The store is great, the sellers are polite, but there is one drawback. We bought a wireless thermostat for the boiler, we can not install it ourselves, we ask you to come install it for a fee, they have been traveling for a month, we call them every day, they promise everything. Because boiler maintenance specialists do not do this. So why sell them at all if you don't have an installation specialist in your store.

I bought a gas boiler imergaz in this store when they were still at ulyanogo everything was fine , I bought an electric boller already at a new place on Gogol .everything is OK, because everything worked.I bought a gas sensor that should warn about a gas leak, the gas sensor did not react at all, I brought it to the store and they said that the test works, so the sensor is working .I brought a can of gas and tested it in front of the boss , they said I was wrong , so they said . We need a special device.I think this sensor has a direct task to check the air for the presence of gas, which I was told is not allowed to release gas on this device.I was shocked to say the least. the money was returned .but I think why do I need a warranty mark at all to create problems with Uir-02 Gas pollution detector ZORD UGS-02 Uir
