A modern complex, but many disadvantages: 1. There is no nearby place where you can buy water and something to eat. Especially during any competitions 2. When conducting contact martial arts, there are no places to warm up. 3. There are very few seats for spectators.

A good beach, you can relax perfectly, there is only one thing, but local people really made a mess of it, cleaned it, but one could not cope, at least put it in order a little.
