The atmosphere is cozy, but there are not enough outdoor tables, although the architecture does not have. An excellent solution is to take coffee and cake with you and enjoy them in the three nearest parks or atmospheric historical courtyards of Osmolovka.

I don't see any point in talking about baking - just like everywhere else.
But about the location.... There are literally no alternatives in the district. The guys could have done it easier, but they did it right

Pancakes ("crepes") I didn't like them at all. As well as coffee with you. The taste is nasty, maybe it's the cup. It tastes like from a vending machine for 2p.
There are no questions about coffee "on the spot".

in a nutshell: I went into this bakery (this particular one was in Bigza, Expobel) my wife and daughter (the girl is 5 years old). I ordered coffee, some kind of pie and a croissant for my daughter. She ordered everything with her, but while they were making her coffee, her daughter sat down at an empty table and began to eat her croissant. next, the grandmother standing in line muttered something to the seller, after which she, in a rather boorish manner, told her wife that she should remove the child from the table, because they ordered with them, and therefore should not occupy tables so as not to interfere with those who want to drink coffee or eat a bun on the place. Seriously?? but that's not all - for an hour the seller behaved defiantly, was rude (naturally, after such treatment, the spouse was also not nice to her, but still remained correct, which cannot be said about the seller).. iii... for two hours, TWO hours, my wife was not refunded either the money or the purchased drink and food (as the seller sarcastically remarked, "you didn't take the check right away"). The money was returned only after the police visit. this is such an institution..

It's just wonderful!
High quality food at a reasonable price (and yes, it is heated, as it is prepared in advance in the morning). But if you come in the morning, everything will be incredibly fresh and delicious. Croissants in the morning and pastries are a special thank you! Desserts are just super (there are also not very sweet ones).
The interior is excellent, large Windows, beautiful view.
The staff is friendly (it would be possible to find fault a little, but they have so much work that it would probably be too much).
I highly recommend it!

Today (10.10.21) at 19.50 we went to Thierry with a friend to drink coffee and enjoy wonderful pastries. There was not a lot of choice in the showcases and we decided to clarify whether there would be anything else today, to which we received a rude "No!" in response. We decided to choose and order cappuccino and quiche from what we had. When the cashier, if I'm not mistaken, Kristina (unfortunately did not pay attention to the name) began to put the quiche on a plate, she did it with her hands without gloves. Naturally, we asked to change the quiche for us and already put it on a plate with gloves on. They changed it without any problems, but the sediment remained, firstly, rude communication with customers, secondly, non-compliance with sanitary standards. But the quiche turned out to be delicious, thanks to the chefs!
And in general, the overall impression of the place itself is not particularly clean, and they do not clean the tables for a long time, they hardly wipe them.

I was very disappointed with the vanilla eclair. The custard was curled up inside and had small black spots, it tasted and looked like ghee oil. The unreasonably high price for a completely not tasty dessert. Puffs and other food are normal.
