Perhaps one of the best 3* hotels in central Patai. Cozy territory, clean swimming pool with shower and sun loungers.
It is located in a closed area between the second and main streets (embankment).
All entertainment is within walking distance.
Shops , markets , massages are all nearby.
At the same time, it's very quiet at night.
Knock knock in any direction, anywhere .
The rooms are clean, there are no insects, they are well cleaned, I always leave "Alyonka" on the bed.
In general, as they said here, I really want to come to this hotel again, because hotels in Pattaya are a lottery.
The breakfasts are modest, but still it does not overshadow the rest.
I definitely recommend the hotel, we have seen different hotels here, at this price it is the best option.

The location of the hotel is as comfortable as possible, unless of course you are fans of the beaches of Jamtien. Within walking distance of 7 Levels, massages, cafes, Festival Center, tuk-tuks....
I've read a lot of complaints about noise from construction sites. According to the facts, the windows faced the construction site, no noise, no dust was noticed for 12 days.
The staff is just doing their job. The fact that they are absolutely not friendly, I agree. But the rooms are cleaned normally, towels are provided, and breakfast dishes are changed.
There's a guy at the reception who doesn't speak Russian or English properly. But you can learn something through the phone translator.
The breakfasts are monotonous, but you definitely won't die of hunger.

I really liked the hotel! Cozy, clean. The room was cleaned every day, bed linen and towels were changed, and if it was over, shampoos, shower gels and bottled water were added for drinking, a hairdryer, a kettle, and TV were all available. The location is great! The first line, although we did not swim in the sea, it is not clean for us. We went swimming to Koh Lan Island from the ferry. Nearby there are shops, shopping centers, markets. The staff is very friendly! I recommend

We had a rest with my wife at this hotel. I did not like the location of the kitchen, it is too far away, like a large swimming pool, the kitchen is delicious with reasonable prices , the location of the hotel itself is good in the city center on the first line, everything is within walking distance from the hotel to terminal 21 10 minutes on foot to Volkin Street 15 minutes, tuk tuks are running one by one, a supermarket across the street, what else it is necessary....)))

A chic 3* hotel - friendly staff, cozy rooms and a courtyard.
+ cleaning and linen change daily!
+ 0.5 water every day per person
+ clean pools for children and adults, sun loungers and tables nearby, pool towels, cafe at the dining room
+ shower gel, shampoo, cap, soap, toilet paper and cotton swabs as you use
+ Wi-Fi in each building, in the lobby and in the dining room is different
+ night food market in a few minutes, near various shops and 7/11,near Terminal 21
+ there is a city beach across the street, sun loungers are paid, but we were lying on the sand

I am used to Asian treshki and there is something to compare it with.If you still decide to stay in Pattaya, then take a closer look at choosing the area.By itself, central Pattaya is not the best option for lovers of cheaper and more serious.Eternal traffic jams, dirt, stench, smoke, hubbub, crowd of people.The hotel is located perpendicular to two major streets Beach road and Pattaya Sai Song road, i.e. the entire territory of the hotel is essentially a through passage from one street to another.Only the guests of the hotel can enter or enter the territory.Several buildings in a row , one after the other with different architecture and rooms of different categories.We were surprised to learn that there is only one double bed in our superior room category.The agency did not warn about this.As well as a deposit of $ 100 or 1000Bt.The territory of the hotel is clean, with decorative elements - a fountain, a pool with carp, a beautiful Buddhist altar, various figurines.There is a mini pool near the reception, but it does not inspire confidence - I have not seen anyone swimming in it.The staff is moderately indifferent to Russians.

Room facilities: kettle,two cups,two spoons, bottle opener,glasses on a tray.There is no hair dryer.There is no safe.Bathroom : two towels per guest - bath and facial, one for the legs is shared.They are white, without spots, and they are changed daily if you allow cleaning in the room.There is a hygienic shower in the toilet. The watering can at the main shower is not removable, it is slightly adjustable, but due to the lack of pressure, you need to stand very close to the wall under the shower to wash all parts of the body.There is no pallet, there is a tiled shower, slightly tilted so that the water goes away, and the curtain is scary and dirty, not much covering from splashes, so after ablutions there is always a flood and a wet foot towel on the floor.Shampoo, gel, soap, shower cap, cotton swabs, toilet paper, two 0.6 liter bottles of drinking water are available for daily cleaning or in a bag on the door handle if a "do not disturb" sign is hung.The cleaning is mediocre - towels are replaced ,consumables, a damp cloth will be used to clean the floor in the middle of the room so that the sand and hair are not so noticeable , and your slippers will certainly be placed at the entrance in a way that you do not need. Regarding breakfast .
If you can, do not include them in the payment for the tour or room.They are not worth it if the difference is ~10,000 rubles.It is better to find a nearby cafe to your liking and have breakfast there.You can also buy something in the room and leave it in the refrigerator from evening to morning.I'm not a glutton, but on the contrary, I don't eat a lot of foods at all.And I really love Asian food.But, unfortunately, when comparing accommodation in other 3* hotels, there is breakfast for 3-

