At a meeting in the service, they begin to tell me that they also went to a meeting, because on some site the norms of hourly work are "such such" (they said that all hundred work on this site), to the question why then at lunch or earlier they did not tell me the price, they replied "well, I just I didn't visit the site, I didn't look at it." The most important claim "why didn't they call and coordinate with me before the repair" was answered "the car needs to be done, we did it"
