Today I visited this wonderful bakery and pastry shop. I was previously familiar with the menu and the quality of the place. However, this place is beyond praise. Despite the high workload, the staff works smoothly and calmly, finds an approach to each client.
I want to highlight everything: delicious brewed coffee, which is rare; high-quality tea, and surprisingly thick enough; excellent pastries and a cake melting on the tongue.
Among my habits, I need a stock of products, which, unfortunately, is not online. However, the girls were calmly able to answer this question on the phone, which helped me out a lot.
It is a pity that there is no rating higher than 5 stars, because this place deserves more.

The food is delicious, but the service is not very good. The whole queue behind me had drinks made before mine was made. When clarifying when there will already be a drink, in response some half-assed answers and eye rolls. Shouting that only three people are working. Perhaps the owner should hire more or explain how mathematics works and what can be answered in time intervals so that people understand how long they have to wait - I did not have time to eat on the spot in the end because of this. They also ingeniously replied that their checks were being lost. Well, it's amazing, of course. Do something already so that they don't lose them.

For the first time in my life , I faced a situation when I was thrown for coffee , ordered a cappuccino at 11.36 on November 14 , you can watch on cameras , paid , stood for a few minutes waiting for at least someone to start making coffee ( two employees did nothing , there were no more people ) , asked for a refund , as I was in a hurry They didn 't give me the money, I had to leave without coffee , without money , for the first time in 35 years I faced this . Avoid this place if you want to drink coffee and not be left with nothing .

Disgusting, I ordered a classic omelet, stood waiting, the waiter came out and put an omelet in my hands, but I did not pay attention that this was not the omelet, they made a scandal that I had to pay for it. I also paid for someone else's omelet, the workers are lost like sleepy flies. There is no salt , no pepper, my eyes are huge when I asked about salt. The girl had a salad next to her - the greens were already rotten, she handed it back to them. And yes, if you order coffee and salad, then you need to collect your order all over the counter, which is why there was a misunderstanding with the omelet

It's a nightmare, I ordered Yandex cake delivery. The courier delivered from this point. The order was "almond and strawberry", the money was withdrawn as for it. In fact, in the middle of the delivery, the status was abruptly changed to "honey" and a honey cake was brought!!! Which one is allergic to! It's also cheaper. As a result: it is unclear what to do with the cake. And it is also unclear to whom "thank you": Yandex delivery or Thierry, who decided to change the cake without permission. Well, you don't have it - cancel the order, call back, say that this is the case, or at least OFFER what is available.

A good bakery, clean, spacious, lots of pastries, tea and coffee, there are also salads, pancakes and even soups☺️ Everything is fresh and delicious. You can sit and have a snack. It's empty on weekdays, there's always a place. There are more people and fewer places on weekends. The service is good, the girls are attentive, they try their best.
After 21.00 there is a 50% discount on some types of baking, something can be picked up👍

They call it raf. It tastes terrible. I've never seen Rafe this big before. I was upset. Not only is the coffee tasteless here, there are no cappuccino and lattes of small sizes, but raf also disappointed.
