The tires are lying in the open air, without any kind of platform - everything is dirty. Next to the sales office is their own tire service, which only gives out packages and shows which tires to pick up, but employees don't even have a desire to help put them in packages.
The managers' advice was good, they told me everything, so I placed an order with them, expecting that the same level of service would be provided upon purchase - as it turned out, I did not guess.

They helped while other tire installers refused.
At the start of the motorcycle season, I broke a tire on a motorcycle. I started calling tire installers, who additionally position themselves as a motorcycle tire service. Everywhere there was a refusal, due to the congestion of passenger cars, they only offered to bring a removed wheel, which was not an option for me at all.
This tire service is the only one who agreed to take the wheels fully into operation, warning that they will be able to take them on a first-come, first-served basis. Arriving at the place from Uruch, the wait was around 20-30 minutes, which is fine in principle.
The wheel was removed, a camera was made, the disc was aligned at the impact site and the eight was removed by adjusting the spokes. The specialist coped with such a volume of work quite quickly, for which I thank you very much!!
In general, at the peak of the tire shop workload, of all these guys, these are the only ones who justified themselves as a motorcycle tire shop. From now on, I will be serviced only here for motorcycle tire repair.
For quality and professionalism, definitely 5/5.

I bought a set of winter tires in this store, when buying, I was given a 20% discount card for tire service. It was in 2018. As of today (2023), I have already used tire repair services 9 times, the winter-summer shift. Every time when paying for services, I was reminded that I have a card for a 20% discount, to which I received the answer "your discount has already been applied." At some point I checked the price list on the website for services - I saw the price for a set of 4 wheels = 76 rubles.
But! I have never paid less than 80 rubles for these 9 tire repair visits. Therefore, I conclude that every time I am simply deceived with the price. 9 visits with a 20% discount from 80 rubles = 150 rubles. Quite a sum, I think.
In a week or two I will go to change the wheels to them for the last time, we will check how they behave. I will add a review.
Also, I keep all receipts, with the date of payment and the cost of services. I can confirm my words.
