The tables stand on a moving platform that makes 1 revolution per hour. People with weak vestibular will not be very comfortable because of the movement. And if, for example, you just stand and listen to yourself, then you can feel how slightly it wobbles due to the fact that the tower sways 6-10 meters from the wind to its height.
