Perhaps one of the best 3* hotels in central Patai. Cozy territory, clean swimming pool with shower and sun loungers.
It is located in a closed area between the second and main streets (embankment).
All entertainment is within walking distance.
Shops , markets , massages are all nearby.
At the same time, it's very quiet at night.
Knock knock in any direction, anywhere .
The rooms are clean, there are no insects, they are well cleaned, I always leave "Alyonka" on the bed.
In general, as they said here, I really want to come to this hotel again, because hotels in Pattaya are a lottery.
The breakfasts are modest, but still it does not overshadow the rest.
I definitely recommend the hotel, we have seen different hotels here, at this price it is the best option.
The location of the hotel is as comfortable as possible, unless of course you are fans of the beaches of Jamtien. Within walking distance of 7 Levels, massages, cafes, Festival Center, tuk-tuks....
I've read a lot of complaints about noise from construction sites. According to the facts, the windows faced the construction site, no noise, no dust was noticed for 12 days.
The staff is just doing their job. The fact that they are absolutely not friendly, I agree. But the rooms are cleaned normally, towels are provided, and breakfast dishes are changed.
There's a guy at the reception who doesn't speak Russian or English properly. But you can learn something through the phone translator.
The breakfasts are monotonous, but you definitely won't die of hunger.
I really liked the hotel! Cozy, clean. The room was cleaned every day, bed linen and towels were changed, and if it was over, shampoos, shower gels and bottled water were added for drinking, a hairdryer, a kettle, and TV were all available. The location is great! The first line, although we did not swim in the sea, it is not clean for us. We went swimming to Koh Lan Island from the ferry. Nearby there are shops, shopping centers, markets. The staff is very friendly! I recommend
We had a rest with my wife at this hotel. I did not like the location of the kitchen, it is too far away, like a large swimming pool, the kitchen is delicious with reasonable prices , the location of the hotel itself is good in the city center on the first line, everything is within walking distance from the hotel to terminal 21 10 minutes on foot to Volkin Street 15 minutes, tuk tuks are running one by one, a supermarket across the street, what else it is necessary....)))
A chic 3* hotel - friendly staff, cozy rooms and a courtyard.
+ cleaning and linen change daily!
+ 0.5 water every day per person
+ clean pools for children and adults, sun loungers and tables nearby, pool towels, cafe at the dining room
+ shower gel, shampoo, cap, soap, toilet paper and cotton swabs as you use
+ Wi-Fi in each building, in the lobby and in the dining room is different
+ night food market in a few minutes, near various shops and 7/11,near Terminal 21
+ there is a city beach across the street, sun loungers are paid, but we were lying on the sand
- THE minus was only for breakfast - not a buffet, but 3 menus to choose from!!!
In general, we really liked the hotel - the location and service - everything is gorgeous!
Nice hotel in the central part of Pattaya, first line to the sea, wonderful beach. Nearby are all shopping and entertainment centers, a market, a ferry, massage parlors, and Walton Street. Recommend👍
They have three stars at the lowest level.The duration of the stay is 14 days. I am used to Asian treshki and there is something to compare it with.If you still decide to stay in Pattaya, then take a closer look at choosing the area.By itself, central Pattaya is not the best option for lovers of cheaper and more serious.Eternal traffic jams, dirt, stench, smoke, hubbub, crowd of people.The hotel is located perpendicular to two major streets Beach road and Pattaya Sai Song road, i.e. the entire territory of the hotel is essentially a through passage from one street to another.Only the guests of the hotel can enter or enter the territory.Several buildings in a row , one after the other with different architecture and rooms of different categories.We were surprised to learn that there is only one double bed in our superior room category.The agency did not warn about this.As well as a deposit of $ 100 or 1000Bt.The territory of the hotel is clean, with decorative elements - a fountain, a pool with carp, a beautiful Buddhist altar, various figurines.There is a mini pool near the reception, but it does not inspire confidence - I have not seen anyone swimming in it.The staff is moderately indifferent to Russians.
The room is the simplest with tired furniture - a bed, two bedside tables with drawers, two armchairs, a wardrobe with shelves and a hanger, a suitcase stand, a mirror, a table with one drawer - it's also a TV stand and under it a mini fridge, which is connected to a common circuit and turns off when you leave the room and You take out the key.So it cools only from night to morning, while you are in the room.Stock up on cold drinks at 7/11, as the nearest one is right at the exit of the hotel on Pattaya Sai Song rd.
