I would like to note that Olga is a pleasant specialist, but the customer service and the level of engagement could have been much higher.
The deal was done, thank you, but the negative aspects have become an integral part of it. In this regard, I cannot recommend this cooperation experience.

We contacted the agent about the apartment, agreed to view it, on the day of viewing the apartment, the agent herself dissuaded us from the apartment, but we nevertheless agreed to come. She called several times, said that the price of the apartment had increased, named the exact amount, said that a person had offered her more than what was written in the ad (she named it in numbers), asked if they were ready to pay $ 500 more, I agreed, several times she clarified "are you sure you are ready or not, so that I I shouldn't have waited for you," then according to the usual scheme : she also called our friends who were considering this apartment and offered them a sum higher than ours (specifically voicing the figures).
In the apartment itself, she expressed her dissatisfaction with us, tried to get us out of the apartment faster, because she was in a hurry to attend another screening of the apartment (from the beginning of the viewing, the expulsion began in 10-15 minutes). Should she have planned more time if we were ready to buy an apartment here and now?
We didn't see any documents for the apartment from her, she just didn't provide even a technical passport. It is also worth mentioning that she was imposing her services, we wanted to come to a preliminary agreement with her agent, at that point she was very unhappy with us, she was imposing her agency "your capital consult", and the seller has an agreement with "Your Capital" (without consulting) . When asked why we didn't want to order services from them, she said, "Do you feel sorry for the money?" What kind of business conversation can we talk about if an agent expresses himself like that? However, we said that we just didn't want to work with their agency, but with our own.
I read in the reviews that in the 20th year they were stripped of their license due to the fact that they imposed their services.
The agent is incompetent in his questions, she pointed out everywhere that it was necessary, that everything was fine, even if it was obvious that it wasn't, it shouldn't have been, she assured that she was right and everywhere it was. We went through a huge number of apartments with agents, all the agents were tactful, had information about the apartment, were polite, did not impose their services, except for this agent from "Your Capital" :)
In the end, before the agent was ready to throw us out of the apartment viewing, we agreed on a time for tomorrow, when the preliminary agreement could be signed. We indicated our amount to her on a piece of paper. We agreed that she would call us tomorrow. Since 9 a.m., I personally called her twice, she discounted, sent an SMS "I'll call you back now," did not call back, when I called her back, she replied: "the owner chose another person with a higher amount," I asked, "okay, can you tell us the amount, we will offer more." Her response: "No, it's confidential information." I'm asking: why did you tell us the numbers yesterday and whether we are ready to offer more, but today it is confidential information. No response was received. It turns out to be interesting why yesterday she disclosed the price in figures, said how much she was offered and increased the cost HERSELF according to her figures and said whether we were willing to pay that much for her.
It looks as if the agent has her own option and she doesn't want us to take this apartment even for the higher price offered. It's suspicious! Neither the management nor the manager gave an exact answer as to why the figures were called at first, they invented their values on the go, and the next day they agreed "information about the amount is confidential."
I do not recommend this agency to anyone, the disgusting attitude towards people, there is not even a business relationship between the buyer and the agent. Don't waste your time and nerves :)
By buying into the advertisement (open house... free consultations... high-class specialists...), I came today for a consultation at Your Capital agency. Irina Rybakova conducted the consultation. I found the apartment on the site myself, while I, as a tenant, also had to pay the agency after signing the lease agreement for their "services" in the amount of half (!) monthly rent of an apartment. Does it turn out that the agent provides me with more services if the apartment is more expensive?)) It's very interesting. Not only does this contradict logic, but from a legal point of view it does not correspond to the resolution of the Council of Ministers "On tariffs for real estate services". The agency cannot take money from both sides at the same time.
There was no time to deal with such a fraudulent scheme, since they were looking for an apartment urgently. The agent is polite, but as such there was no service for which a far from small amount was paid. The only drawback is that payment is made only after the fact.
I consider reviews like "I want to express my gratitude" to be twisted, I have seen dozens of reviews with the same structure from a couple more agencies in Minsk. If you do not feel sorry for your money spent for nothing, contact Your Capital, I recommend it!

I had to deal with the agency "Your Capital" when buying an apartment. Everything was going well until I turned down the agency's services. Both the agent and the lawyer answered any of my questions with a memorized phrase – we do not provide information if the Buyer does not use the agency's service. After the final transfer of money, we needed a transfer certificate – we do not provide an act if you do not use the agency's service. But this act is necessary not only for me, as a Buyer, but also for the Seller, who, by the way, generously paid for the agency's services. As a result, we, together with the Seller, drew up the act ourselves. Well, the final episode was the quest to request a technical passport for an apartment from the agency. The seller asked the agent to return the passport that was transferred to the agency at the time of signing the contract for the provision of real estate services, to which he received a reply that the passport was transferred to me, i.e. to the Buyer. Naturally, no one gave it to me. Then the answer came that the agency does not provide a new technical passport if the Buyer does not use the service. The seller indicated that we do not need a new one, return ours. And again, the answer is – why do you need it? All this went on for a very long time, Agent Alexey Lyakh constantly referred to lawyer Elena Alekseevna, who generally tried not to get in touch). As a result, only after I said that I would start writing official appeals and letters about the agency's retention of the original documents, Alexey said that he would leave his passport to the janitor and you can pick it up there. I am amazed by the work of this agency, and believe me, there is something to compare it with. And I am very sorry that, at Alexey's request, I indicated the phrase on the document entitled annex to the agreement of intent – I have no complaints against the agency. The office looks like it's about fifty years old from the inside. The office for clients is narrow, the furniture in it is not comfortable. With their undisguised desire to make money on both sides of the contract, representatives of "Your Capital" disrupted our deal to buy the desired apartment.
We have repeatedly heard and read negative reviews about this real estate agency. But when faced with the work of "Your Capital" personally, we finally made sure of this.
We found the apartment ourselves on a well-known website on the Internet. The announcement of the sale was placed on behalf of a specialist of Your Capital.
At the stage of the preliminary agreement, the first question to us, as a Buyer, from the realtor of "Your Capital" was the question "Will you conclude a contract with us for the provision of real estate services?". After receiving the answer "no", the boorish, dismissive attitude towards us did not take long to wait.
We came to the transaction with a "verified" Agent. It was our representative, whom we fully trust, who had to check the whole "background" of the apartment we were purchasing. After all, it is the Buyer who bears most of the risks associated with real estate transactions. Therefore, we believe that it is absolutely fair that we wanted the apartment to be checked by "our" person.
But the realtor of "Your Capital" from her high bell tower saw everything completely differently: if we do not want to enter into an agreement with their agency, then we will not receive any "extended" information about the apartment and the Owner.
All attempts by our Agent to ask the Seller for a standard power of attorney to obtain information about the apartment and about his health status were in vain. They were broken under constant pressure from an employee of "Your Capital", who in every possible way set up the Seller against us and our Agent.
We went to "Your Capital" to make the deal happy and satisfied that we would soon become the owners of the apartment we liked so much, and eventually left the agency without a preliminary agreement, absolutely upset and devastated.
We do not exclude that many decent specialists work in "Your Capital", but the company's policy of openly putting pressure on the client and imposing its services leads to utter disappointment.
We do not recommend it!
