There are a lot of people in the morning, but the girls are doing great. Although it would be worth adding staff. Cleaning tables and toilets is very lame. Cappuccino is just milk, coffee does not feel at all. Croissants with almond cream in the morning seem to be warmed up, not fresh.

I visit the second cafe in Minsk, one of which is Thierry and buy a vanilla eclair. I put 1 star for the location and 1 star for consistently good pastries. That's where the advantages ended.
We were on 04.11.24. There are 5 girls behind the counter, but the efficiency is 0. The bakery is dirty, windows and doors with traces of someone's hands, tables are not cleaned.
The service is disgusting, I would even say boorish. I never expect any incredible service from Thierry, as they always have a high passability of guests, but I have never encountered such arrogance from the network staff.
