Great place! In the historical part of Polotsk, with large panoramic windows, there is a beautiful interior with paintings both in the hall and in the restroom.
Polite staff, notice any extra napkin on the table and immediately remove it, be sure to ask if the guests are satisfied.
The menu is not boring everyday like everywhere else, but in a European quality, the dishes are prepared with love for the guests!

I ordered a Roman pizza with salmon and lemonade , but it was delicious , juicy , the fillings were not spared , the products are obviously fresh . Lemzik was pleasantly surprised . The staff is ordinary , well served.
I'll put 4 , only because of the very high price tag (in the city ) . Alcohol price tags, even restaurants in Polotsk and NP smoke on the sidelines, 15byn for a glass of Belarusian craft, are you serious?!. Food is definitely worth the money .

After the reviews, there were high expectations from the food, but they did not come true. We ordered rolls and tea. The rolls are of medium deliciousness, as they are prepared everywhere in Polotsk and Novopolotsk, but more expensive, the eel was so salty that it was unpleasant to eat.
When you order tea in a teapot, you obviously don't expect a bag with a label of some cheap stuff in it, it tastes disgusting, even ginger didn't help.
The serving is lame. We were not even asked to put an order on a common plate or on separate ones, and the plates were not brought at all (eat above the table, let the food drip onto a napkin), we had to ask for plates ourselves. They gave us one soy sauce pan, although it's unhygienic and even just not tactful, maybe we disdain to dip our food in other people's drool. This is all fixable, you just need to give precise instructions to the staff on the minimum serving so that guests are comfortable and do not have to run to the bar.
The music is so loud that it is uncomfortable to communicate.
Of the advantages, only a pleasant interior.

Hello! Today, my friend and I were lucky enough to visit this institution. To be honest, I've been to this place, but when it was in a different place. And considering that it has relocated and updated the menu, I decided to bring a friend there. Okay, fewer words.
Let's start with the waiter. Her name is Arina. A very friendly girl, and also incredibly beautiful. It is clear that this beauty (if anything, she addresses the visitors in such a way, as for me it is very nice) is immersed in her work. When choosing dishes from the menu, Arina also advised us on some positions based on the opinions of other people (if this dish is popular) and her own preferences. She came up to us occasionally, wondering if everything was in order, if she liked the dish. The service is top-notch. Arisha, you're 100 out of 10. I wish there were more such employees. Arina, people like you make me want to come back. And we'll be back.
The next person I want to talk about is the cook. Just a minute, her name is Anya, and there are other chefs, but she cooked for us today. You definitely need to say something about her, and, of course, it's pleasant. She cooks these amazing dishes for us. We took several positions, it was great, we left satisfied and well-fed, ate every last crumb. There are a lot of items on the menu, everyone will find something interesting for themselves.
And finally, I would like to say something about the administrator. Her name is Natalia. The administrator is the face of the institution. And that's for sure!! A beautiful girl. She is very polite, pleasant to talk to, and of course very beautiful. Natalia turned towards the receptionist when she was looking at the establishment, immediately came up and asked if everything was in order. Customer orientation is 100 out of 10.
Bottom line: we left in a great mood and lifted the mood of the employee a little. Thank you.
Oh, I completely forgot. The Twitter cafe has a very beautiful interior, as we now call it an "instagram place", you will leave not only well-fed, but also with beautiful photos.

I always liked everything, and the taste was justified by the price, except for the order on New Year's Eve, the delivery time was delayed by 2.5 hours, no one called or even warned about the delay in the order! The discount was refused for such a long wait! The rolls themselves looked terrible, and they didn't taste any better, everything was lying around in a chaotic manner and smeared! Frozen and cold! It was a shame to put it on the table for the guests!
After all, you need to work for your reputation and not hit the jackpot with the number of orders, so that you can spoil the holiday for people later! Money is wasted! Hurtful…

Pleasant atmosphere and beautiful interior. Behind the safety glass, you can see how the chefs prepare orders. We ordered a shrimp truffle eel Roll and a tuna roll with truffles. The taste and presentation are beyond praise! Of the cons: there were no cold drinks, the waiting time was 35-40 minutes (But it was worth it! ), and the rice in the rolls was falling apart.
But this did not affect the overall impression of the institution in any way. We will definitely visit it again! :) 🍣

A great place to eat the most delicate rolls (lots of fish, lots of toppings, only fresh products and their interesting combination), excellent pizzas (dough with a crispy crust and soft inside, as well as, again, a lot of toppings) and awesome mochi
