I want to leave a review about the successful cooperation with the specialists of the real estate agency "Your realtor". I needed to sell a house in Rechitsa. Once I already tried to do this and even met a realtor Julia Stoma, but the attempt was unsuccessful due to the fact that I decided to sell my house myself without any services from the agency. It was a mistake. After about 2 years, I tried to do it again, but with the help of realtors. An agency contract was signed, the keys to the house were transferred since no one lived in it and the process was started. At the same time, I did not have to take any part in this process, which was very important for me because of my employment and also because I live in Russia. It took a while to find a buyer and I had to lower the sale price, I was sympathetic to this because the real estate market is now stagnating and not only in Belarus. As a result, the buyer was found. I liked the clear and competent work of Julia and her assistant Anna. Anna promptly showed the house to buyers and provided me with a report on each show. Yulia had planned in advance all trips to offices and organizations to obtain certificates, extracts and other documents. A list of documents required for the transaction was agreed upon in advance. I arrived from Russia 3 days before the deal, all these three days I was freeing the house and the plot from my belongings, and the deal took a couple of hours, and Yulia accompanied me from office to office all the time. What can I say..? A very friendly and professional team! Not a single misfire! Thanks to Julia and Anna for the quality work and most importantly for the result! With confidence, I give an excellent rating!
