The parking area is tidy.. The attendant friend is kind and guiding.. The queuing machines are running flat out.. The employees at the Transaction Teller are kind and helpful enough.. The staff who carry out the checks are kind, quick and interested at the exit.. I have used it 3 times, these are my impressions.,

I thought it would be more comfortable because I left 6 days after the Christmas hike came, but it's not. The parking area and the entrance to the queue in Dudullu are much more organized. Paying Oct also, even though he says we don't do TÜVTÜRK, he still charges additional fees to pay with a credit card!!!
