be a relative of the mistress of the house, Anna, but performs the role of a maid. So she is not just not friendly, but behaves as if you live there for your money, but came uninvited to visit, in short, "poor relatives". We were lucky, because we did not have time to pay for the entire period of stay (two weeks), but only to make an advance payment for two days. Therefore, two days later we moved out and had a great rest in the same village in another guest house by the sea! And in conclusion, I want to say that I thought for a long time before writing this review, but I couldn't resist, because I think that the assessment should be honest against the background of all the enthusiastic ones). And the country is certainly beautiful! I think we'll come back here more than once, but now we'll be more careful, because we fell for these rave reviews and almost overshadowed our entire vacation!

The descent and ascent of the hill is a fact, but for our family, with two small children, this is not an obstacle, 20 minutes on foot, with a visit to the store and you are at the sea! And what a thrill it is when you compete with the little ones along the way, you catch up with each other, you hear: "Mom, I'm the first!" In general, who is going why)

I think it was almost everything!!! Swimming in the open sea, meeting with dolphins, a trip to Lake Ritsa and a trip to Holy places, Stalin's cottage and waterfalls, a walk along the evening Gagra, rest at sea and evening gatherings, songs, dances and declarations of love🩷
All this and much more was here, in the land of the soul, in the company of wonderful people whom we were lucky enough to meet and, of course, those who have been preserving harmony and creating comfort for 10 years. After all, as everywhere else, the most important thing is the weather in the house)

We were here in September 23, the three of us. Great guest house! The price is low. The rooms are very nice, with air conditioning, TV, bathroom, shower. Excellent sound insulation between rooms. A good kitchen for cooking, lots of dishes and refrigerators.
There is a playground and horizontal bars nearby.
It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the sea. It was a joy for us to walk, along the way there are shops and cafes.
The hosts are very welcoming and pleasant. If you need something, they will always help and prompt you.
I recommend it from the bottom of my heart! I hope to come back here again.

Our vacation at Anna Guest House is full of positive impressions and emotions!
Hospitable hosts , cleanliness and design of the territory, all for 5+. We were very worried since we were driving for the first time.But when we arrived at the room, we realized that this place is the best for our plans and holidays. The most exciting excursions, the sea is nearby, 10-15 minutes, even a little uphill, even for the best for us (lost weight).We went to Gagra, Sukhum, and the Ritsa.The nature is fabulous.We will definitely return and only to Anna!!!

In addition to the wonderful nature, the warm sea and the gentle sun, our vacation has become much brighter thanks to the wonderful Anna, Ruslan, Alina and Angela. Wonderful hosts of the wonderful guest house Anna. Cleanliness, comfort, delicious homemade compotes, jams, wines, fresh chicken eggs, and most importantly wonderful people - all this is at Anna guest house. They really live here as one big friendly family! Anna is a great, responsive hostess, warmly welcomes, answers all questions. Ruslan is a master of excursions! Our trip to the waterfalls and the Ritsa is impossible to imagine without Ruslan. A very careful driver, attentive to the condition of passengers. I really enjoyed riding together - comfortably and safely! 🌊Angela is a wonderful hostess who cooks insanely delicious compotes, jams, tkemali! Treats each guest like a family. She brewed a wonderful herbal tea when we were ill and put tea on our feet during the day. Alina is the diamond of this wonderful family! Our acquaintance began with her) Alina took us to the guest house when we were wandering around the village. She is a very responsive girl who loves babies. We have been vacationing with Anna for 7 years. We will not change her vacation to any other guest house. The most luxurious, cozy rooms, a huge green courtyard with a rose garden, a fountain, a waterfall castle, gazebos for a comfortable stay! We love wonderful and sincere hosts Anna, Ruslan and the kindest Angela!

We had a rest from July 30 to August 9. We stopped by at night, we were met by the hostess herself, attentive, hospitable Anna. The room had a shower, toilet, air conditioning, TV. For all guests there is a shared kitchen where you can cook, with enough utensils. Clear. There is a barbecue area, a living area with chickens and peacocks, a garden with flowers and shrubs inside the yard, and in another place a corner with a turtle. The staff was always greeted with a smile and helped with any question. The owners of the guest house also organize excursions around Abkhazia. I liked everything.

Everything is there in this place, but everything is like in a hostel. We lived in a room without amenities. The furniture and bed are of average quality. But in general, everything is clean. On-site parking for four cars. I didn't go to the sea, we went to Pitsunda, so I can't say anything about the local beaches.

Then I advise you to go to visit Anna and Ruslan.
Why:
1. The guys really care about their guests.
2. Your children will run in the company of other children inside the complex.
3. You will remember how it is to drink tap water. We measured the water quality with a device. She is really the purest.
4. 15 minutes to the sea. And this is an opportunity not to get better from sweets. We didn't get better.

I will be honest about the advantages: the hosts are hospitable, the house and territory are beautiful, the rooms (although small, but clean and renovated). Of the cons: after 23 o'clock, not a quiet hour begins (as it is written in the "information for residents"), but on the contrary, adults start hanging out, loud conversations, alcohol, music is not very loud, but still, laughter, I would say neighing and so on until 2 o'clock, smokers allow smoking wherever they want and this stinky smell gets into your room. It takes 18-20 minutes to the sea at a leisurely pace, not 12 min., as we were told, it's hard to climb downhill from the sea (especially those with sore legs). The kitchen is a special place, it's too small for 23 rooms, I would say the dishes too, in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for dinner there are a lot of people and everyone gets in each other's way, many do not clean up after themselves (leave the table not wiped, dirty dishes in a pile. on the sink and on the stove), there are only 4 refrigerators, one of them is the largest does not cool at all, the products deteriorate. And also, in general, one of the vacationers ate some of our products (it is necessary, apparently they came from a hungry land). Unpleasant. If you like this kind of vacation, then you are here.

Wonderful, hospitable hosts. Nice guest house, with good finishes, beautiful courtyard. It's a long way to the sea, if with a car it's the best option, but without children it's hard. It is very well located, you can get a connection from any Russian operator and talk like at home. It's not as stuffy as downstairs, great views of the mountains and Adler are visible.
