We came here on October 29, 2024 with a personal guide. He advised me. We ordered salad with arugula , Mashhurda and shish kebab Lumpy and ground beef. Ground - a la lula kebab.
The salad turned out to be just a super mega bomb, we still remember this taste! Super! Mashhurda soup is very tasty! Holy shit! The meat was slightly pumped up - a hot barbecue was served on a completely cold plate, and it quickly cooled down. The lumpy was so-so , the lula was much tastier , apparently because of the added salsa. In general, I recommend it! I lowered my rating only because of the barbecue.
Nearby are centuries-old plane trees ( one of them is 800-850 years old ) and petroglyphs , the age of which is 2000-2500 years BC !!!
Our most favorite place in the mountains, where you can really have a delicious meal and enjoy the beautiful view, very polite staff. They cook at the highest level. Especially mastava and their unusual tortillas!
Positive:
- Good atmosphere
- The magic is great
- The tortillas are cool
- The lumpy kebab is great
- Not a bad lagman, but not Uighur)))
- The fish is cooked well
- The staff is friendly
Minuses:
- Ground shish kebab is not very good (there is not a very pleasant taste)
- The service is not quite, but it is a little lame
Overall, I liked it. I will come to this cafe again
A very good cafe I visited this weekend is a barbecue, fried fish marinka for many years the taste has not changed without reproach. The staff is polite and work smartly. I recommend it to everyone.
If you are on the side of Barrels, be sure to visit this place! You can sit in the fresh air on a cot. There is also an inner hall with tables.
The cuisine is sooo delicious. The staff is polite and friendly. The tortillas they bake themselves...😋😋😋.
But the beshrabmak performed by their chef is the very dish for which we have been going there for many years. Be sure to try it.
The prices are reasonable, not exorbitant. And this is another advantage in their piggy bank!
An old habit of Tashkent residents is that if you go to relax in the mountains, you definitely need to drop into the "barrel", eat mastava and shish kebab there, buy kurt and seeds. A barrel is a place where all the cafes stand side by side. Tien Shan is one of them. I like the way they cook, at least their masta and kebabs are always top, they serve well, there was no case that the waiter disappeared, the places are comfortable, the view from the iwanchik in the courtyard is good, also an artificial mini waterfall was made in the courtyard, which is pleasant to look at and gives coolness in summer. In general, the choice of a cafe on a barrel is a matter of taste, many always go to the same place out of habit, but I have visited almost all these points and I like only 2 establishments there and Tien Shan is one of them
There is a great view of the mountains from the cot
The kebab was a little harsh, the lagman was a little greasy, the narin was very tasty. The impressions were very good
It's a very atmospheric place. Clean and cozy. Very tasty tortillas and compote. Shurpa on a leg of lamb, the broth itself is delicious and rich, but the meat from the leg had to be served. It's like they're cooking separately. Overall not a bad place
Positive:
- The food is delicious (mastava, shish kebab)
- The prices are reasonable
Minuses:
- The service is so-so (they forget and do not repeat the order)
- The dishes are dirty and old
- They don't bring glasses with beer, you need to drink from a bottle.
We visited the Tien Shan cafe and were extremely disappointed. The tables were dirty, I had to wait for someone to clean up. After that, we sat for 15 minutes, waiting for the waiter to come to us, but, unfortunately, no one showed up. Tired of waiting for service, they had to leave. We are very disappointed with this attitude towards visitors.
Dirty dishes are on the table. When asked to change the dishes, they changed only the one who asked, and not the entire table. For some reason, the toilet is paid, there are no signs about it.
I ordered a barbecue and a fresh salad. The meat was slightly undercooked.
I don't understand where the solid 5 in the reviews comes from. The interior is outdated.
Amazingly, this summer I went with my friends 2 times, it was very tasty, but the service was not very good, I had to wait for orders for a long time..I recommend 🥰🤗
A good place, no matter how many times I stopped by, I was never disappointed. If you want to eat mastova, then you should go to this place. The staff is well served quickly.
It's nice to sit on a cot in the evening, in the fresh air and enjoy delicious food. Very tasty fried fish, shish kebab and many other dishes. Take a break from the bustling city, eat delicious food, what could be better.
We had dinner after hiking in the mountains. I liked chuchvara. The Prado salad is large, but medium-sized. Lagman is not very big, but delicious. Achichuk is a credit. The price/quality ratio is 5 points. I recommend
The place is good, the food was not a little surprised, they said there would be a kebab of young lamb, it was moved with a smell and wiry, and so the place is good
Everything is always fresh, tasty and inexpensive. We have been walking for a long time and are always happy. There is a hall with tables and separate trestles.
The staff is great. The atmosphere is very pleasant, always calm. There are separate seats , booths , slippers , cozy places on the street . The waiting time is 15 minutes. Very tasty food and dishes . My family and I always visit our favorite cafe Tian Shan.
Perhaps one of the best places is delicious shish kebab, manti, mastava ,beshbarmak and also tried salads, I always advise you to visit everything fresh!
The staff is polite and helpful!
One of the old places on the barrels!
The kitchen is delicious, the staff is polite, the views are great!
Parking is within walking distance, there are many types of barbecue, fish and national cuisine!
I recommend it :)
Great restaurant! There are many seats: tables, tapchans, gazebos. There are also a lot of visitors at lunch, but they bring everything very quickly. We took samsa, dumplings, dolma, shish kebab, 2 salads, tea and only 125,000 came out. Everything is very tasty, and samsa is in the very heart!
Minus only the toilet. There are only 2 booths and the inside is untidy.
The food is heavy, more for the locals. The waiters only understand Uzbek. Russian is neither. Although we haven't tried 😺 the toilet is a hole in the floor. Most of them are outdoors, but they give blankets. The prices are OK, the portions are large. But for lovers to taste. The order is brought quickly. The service fee is 20%.
Exceptionally good impressions. Excellent cuisine and strong service.
We did not dare to order fish dishes, but beshbarmak and shish kebab are very good.
Poor quality of service - the company came , - the waiters just forgot about one person. Portions of shish kebab are small - in order to eat properly, you need to take 2 at once.
A legendary and iconic place ) mastava Shish Kebab and Trout ...) view ... the first hour of tapchan is free, then from 50k sum an hour ... ) come make sure a place with history and everything is on light ) a lot of tourists and almost the whole of Tashkent there all summer on weekends in the evening traffic jams towards Tashkent …
A good place, the food is delicious, the service is fast, the prices are quite reasonable. The fried marinka is very good. Beshbarmak is good, mastava too.
I was very satisfied. The prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is pleasant, the service is good. And it's not very crowded. The bathrooms are also clean.
Very tasty mastava on Barrels is there. The service is prompt, there are tapchans with mountain views, prices are like everywhere else, I do not advise fried marinka - tasteless fish
One of the most delicious kebabs in my life, A cool place, I really liked it. A hearty lunch for 4 300,000 soums, there is a hall, it was warmer here in the cold. And for the warmer months, there are slippers on the veranda.