Room facilities: kettle,two cups,two spoons, bottle opener,glasses on a tray.There is no hair dryer.There is no safe.Bathroom : two towels per guest - bath and facial, one for the legs is shared.They are white, without spots, and they are changed daily if you allow cleaning in the room.There is a hygienic shower in the toilet. The watering can at the main shower is not removable, it is slightly adjustable, but due to the lack of pressure, you need to stand very close to the wall under the shower to wash all parts of the body.There is no pallet, there is a tiled shower, slightly tilted so that the water goes away, and the curtain is scary and dirty, not much covering from splashes, so after ablutions there is always a flood and a wet foot towel on the floor.Shampoo, gel, soap, shower cap, cotton swabs, toilet paper, two 0.6 liter bottles of drinking water are available for daily cleaning or in a bag on the door handle if a "do not disturb" sign is hung.The cleaning is mediocre - towels are replaced ,consumables, a damp cloth will be used to clean the floor in the middle of the room so that the sand and hair are not so noticeable , and your slippers will certainly be placed at the entrance in a way that you do not need. Linen is clean, soft and white, not changed every day,but if you specifically ask,I thinkthey will replace it. On the balcony there are two plastic chairs, a table, an ashtray, a folding dryer and a huge unit from the air conditioner, standing on the floor and spewing hum and heat when working.It's +30 outside and this unit is stoker, and the temperature inside the room is never lower than +23 degrees because it's not really an air conditioner, but a stupidly old fan without a cooling agent that drives air and turns off every five minutes.His remote is purely ON/OFF. No settings are working.The room we stayed in was located in the middle of the hotel, so the noise from the two streets was not audible at all, but the buzzing conduits were annoying all night- we weren't the only ones who turned it on, but all the guests on the neighboring balconies had the same thing. Take repellents with you - midges such as mosquitoes or wildebeest do not eat unnoticeably when bitten, but mercilessly.But in the morning you get nasty red papules that don't go away for a long time.
Regarding breakfast .
If you can, do not include them in the payment for the tour or room.They are not worth it if the difference is ~10,000 rubles.It is better to find a nearby cafe to your liking and have breakfast there.You can also buy something in the room and leave it in the refrigerator from evening to morning.I'm not a glutton, but on the contrary, I don't eat a lot of foods at all.And I really love Asian food.But, unfortunately, when comparing accommodation in other 3* hotels, there is breakfast for 3-
Especially if you arrived out of season or did not find a crowd of guests from China.You will be allowed to eat according to the papers with the date, which will be given to you upon check-in at the reception.
Option 1 - a menu on a laminated picture of three dishes to choose from:
two fried eggs (fried eggs), two slices of tomato, two strips a la bacon -as it is understood in Thailand ;
or a plate of fried rice with an egg and some leftover vegetables of an unidentified kind. ;
or a soup of rice and chicken with signs of added vegetables and a minimum of broth.
Additionally, a buffet is freely available: toast bread, butter and jam portions, Upi orange, water, iced water , Nescafe in bags without ....something out there, tea in bags, coffee of unknown origin in a kettle on the stove, tea from 4-6 bags brewed in a kettle on the stove, sugar, salt, dry spices, only ground white pepper, ketchup, soy sauce, hot sauce.
The 2nd advanced breakfast option is a buffet that includes:
eggs- omelet ;
rice without all boiled;
sausages, sausages, bacon - as it is understood in Thailand;
hot with the obligatory inclusion of chicken and side dish - grilled vegetables (peppers, carrots, onions, etc.) or stewed cabbage , or stewed with local spinach - type herbs .;
chicken soup,
Tom Yam soup - half a pot of galangal, lime kaffir, wooden lemongrass, spices and a minimum of broth with the same ubiquitous chicken;
noodles with vegetables are very rare, almost never ;
Fish????I don 't know , I haven 't come across it , but knowledgeable people said it happens . ;
fresh vegetables, as they are understood in Thailand, are pink tomatoes, watery cucumbers, grated carrots, shredded white and red cabbage, frozen and thawed mixture of carrots, peas and corn, lettuce leaves, onion rings.
Freely and without restrictions accessible - see the buffet above.
