I wish I could give you 10 stars! Today I ate the most delicious eclair in my life! Hungry after a walk around Minsk, I decided to have tea with macaroon on the ground floor of the Minsk Gallery shopping center. But I took a vanilla eclair for tea. The eclair turned out to be great, the dough melted in your mouth, the taste is both delicate and rich, the cream is thick, not greasy, moderately sweet. In general, I do not know more delicious eclair, even when I visited Pierre Erme's pastry shop in Paris, I did not feel such delight from the cake. On my previous visit to Thierry, I took pistachio macaroons. The macaroon was also great. Again, I compare it with what I ate in Paris and Moscow and it tastes better here!

I was very disappointed with the vanilla eclair. The custard was curled up inside and had small black spots, it tasted and looked like ghee oil. The unreasonably high price for a completely not tasty dessert. Puffs and other food are normal.

I think this institution needs an audit of the management, because the place is beautiful — but this is not acceptable.

I've been to this place twice and twice got caught in the jambs in the service. The staff is very unfriendly. The first time we said there was no paper or napkins in the toilet, they just listened to us in silence. After half an hour, the situation has not changed. The second time, when ordering coffee and a croissant on the spot, they did not even put a spoon. They gave me a spoon, at my request, but with such an expression on my face... by the way, on the second visit there was no paper in the toilet again.
I read other reviews, it didn't seem to me that the staff was bad - corporate identity. The fish rots from the head.
Fortunately, we found a coffee shop nearby with the same working hours, delicious coffee, where you do not need to carry your order yourself as in the dining room, where friendly, attentive guys work.
