The location is ambiguous. The pastries here are really hot, especially the almond croissant and milfey — they melt in your mouth. The soups are good too, and the cappuccino is consistently delicious, which is why I come back again. But the service... eh.
It's the same everywhere in this network: tables are often filled with dirty dishes, and visitors clean up if they want to sit down. The girls at the checkout are working hard, the crowd at the checkout is constant, you wait for coffee for 15 minutes, and sometimes they forget about you altogether. Everything is supported by only one barista, who simply can not cope with the flow.
With this price level, you want something more. For example, if a Scandinavian salmon cake appeared on the menu, I would definitely order it — it was unusual and satisfying. But I'm afraid it would have to wait as long as a cappuccino.
In general, you can go here for taste, but it's better to leave your nerves at home.

A good price tag, a variety of pastries, a delicious lunch, because of which people come anyway, and for this reason, the quality of service does not improve.
You will have to wait for coffee for 15 minutes right at the checkout with a crowd of other people, and then they will forget about you, because it is not fixed in any way who and what to cook, everything is on the conscience of one barista girl, who simply cannot provide so many orders.
The girls at the checkout are so busy that even at 11 a.m. you won't see anyone with a smile anymore, they just don't have time)

The coffee shop chain is wonderful: wonderful pastries, pleasant interior. But the cleanliness... we went in for coffee and croissants, but almost immediately we left. The tables are dirty, many are not cleaned, so there is no place to sit. After looking at all this, we just left, and there was no desire to order anything there.

Thierry is a chain of bakeries and coffee shops, at least in Minsk we saw more than one of them, but we visited only the one on Nemiga, since we lived in the house opposite. This bakery has a fairly large selection of pastries and various confectionery products. Whatever we tried, everything was fresh and very tasty, I especially want to mention the croissants, in Thierry they are the best in the city, even before leaving we specially came here and took them with us on the road. The only drawback (at least it is the coffee shops on Nemiga) is that there is a large flow of people here, there are queues at the checkout and few seats, while the waitress girls do not always promptly clean the tables for visitors.

They forgot part of the order, stood quietly waiting, ran around a lot, to which they received a look with the mute question "what else do you need here", asked where the rest was, and in response, instead of trying to solve or clarify this issue, they attacked with claims that they had already given everything in a rather aggressive form, which I consider for employees of such institutions unacceptable. The food is also at 3, the pastries were flattened and dried in places, the coffee is not bad, but not a delight. The price is too high for such service and food quality.

What a couple of people are in line, what a lot of them are doing slowly. I was in another branch of Thierry, where one girl took the order, the other collected it - it was faster. We walked around Minsk, went to the reviews, I can't compare it with other pastry shops of this chain, but at this particular moment we liked everything. There were enough empty tables (without dirty dishes, as they say in the reviews, maybe you were lucky) We bought tuna salad, tea and cakes, the latter was very pleasant with black currant mmm!!! I recommend.

I once ordered cakes here, the courier from Yandex Food is much friendlier, more polite, more smiling than the staff of this institution :) There are zero questions about baking, drinks are for an amateur. Send the cashier Milan on vacation / for the weekend, or teach the banal basics of service :)

Unfortunately, the quality of the cakes has dropped. Both in appearance and in quality. They used to be more accurate and taste better. The filling is more filled. The balls in the cake are Three chocolates, they were of higher quality - now some kind of cheap and not tasty decor.

Milan could have had a simpler face. I don't understand: why go to work in catering if you hate people? There are 5 employees at the counter, and the WHOLE room is dirty. NOT at the PEAK of work, not with a large flow of people. But everyone is important and unhappy, as if the guests came to their house personally. A star for delicious pastries.

I came especially in the morning to definitely eat fresh pastries for breakfast. Terribly hard (not crispy, it's hard) Danish and croissant were put with the wrong filling, which I asked for.
I hope another bakery will open nearby soon, because the need for fresh bread, pastries and desserts will not disappear anywhere, but I can no longer rely on you.

The interior is pleasant to the eye, but it is always not clean enough on tables and sofas, the coffee to go station is not replenished well, almost always there is something. What can I say about this place - the atmosphere is cozy, the staff consists of only girls (at least during my visit), the eclair was essentially delicious. I ordered cappuccino and raspberry eclair, I want to highlight:
- Eclair with someone's eyelash
- The staff poured cappuccino into a plastic cup with them, although they asked for it on the spot. They explained it this way - that the institution is closing soon, so we'll pour you a drink with us.(so that there are no unnecessary dishes.)
- the coffee serving rate is violated (the serving rate implies the optimal temperature for consumption by the guest (60-70 degrees). The cappuccino itself looked more like cocoa, there was no coffee flavor. The place is not bad, but there are nicer things in this price segment.

The coffee is disgusting (absolutely liquid cappuccino is the norm for Thierry), the rolls are dry and stale, and the price tag is quite decent.
