We contacted the agent about the apartment, agreed to view it, on the day of viewing the apartment, the agent herself dissuaded us from the apartment, but we nevertheless agreed to come. She called several times, said that the price of the apartment had increased, named the exact amount, said that a person had offered her more than what was written in the ad (she named it in numbers), asked if they were ready to pay $ 500 more, I agreed, several times she clarified "are you sure you are ready or not, so that I I shouldn't have waited for you," then according to the usual scheme : she also called our friends who were considering this apartment and offered them a sum higher than ours (specifically voicing the figures). In the apartment itself, she expressed her dissatisfaction with us, tried to get us out of the apartment faster, because she was in a hurry to attend another screening of the apartment (from the beginning of the viewing, the expulsion began in 10-15 minutes). Should she have planned more time if we were ready to buy an apartment here and now? We didn't see any documents for the apartment from her, she just didn't provide even a technical passport. It is also worth mentioning that she was imposing her services, we wanted to come to a preliminary agreement with her agent, at that point she was very unhappy with us, she was imposing her agency "your capital consult", and the seller has an agreement with "Your Capital" (without consulting) . When asked why we didn't want to order services from them, she said, "Do you feel sorry for the money?" What kind of business conversation can we talk about if an agent expresses himself like that? However, we said that we just didn't want to work with their agency, but with our own. I read in the reviews that in the 20th year they were stripped of their license due to the fact that they imposed their services. The agent is incompetent in his questions, she pointed out everywhere that it was necessary, that everything was fine, even if it was obvious that it wasn't, it shouldn't have been, she assured that she was right and everywhere it was. We went through a huge number of apartments with agents, all the agents were tactful, had information about the apartment, were polite, did not impose their services, except for this agent from "Your Capital" :) In the end, before the agent was ready to throw us out of the apartment viewing, we agreed on a time for tomorrow, when the preliminary agreement could be signed. We indicated our amount to her on a piece of paper. We agreed that she would call us tomorrow. Since 9 a.m., I personally called her twice, she discounted, sent an SMS "I'll call you back now," did not call back, when I called her back, she replied: "the owner chose another person with a higher amount," I asked, "okay, can you tell us the amount, we will offer more." Her response: "No, it's confidential information." I'm asking: why did you tell us the numbers yesterday and whether we are ready to offer more, but today it is confidential information. No response was received. It turns out to be interesting why yesterday she disclosed the price in figures, said how much she was offered and increased the cost HERSELF according to her figures and said whether we were willing to pay that much for her. It looks as if the agent has her own option and she doesn't want us to take this apartment even for the higher price offered. It's suspicious! Neither the management nor the manager gave an exact answer as to why the figures were called at first, they invented their values on the go, and the next day they agreed "information about the amount is confidential." I do not recommend this agency to anyone, the disgusting attitude towards people, there is not even a business relationship between the buyer and the agent. Don't waste your time and nerves :)
