All the answers are in the style of "waiting for distribution", there are not even any attempts to help bring you up to date or suggest alternative options. When you start demanding at least some specifics, they immediately offer to refund the money. And the fact that time has been lost does not interest them at all. In their tiktok, in which everything is successful and the record is 100 out of 100, they promised me to "solve it, very soon"
In the end, after almost 3 months of waiting, they demanded that I write a refund application. Since "for technical reasons it is not possible to record me," they say, contact me in 3-4 months)))))
The most amazing thing is that this counter still sells "Romanian passports". It will be fun when people who have given 5-6 thousand dollars for fake Romanian roots will begin to receive refusals en masse, and "tutvisa" (if there is such a desk by that time) will promise them to "solve it, very soon."
We applied to this agency for a visa to Greece (2 adults + a child). The entry was made, a day before the visit to the visa center, I met with the agency staff to pick up the packages of documents. Everything was checked, prepared and seemed ready for the visit. On the day of the visit, I double-checked all the documents and found that the dates of the trip differ in two places. I had to urgently print out a new document. In the visa center itself, many copies of documents in different packages were missing, which were made by the staff of the EC for an additional fee, but the most serious thing was that there was no child's name in the hotel reservation. The visa center staff immediately drew attention to this and said that there might be questions. As a result, the documents were accepted with a receipt. A week later we received a refusal. The reason is booking. The agency's employees answered my questions that "everyone is preparing documents this way" and we were just unlucky. I believe that the service was rendered poorly, there were questions about booking immediately, it is unlikely that luck has anything to do with the refusal.
We applied to this visa agency back in mid-December 2023 to obtain a Polish PBH visa with an invitation. The agency promised that the invitation for the visa would be ready within 10 days, but a month later it was not received. Further, the agency continued to insist that the invitation had already been sent, but in the end it never came. It seems that the visa agency did not request the above invitation at all. As a result, they were forced to agree to a refund (the money was also returned for about a week), spending a lot of time waiting, as well as completely losing the very possibility of obtaining a Polish PBH visa in general.
