My friend and I visited Thierry's cafe. I've been to Thierry's cafe in Minsk several times. The sellers there are very friendly, so nice. This cafe is located inside the mall. I can't hear well, so I wrote on the phone and showed the seller what I would like to buy - a cake and tea. The seller, named Kristina, expressed pride on her face, as if she did not respect people who could not hear well.

Before the opening of brewing at the car factory, they went to drink coffee only in Thierry, simply because there was nowhere to go. Each time we became more and more disappointed in the quality of the service, in the quality of the desserts, only the coffee is still consistently delicious. But when I come to the institution, I do not want to see flies in the refrigerator with desserts, I do not want to wipe the table and chair with napkins for myself, I do not want to watch the unhurried employees and, of course, I do not want to drink / eat from dirty trays.

There are two girls working at the momo point, but this does not particularly affect the quality and speed of service. Very slowly, without hurrying anywhere, moving the handles a little :) Although they see that there is a queue. 2 p.m., I understand if it was already at the end of the shift.. and not in the midst of it. Well, in general, the attitude of the staff is as non-threatening and repulsive as possible, unfortunately. I had to leave :(

Some nonsense, the pastries are delicious, but I have already ordered coffee for 4.80 for some time, for this price it should be either 300 or 350ml. Each time they did not pour to the brim of the cup, there was still a lot of space, yesterday the scale was overflowing, they really poured almost half of the latte on the whole glass and the rest was foam, and it tasted like it was mixed with water, it was terrible

The most important question for the administration of the institution is why do you allow people to occupy tables who literally have no food / coffee on the table, and who are just blunt on the phone? It was 05.04, and at almost every table there was such a situation, at one table in general a child without parents was doing homework. As a result, because of the tables that were occupied in vain, I had to leave the institution and go in search of something else.

1- the tables are dirty, no one cleans. And if they do, it's the customers themselves. It feels like I've come to complete self-service.
2- there are people in the room who did not order anything, and just take up space. But in fact, sitting and looking into everyone's mouth is extremely uncomfortable.
3- the pastry looks like an elephant jumped on it) they took everything and crushed it. Delicious, but at the same time, it feels like the ingredients are not the first freshness)
4- payment is a separate quest) the terminal works every other time, and the client himself must guess what to do with it. Attach/swipe/insert a card. While they're shouting at you somewhere, the right way. Instead of doing your job and making the payment.
5- read reviews in front of customers and laugh with them) close the shift and do what you want, it's somehow ugly)
6- pretend to clean and wipe the display cases 20 times, for 10 minutes, instead of taking and wiping the tables :3
But in general, the girls are nice, I can't say anything bad. But because of all these nuances, it was uncomfortable

Be careful when buying products at home! 14.02 I bought cakes and bread in a pastry shop in the Momo shopping center. After opening a box of cakes at home, I was very unpleasantly surprised by the presence of one cake instead of two. I did not expect that it was necessary to check the work of sellers in an institution with a claim to a high level.

It is better to buy coffee in vending machines. Espresso is brewed in 12 seconds (yes, yes - I noticed), as if boiling water was poured from a tap. Absolutely tasteless. The milk was literally boiled. And this stuff costs 6 rubles. If this review is read by the administration of the institution, PLEASE teach people how to make real coffee!

The baking is great! I buy croissants here quite often, the canneles are good. All the pastries in the window look like you want to buy everything at once :) The coffee is mediocre to my taste, and rather watery. But it's not a coffee shop either, there's nothing to be surprised about. Personally, I like the way coffee is made in the Garage cafe nearby, there is also soy, and it is really good.
