Everything is supported by only one barista, who simply can not cope with the flow. With this price level, you want something more. For example, if a Scandinavian salmon cake appeared on the menu, I would definitely order it — it was unusual and satisfying. But I'm afraid it would have to wait as long as a cappuccino.