The view from the dining room is towards the pool.It is small, relatively clean, there are sun beds and umbrellas,tables and chairs, you can order drinks, coconuts, food from the menu; there is a shower outside, you can go to a normal toilet at the entrance to the dining room,towels can be taken at the counter in the dining room.There is a 150 Bt deposit for each towel to be taken to the beach.If you lose 300 Bt, the fine will not be refunded from the deposit , and even if you do not lose it, you may also not get 😂😂😂 back, so before leaving, check in advance about all unpaid bills and claims against you, otherwise, with the transfer already pending , you can get involved for a long time , and in such cases Thais suddenly forget any language except their mother tongue.
Driving from point A to B in Pattaya is not a problem.There are plenty of tuk-tuks for 10-20-30-40 Bt depending on the route.They travel continuously in any direction.There is a motorcycle taxi , which is preferable because it allows you to drive faster through traffic jams , if Regilia allows you to hug other people 's men , as well as
a classic taxi for an unreasonable amount of money, but with condee.
The environmental situation in Pattaya is deteriorating with the increasing number of large vehicles.Apparently, they do not plan to switch to electric motors.
Therefore, I do not recommend the central Pattaya area for living.
Our room window faced second street-that says it all!it is not possible to sleep, they ride all night, the equipment roars, people scream.This is a huge disadvantage. The staff is not friendly, everyone is angry!and at the reception, and in the kitchen, and room cleaners. My hair dye flowed from the heat and sweat, the pillowcase got dirty, the cleaner didn't take it, folded it carelessly on the table and put a price list with prices for damaged items on top.I did the laundry myself.Everything was washed, I left it neatly folded on the table, the cleaner took the pillowcase.The next day, my nose started bleeding, it stained the pillowcase a little, the cleaner carelessly folded it again and put the price list on it again.I was cleaning my joints again. The next day, she accepted a pillowcase.So draw conclusions, I did it... As it is, everything is clean, cleaned every day, the towels are white and clean.soap and shampoo were added, and water was given. Breakfast was monotonous, but no one left hungry, we had enough. The location is great, wherever you go, everything is nearby.But it's very noisy!!!especially at night!!! And I'm definitely not going back to this hotel, not for the world.
Perfect! Well, for us it was =) 2-12.02.2024
Very good location, nice large rooms. We took the standard first, and changed it on the spot to "garden" there is just super. Floor-to-ceiling windows, garden outside, shady side.
Tomorrow is monotonous, but very satisfying. The sea is dirty, but a large clean pool covered it)) I definitely recommend this hotel.
We traveled more than 10 times and saw different hotels 3-5 times and did not want to return to any of them a second time, i.e. hotels at a time. But we would have returned to twinPalms!!!
A hairdryer, a kettle, mugs and spoons are available in the room. There are beach towels. The safe is free at the reception. The wifi is excellent everywhere, it is divided into 3 zones, the password is the same everywhere. There were no interruptions, it works so that you can watch movies and so on.
Video review of two rooms. Standard (blue) and garden (green) the surcharge was 2100 baht for 7 days (1 baht=2.5₽)
The location of the hotel is wonderful, with access to the beach and the main street.The cleaning is average.Towels are changed every day, but the cleaner cleans in the evening and it is not very convenient, but if you refuse to clean at least once, she will try to continue to shirk.Breakfast is meager (scrambled eggs, rice or soup to choose from).The staff is as unfriendly as possible.The pool is very chlorinated and you can constantly hear the exhaust of the neighboring hotel.The view from the room to the wasteland.The air conditioner is working.0.5 liters of water per person is given out every day.You can stay at this hotel if you just spend the night.Even on the territory of the neighboring hotel, metal is constantly being cut, and you can hear it as if it is happening in your room.It's to the reviews that a quiet hotel... this is far from the case
We had a rest with my husband from April 10, 2024 to April 26 ... about the hotel: great location, a barrier on both sides of the streets, quiet and peaceful at night, good breakfast, we had a buffet breakfast, 5-6 dishes (egg, scrambled eggs, hot salad, meat, rice, sausages, and soup every day is different- broth, tom yam, tom kha). There were no fruits. Coffee, cocoa, water, drink. There is no safe in the room, the room was a super room without a balcony (but what is wonderful, outside the window there is a balcony about the size of an outstretched arm without going out there, and there is a clothes dryer, I have never met in other hotels, you look out of the window and hang things, wonderful). There is a safe at the reception in the main building for free. We cleaned the room every day. I put a three because I think there are two big disadvantages. 1. TERRIBLY UNFRIENDLY STAFF (since our arrival at check-in, the man at the reception was unhappy, the staff in the kitchen was gloomy, not friendly, kind of annoyed and so on every day) well, one or two people, but here everything is universal, at the reception, in the kitchen. 2. THE KITCHEN IS OUTSIDE under a canopy, i.e. while you eat, seven sweats flow down from you, and when you drink hot coffee or cocoa, you generally melt. Considering that we left in the morning and only came in the evening, it didn't bother us much, but still because of some kind of unfriendly attitude (note!! Not only to us, to everyone) the impression was not very good.
