I really wanted to get into this pastry shop, often passing by the glowing windows. The interior is cozy, lots of space, several halls with seating. The variety of desserts and pastries is not very large, perhaps because of the evening time. The taste left rather a pleasant impression. I didn't like the service, the girl spilled both the tea of the customer in the queue in front of me and my tea. The tray on which tea and cake were served was dirty. Both me and my friend. My friend also had a cup with dirty stains. It really messed up the whole picture.

The only Thierry I go to regularly. Lots of space, beautiful interior, convenient location. As for cleanliness, when I come, the trays are usually cleaned everywhere, I saw that they were cleaning dirty dishes.
Of the disadvantages, there are often problems with the change, so it's better to take small money with you or pay with a bank card.
I advise you to try the "three chocolates" cake, made of Danish pastries, puff pastry with raisins. I also like coffee, there are free syrups and cinnamon separately.

Visiting Thierry's pastry shop was a real gastronomic pleasure for me. From the very first steps inside the establishment, you can feel the pleasant aroma of freshly baked desserts, which creates an atmosphere of coziness and comfort.
I really liked the selection of desserts and pastries in the pastry shop. Each dessert looked like a real work of art, and the taste exceeded all expectations. Regardless of whether you prefer traditional desserts or something more exotic, you will definitely find something to your liking here.

Convenient location, pleasant interior, very tasty croissant with salmon, but cappuccino is just darkness. The foam is not dense at all, the grain is, let's say politely, Italian roast (i.e. very bitter, on the verge of burnt).. I think it's possible to cook it decently, but for this you need a barista who can pick up the grinding and the time of pouring..well, beat the milk well... So that the foam is dense.. for the quality of the coffee, minus two arrivals. So take a croissant from them and look for delicious coffee somewhere.

I often go to this particular Thierry. I like that there is a lot of space, the tables are cleaned sometimes slowly, but well. The pastries are very tasty, especially the croissant with almond cream. Just in the heart. They also have delicious cocoa and sea buckthorn tea.

We were in the bakery on 23.03. Among the advantages - a large hall, a cozy interior, delicious coffee and dishes - a croissant and a cake with black currant are beyond praise.
One of the disadvantages is the staff. I haven't seen such an attitude towards guests for a long time. Barista Julia literally threw plates in front of the guests, demonstrating her dissatisfaction (why?..). Visiting the restroom also left unpleasant impressions. A sealed roll of toilet paper was inserted into the toilet paper holder, which was closed on all sides, and a sealed roll of toilet paper was left, and in order to use it, it took several minutes to diligently try to pick it out. It's a small thing, but the impression has deteriorated a little more.

Dirty trays, dirty plates, very dirty coffee saucers - how can I be sure that you pour coffee into clean mugs?? And it's a little dirty all over the place, especially in the staff area.🤷🏻 The lighting in the great hall was very dim, and it was extremely stressful in the evening.
The owner or manager needs to do something urgently, for example, a cleaning lady is hired.
The average score of 4.9 seems to be inflated and unfounded.

I periodically visit Thierry in this location, before that I turned a blind eye to the shortcomings, but today..
She took the food with her and left. At work, I discovered that the sandwiches are made of STONE, not that they are not the first freshness, but stone!
The question is, where does the staff look when they slip such a product? Where does the management look when on a day off, Saturday, there are 2 last and stone sandwiches on the stand?
After 10 minutes, I returned to the restaurant: when asked to replace the sandwiches, they said that they were no longer there. Seriously? On a Saturday afternoon? Fortunately, they agreed to refund the money for the sandwiches, because after touching them, they confirmed that the sandwiches were really made of stone.
Earlier, I was condescending to some of the shortcomings of this institution, but after this situation, I would like to emphasize a few more details:
- As for cappuccino, there is a very weak taste of coffee, consider it just water. Besides, it's barely warm.
- The place smells like a canteen.
- The girls, the staff, do not always use protective equipment: they put the devices with their bare hands. Before you put it with you, they put it in a special bag, and this bag is right at the checkout. I understand that the food is already in the bag, but, excuse me, my sandwich sticks out and cabbage peeks out, and you put it directly to the cash register, where money is rubbing all day.
In general, the impression is spoiled. Thierry has not yet met with such a person in other establishments. Thierry is like a chain of pastry shops - I love it. Previously (in other locations) I took both cakes and croissants. I took Mascarpone cake for the other day.
This Thierry institution, on Volodarsky str., 12A, is located next to work. I would like to continue going there and, in general, maintain a positive impression of the confectionery chain if sanitary standards and fresh pastries were mandatory conditions for all Thierry outlets in the city.

As for me, Thierry's cafe is the best in Minsk. The place is in the very center of the city, near the avenue, but so calm and cozy. The service is excellent, the coffee is always very tasty. Baking pleases, especially for such a price. I always recommend this place for a cozy stay!

A chain of coffee shops, several establishments were met in Minsk, mb is a franchise, but this institution does not reach the status of the best coffee shop in the city center.
The assortment of sweets is good, the dishes are delicious, if you come here for breakfast-ok. The entourage is calm, very simple. It was a little dirty in the toilet, the waiters and the barista were very tired(although it was morning), so I took off the score.

Good music, but there is an opinion that it is too loud, it is not very comfortable to communicate.
The city center. Near the metro. There is no parking. You can park along the road on the other side of the street, but on weekdays the probability of free space is comparable to visiting a meteorite. It's freer on weekends.

Previously, the pastries were fresh, but yesterday they came around five in the evening, took two Danish, a croissant with turkey and coffee. The pastries are dry, the peaches on one of the Danish already tasted good, the croissant was also not the first freshness.
But what struck me the most was that there was a girl standing in front of us in the queue and ordering pastries. The barista put the pastries in two paper bags, and then dropped them on the floor.