hot with the obligatory inclusion of chicken and side dish - grilled vegetables (peppers, carrots, onions, etc.) or stewed cabbage , or stewed with local spinach - type herbs .;

Tom Yam soup - half a pot of galangal, lime kaffir, wooden lemongrass, spices and a minimum of broth with the same ubiquitous chicken;

Our room window faced second street-that says it all!it is not possible to sleep, they ride all night, the equipment roars, people scream.This is a huge disadvantage. Very good location, nice large rooms. We took the standard first, and changed it on the spot to "garden" there is just super. Floor-to-ceiling windows, garden outside, shady side.
Tomorrow is monotonous, but very satisfying. The sea is dirty, but a large clean pool covered it)) I definitely recommend this hotel.
We traveled more than 10 times and saw different hotels 3-5 times and did not want to return to any of them a second time, i.e. hotels at a time. But we would have returned to twinPalms!!!
A hairdryer, a kettle, mugs and spoons are available in the room. There are beach towels. The safe is free at the reception. The wifi is excellent everywhere, it is divided into 3 zones, the password is the same everywhere. There were no interruptions, it works so that you can watch movies and so on.

We had a rest with my husband from April 10, 2024 to April 26 ... about the hotel: great location, a barrier on both sides of the streets, quiet and peaceful at night, good breakfast, we had a buffet breakfast, 5-6 dishes (egg, scrambled eggs, hot salad, meat, rice, sausages, and soup every day is different- broth, tom yam, tom kha). There were no fruits. Coffee, cocoa, water, drink. There is no safe in the room, the room was a super room without a balcony (but what is wonderful, outside the window there is a balcony about the size of an outstretched arm without going out there, and there is a clothes dryer, I have never met in other hotels, you look out of the window and hang things, wonderful). There is a safe at the reception in the main building for free. We cleaned the room every day. I put a three because I think there are two big disadvantages. 1. TERRIBLY UNFRIENDLY STAFF (since our arrival at check-in, the man at the reception was unhappy, the staff in the kitchen was gloomy, not friendly, kind of annoyed and so on every day) well, one or two people, but here everything is universal, at the reception, in the kitchen. 2. THE KITCHEN IS OUTSIDE under a canopy, i.e. while you eat, seven sweats flow down from you, and when you drink hot coffee or cocoa, you generally melt. Thailand has a law on sound noise, cafes that are located near hotels must comply with it! But next to this hotel on line 2 there is a Chinese cafe that listens to music very loudly until 5 a.m. and turns it on outside! The hotel management ignores and does not resolve this issue with them! Although the law exists, they could have agreed! There are no visitors in the cafe since 12 o'clock, but the employees who are there ignore everyone and turn on their speakers at full volume! Not inside the cafe, but on the street! And by doing this, they really spoil the reputation of this hotel, and I don't want to come back here just because of this! It is impossible to sleep even with earplugs! Since the hotel has no sound insulation at all!

I rested from 02/28/2023 to 03/08/2023.I really liked the location of the hotel.Two exits from the territory.One on the first beach street, directly to the sea.Nearby there are shopping centers ("Festival" and "Terminal 21"), a night market, a street food market.Right next to the entrance to the hotel there is a 7-eleven convenience store where you can buy food and drinks.You can reach Volkin Street on foot or by tuk-tuk.I took a taxi to the pier, from where I can get to Koh Lan Island (about 100 baht).
The staff is friendly, always trying to help.Safe at the reception.This is a single room with a balcony.The room is cleaned every day, unobtrusively and during my absence from the room, unlike in Turkey or Egypt.I left the room, when I returned, everything was cleaned.The breakfasts are simple, but I didn't leave the breakfast hungry.
I recommend this hotel for a holiday.

The hotel is under construction. The noise from the construction site is terrible all day long. Migraines are guaranteed for you. It is impossible to sleep here because of the noise of construction sites and bars. The windows and the door of the room with slits all the noise can be heard in the room. Piles are hammered.
