Convenient location, quiet street, very kind and helpful hosts. There are a lot of different greenery in the yard, cozy gazebos under the trees. Several barbecues and a large kitchen with a long countertop, Anna will tell you where to get good meat for a barbecue)) Valodya will treat you to homemade wine and the beginning of a pleasant evening is ready)

If Abkhazia, then only Alakhadze, and only Anna has Alakhadze.
Very hospitable people, we felt at home.
The sea is a 5-minute walk away, the beach is clean, pebbly. There is a grocery store nearby, a cafe with a very wide menu within walking distance.
It is very convenient to go to the Ritsa or Gagra.
The markets are on the next street, the night traffic is also there, a very quiet place.

We've been here more than once! Very clean, cozy, calm. It's close to the sea. The beach is pebbly. The sea is clear. There are more than three canteens and shops on the next street, there is always a choice. Thanks to Anna and Volodya! Prosperity to you!