Thailand has a law on sound noise, cafes that are located near hotels must comply with it! But next to this hotel on line 2 there is a Chinese cafe that listens to music very loudly until 5 a.m. and turns it on outside! The hotel management ignores and does not resolve this issue with them! Although the law exists, they could have agreed! There are no visitors in the cafe since 12 o'clock, but the employees who are there ignore everyone and turn on their speakers at full volume! Not inside the cafe, but on the street! And by doing this, they really spoil the reputation of this hotel, and I don't want to come back here just because of this! It is impossible to sleep even with earplugs! Since the hotel has no sound insulation at all!
The hotel's good location, good food, but the cold pool, which is in the shade most of the day, and the noise from the construction site, which is behind the fence, ruined the whole vacation. It was from December 7 to December 25.
I rested from 02/28/2023 to 03/08/2023.I really liked the location of the hotel.Two exits from the territory.One on the first beach street, directly to the sea.Nearby there are shopping centers ("Festival" and "Terminal 21"), a night market, a street food market.Right next to the entrance to the hotel there is a 7-eleven convenience store where you can buy food and drinks.You can reach Volkin Street on foot or by tuk-tuk.I took a taxi to the pier, from where I can get to Koh Lan Island (about 100 baht).
The staff is friendly, always trying to help.Safe at the reception.This is a single room with a balcony.The room is cleaned every day, unobtrusively and during my absence from the room, unlike in Turkey or Egypt.I left the room, when I returned, everything was cleaned.The breakfasts are simple, but I didn't leave the breakfast hungry.
I recommend this hotel for a holiday.
A clean and cozy hotel. The territory of the hotel stretched between 1st and 2nd streets - it was convenient for us. The sea is across the street. They cleaned up when they hung up the sign. The superior room had a kettle, hairdryer, tea set, refrigerator, air conditioning, 2 beds, sparkled, 2 chairs, wardrobe with hangers, dryer was outside the window. We left soap supplies, there was enough of everything (we took our own from home)
A 3* hotel, a simple hotel, but everything is there. The main thing is clean and insect-free. Nice clean pool. And most importantly - excellent location and quite quiet, despite the center
Very good location, 1 line. Nearby you can eat inexpensively. And also. Take a bike for 200 baht. Take it for 400 rubles. Come through. An extra 200 m . After breakfast, go straight to the pool, after the pool to the beach. Well, in the evening there are a couple of streets nearby where you can take a walk. Vokin Street is resting...
Excellent hotel, good service. Good location, close to the sea and all the main places. Quite decent breakfasts (3 dishes to choose from). Upon check-in, the deposit is 1000 baht. They are returned upon eviction.
we stayed at this hotel before the pandemic, everything is fine buffet fruits but!the staff is angry and not happy and in 2023 there were staff who did not change angry and not happy faces breakfast 3 dishes to choose from fried eggs with sausages.omelette and rice coffee tea and nothing else the hotel is ancient but the location is excellent
The hotel is under construction. The noise from the construction site is terrible all day long. Migraines are guaranteed for you. It is impossible to sleep here because of the noise of construction sites and bars. The windows and the door of the room with slits all the noise can be heard in the room. Piles are hammered. Breakfast of eggs and sausages. I do not recommend the hotel. The staff is angry and not friendly.
A good budget hotel, clean, the breakfasts are of the same type and sparse.It is very conveniently located, on the one hand there is an exit to the embankment, on the other to the ,,center,,
Great hotel! Very clean, the rooms are new (at least those with a balcony). Breakfast is of course modest and monotonous, but you can get enough. And the coolest thing about the hotel is the location.
