In general, after 40 minutes I left with a new one! customized! shifter) I recommend, I will be here for maintenance and repair, although it is far from home
P.s. the guys, on their own initiative, eliminated the "spy" (a tie instead of attaching a cable shirt) left by one of the first collectors of the network. The original mount was installed - a trifle, but it immediately shows the high level and approach of the staff.

They sell everything at a huge margin. I bought a bicycle from them for over 2000 rubles and in less than a year the carriage collapsed. When I changed the carriage in an adequate place, it turned out that the carriage was extremely cheap. It is suspected that these crooks are replacing parts with cheaper ones. It is those details that are inside the bike and it is simply impossible to see without disassembly. My friend also once bought an expensive bike from them and he also had a problem with a part inside the front wheel (Is it a coincidence?). I highly recommend not buying anything in the store "Your Crook". Shops that are more modest work much better, carry out repairs very quickly, the repair itself will also cost much less.

Very inappropriate behavior, I wanted to buy a bike, at first they said that they would deliver it to the address on Saturday (there should have been a birthday gift), as a result, I called them back on Saturday evening and they replied that it was not a fact that they would deliver it on Sunday, I refused. The next day, I arranged by phone for them to move the bike to another store, they said that OK, they would move it and as a result, they ignored it completely, they didn't even take the phone, and when my wife called, like from another number, they took the phone when I realized that he started yelling something rude about my question. I ordered a bike, they brought it quickly. The product was ordered for a gift, therefore in a box (disassembled). I didn't print the box right away, and when I opened it, I was surprised: the bike frame was broken in 4 places, the steering wheel was climbing itself, the pedals were scattered, bolts and nuts were lying all over the box (another question is whether they would be enough to screw the necessary parts). And when I contacted the company, they offered me a flashlight as compensation (to ride brighter with it) and said that they had sent a whole product and it is not known who made these scratches. And when I asked them to issue a refund, they told me it was impossible because it would cost them a big minus and they would not earn anything on this product. Your interests are above all.
And did not think about how these scratches could appear. No one wants to admit their negligence. How the goods were reposed - that's the result.
Think about whether it is worth dealing with such a firm, with such people. An unpleasant residue remained from the purchase of the product.

I do not recommend the store!!! We ordered two bicycles for the children's birthday, by Monday. They promised to bring it on Sunday, they waited all day, no one even called. On Mon, too, silence, after my call, they apologized for spoiling the surprise, promised two helmets in compensation, and swore that they would arrive on Tue in the morning (no one came again in the morning, after already persistent several calls, the courier brought bicycles at 16 o'clock, but the bicycles were not what we ordered, and no one promised helmets I brought it. Refusal and I will not recommend it to anyone else, a completely irresponsible approach!

I bought a Forward mountain bike in October 2020, I was satisfied with the purchase, the sellers showed their professionalism in the process of selecting a "bicycle machine" and additional accessories for me. When choosing, they give you the opportunity to ride, to feel, so to speak, the "device". I have never come across such an adequate approach before. We have issued documents and a guarantee for the bike. I liked the free service during the first month of operation after buying the bike and it was just useful to me. After a month of operation, the rear bearings on the wheel "flew", I came to the store, the breakdown was diagnosed immediately, and the bearings were replaced with new ones within 2 hours. It turns out that on many Forward bikes this is a common problem after purchase - the bearings are covered with a "copper basin"! Now I will also buy bicycle parts and consumables from them.
