Do not rely on the competence of the "specialists" of this store, I addressed the problem of squeaking brakes and shifting gears: the chain jumped on the front sprocket every other time and is very problematic. The bike's mileage is no more than 200 km. in normal gentle operation. They said that it was necessary to change the chain and the sprocket, respectively, after the replacement, the problem remained the same. They advised me to hold the shift lever longer and that's the whole question. And which one did you change then? The brakes are the same story: the consultant said that they actually creak too, and this is normal. Darkness, lack of competence and lack of professionalism!

Then I gave the bike to the full for 100 rubles. I took it quickly - I was in a hurry. During the ride, I found that the tires did not really pump up, the problem that was with the wrong geometry of the wheel was eliminated like this (in the photo) - they tightened the bolt so that the washer burst.
I ride a bike regularly, but I don't have time to figure out how to fix it - it seems to me that's what it is for - you pay money and they serve you - like in any other field. Everyone should mind their own business. But with such repairs, it's probably better to do everything yourself.
I am very unhappy and I would not recommend paying such money to anyone for anything.
P.S at first I didn't want to complain, because you can't prove anything anymore - you had to go to the store, but you never know if you want more customers (our city is cycling). So you will know why there are fewer of them. Work on the service - I may come by in a year.

In the contract, the specified amounts were fully paid on time. By the way, the manager on the phone indicated that I myself had to add up all the amounts once again and pay out taking into account these 39 kopecks, it does not matter that the contract contains completely different amounts...there, in the store, they may have made a mistake.....but, excuse me, whose joint is this?? I wanted to buy a chain with a lock to fasten the scooter. There was no chain with links from 10 mm thick. The seller, of course, did a good job, offered bicycle ropes and locks of other types and, to my question, whether they would save a scooter worth 2000 cu from theft, he said that his bike costs even more and he bought exactly such chains for himself.