The room is clean, white linen, 2 towels are also white, there are bathroom accessories, no slippers. We had a balcony. There is air conditioning, TV, refrigerator. 2 swimming pools. The buffet. Closed territory. Exit to both the second and first streets. I really liked the hotel. Breakfast is either buffet or on request. Polite staff. 2 bottles of water are given every day. The room is cleaned every day. RECOMMEND 👍
I liked the hotel, clean, on the first line. The staff is very kind. They cleaned it daily. The pool is nice. The breakfast buffet is delicious, but there is no fruit.
A very cool pool with sun beds, the water is always warm!!! You can order any drinks and food to the table. The beauty is extraordinary! We had a rest in February, I recommend it 👍
This is a great hotel. Cozy and close to the sea. The location is generally fire. Markets, shopping malls are within walking distance. I think we'll go there again
A good hotel in terms of location, access to both the first and second ponds. A solid three, as stated. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfasts were so-so, mostly skipped, there was no fruit. We took a superior room with a balcony. The room itself is quite large.
Tip, if you book, then take the second or third floor. There may be different animals on the ground floor.
A small and quiet hotel. There are 2 swimming pools. Very good location in central Pattaya. It opens onto beach street and 2nd street. Through the fence of the Hard rock Hotel.
We are resting now, we have been staying in this hotel for 6 days.We settled in quickly, the superior room without a balcony.The room was given 239, the room is small, cozy, refrigerator, hair dryer, kettle, cups, new snow-white bed linen.Now the cons, the refrigerator is yellow inside from old age, tea, coffee and sugar bags are not given, and the worst thing is that there is a concrete fence outside the window. Thanks to the hotel guide, we changed the room.About breakfast, three types. Fried eggs, soup or rice with chicken.The coffee is delicious, tea bags are already in the common kettle, butter, jam.There is no fruit at all.You can take towels, but use them only in the pool, you can not take them with you.They clean well, the staff is friendly and smiling.The biggest plus is the location of the hotel.Everything is nearby
The location is good in the center, the chain store is 7 opposite, the food is 3 breakfasts to choose from, scrambled eggs 2 eggs+ 2 sausages and 2 slices of tomatoes or chicken soup or rice from athletes, tea, coffee, butter and jams, toasts are fried hot, water and orange juice is breakfast, the room is clean but ants, the staff is pleasant, everyone smiles, the area is clean and beautiful, the pool is good
nice quiet hotel on the first line, rooms are cleaned every day, bed towels are changed every day, rooms are not large, there are no balconies, very quiet hotel, breakfast is modest (fried eggs sausage rice), no beach towels, I recommend
I've been on vacation since 12/25.23. Everything is written correctly. Clean, cozy, etc. that's just the breakfast buffet. With a great menu, even Tom yam was there. I wish you a pleasant appetite and rest!
It completely matches the description. The location is excellent, there is a lot of greenery for the center. I spent two weeks there and was very pleased. Own parking for vehicles. I liked everything. I recommend it for people who know what they want from Thailand)
Very convenient location, just behind the Hard Rock Hotel. The food is monotonous, there are only 3 dishes to choose from. The staff is friendly. There are 2 swimming pools. But the rooms are not very good. It's fine for a three-piece.
We had a good rest, though the last three nights, the Thais were having fun loudly, well, okay, they had a New Year!!! And so the hotel is quiet, calm, next time we'll go there too
Convenient location, the first coastline, the beach is across the street, on the other side there is a shop, there are two swimming pools on the territory. There is a cafe.
Breakfast is very poor. One day the large pool turned green, but on the same day some liquid was poured and after 2 days the pool turned blue again. Overall good for 3 stars.
Excellent location, access to two streets, the first coastline, there are rooms with balconies, two swimming pools, daily housekeeping, the sea across the street from the hotel.

Convenient location in the city center and from all the hot spots)) The hotel itself is on the top three, as for the standard rooms.
Not a bad hotel. Meals are only breakfast, coupons are issued for all days of stay. There are three positions to choose from, choosing one of them. First: fried eggs, two sausages, a slice of ham and two slices of tomato, also includes toast with jam, orange juice, water and coffee in unlimited quantities. Second: Fig. Third: it looks like soup. I ordered only the first one. Almost no one speaks English, so I had to use a translator. At first, the air conditioner did not work in the room, they asked to fix it. There is a medium-level swimming pool on the territory. There are sun loungers with umbrellas around. It'll be enough for a three.
