We were in Mogilev and stayed at the Tourist hotel. The room was given on the fifth floor, quite decent, clean, good linen, comfortable beds, although there is one outlet for the TV and refrigerator, or one or the other. But the bathroom is something. Taking a shower is a whole quest. The walls are lined with plastic panels and you can't lean on them, and there is a very high side of the bathtub and no handrails. Because of this, the walls in the bathroom are damaged, people are falling, we were lucky, we managed. The toilet is not fixed and tries to throw you off like a stubborn horse. And yet, there was no shoe spoon in the room, without it it was a problem to put on shoes, and we went to the administrator on the first floor to get boiling water. It was cool in the room, and warm blankets saved the day. There is a parking lot for a car. In general, you can live.
While visiting Mogilev, we stayed at this hotel several times, in comfort class rooms. The rooms are clean, tidy, with everything you need. Convenient location. There is a breakfast to choose from. Among the disadvantages, the hotel has a restaurant that is open only for breakfast, if you do not have time before a certain time, you will have to eat somewhere in the city. You also need to have lunch and dinner somewhere, and sometimes you want to do it locally.
I happened to visit this hotel. From the look of it, it seemed to me nondescript, Sovdekovskaya. The politeness of the staff made me happy. The comfort room is cozy, clean, beautiful, lucky with a beautiful view of the Dnieper embankment. The breakfasts are delicious and hearty, but if you want to have another snack, there is a food tent nearby. Prices for both accommodation and meals are democratic. Overall, it left a very pleasant impression)
Very clean and cozy hotel. Fresh renovation, new furniture. Delicious simple food in the restaurant. A warm welcome. Quietly. Parking space. It is an ideal option for an overnight stop. There is a refrigerator in the room. The cooler is on the floor.
An ordinary, standard, provincial hotel.
Clean, neat, calm.
Of the advantages:
A kettle in the room, a freezer, friendly staff (special thanks to the blonde at the reception for the "young man" under 50 years old;))
Of the cons:
Hot water has to be drained for a long time to make it hot.
There is no lighting in the corridor in front of the room (single comfort, 718), you have to stick the key into the lock by touch.
The tablecloths in the dining room are dirty in the morning, not changed, although the breakfast is decent.
The TV is rippling, it shows poorly.
Otherwise, everything is fine, the price tag is humane and breakfast is included. For an additional fee.
A good, inexpensive hotel (since the Soviet era). Cozy rooms (although the bathroom is too small), as well as everything is there, the linen is clean, pleasant and attentive staff
Back in the USSR is an understatement. The hall is the only place that has been renovated since Khrushchev's time. We take the elevator up to the floor and we are greeted by a path that has not been cleaned since the same time. We go into the room: you can not use the outlet, the bed is closed, the battery pipes and the towel rail are painted several times but the rust protrudes. The hood is not working, it is overgrown with dust. The TV of the pre-Perestroika times does not show anything. There are two different glasses on the table on paper napkins, the refrigerator is buzzing, but it seems that instead of cold it warms! I turned to the recipe, so the girls did well, they even offered to put food with them. In the morning, the refrigerator was replaced, but with a larger one and put in the middle of the room, although it was cold, but it buzzed so that I had to turn it off at night so that at least I didn't get much sleep. There was no declared kettle in the room, there was a cooler in the hallway, which was already empty in the morning. The parking lot is one name that is guarded: the guard was never seen there and the barrier was never closed. And they also charge an additional fee for this. In general, I'll give you a star, and the hotel as a whole minus three!
Mogilev hotel, polite young staff, good rooms for rest, there is a restaurant, the city center is a couple of stops away, press conferences, there is such a thing. Not expensive rooms.
It was 02.11.24. a single simple room with a discount cost 51 Belarusian rubles, if I'm not mistaken. The room is standard, simple, has Wi-Fi, TV, small refrigerator.
The only downside is that it was very cold. Well, as I covered myself with a blanket, it seemed to be fine)
In the future, if I come to Mogilev again, I will stay there)
I stopped several times.Convenient location. The view of the Dnieper River from the room is amazing!!! The price/quality is consistent. The staff is polite and helpful .
There is no kettle on the fifth floor, 2 of the 5 outlets in the room were only working. The food is delicious and varied. You can buy coffee at the bar. And so the room is neat, the bed is comfortable, warm
The view of the river from the room window is beautiful. But it's still a long way from the center. It's probably better in summer. The security is loyal, but at night they ask you to rest only in the rooms.
It seemed strange to me. We sat quietly and chatted... It is not clear what was in the way.
The price is the same as in the Mogilev hotel, and the service and comfort are much lower. I stayed for one night. Room 716- the spruce water is warm, there is a smell of sewage in the corridor. After contacting the administrator Alina, the room was replaced with 705 or 706, everything is OK there - it's warm, the water is hot, there is no smell in the corridor.
There is no kettle in the room.We asked for it, but they didn't give it to us.The restaurant is closed. It's raining and windy outside, and there's nowhere to drink tea.We don't know what Mogilev looks like, because in the end I caught a cold and didn't see anything..There is no place to wash clothes. The hotel is empty, and who will go if that's how guests are greeted. Why did you come?Never set foot in Belarus again. No one is welcome here.
I have already come to you several times.... I celebrated the New Year 3 times, and was with a colleague. I like your place, the service and the way of life suits me....Thank you very much.
Among the advantages: comfortable beds and a clean room, a high-speed elevator. Of the minuses: far from the center, an uncomfortable bathroom (on the toilet, knees rest against the wall, a meter-long bathtub with a step, xs how to wash), an entourage of a scoop (although it may be a plus for someone). The food is ordinary, the staff is polite
Everything is like in the Union, but the service is better than in a private hotel where we spent the night before
The linen is clean, the rooms are clean, there is shampoo, soap and slippers
A solid three. Everything seems normal, but tired. The staff is polite. There is no change, you cannot pay with a card + cash. Either one or the other. The lobby is spacious, there is a place to sit. To talk / to wait for someone / to have a snack. There are parking spaces. The price tag is expensive. The rooms are clean.
The view from the hotel to the Dnieper is gorgeous. But, this is if you have a room on the Dnieper side. 🙂
Therefore, I recommend paying attention to this when checking in.
I didn't live in the hotel itself, I don't know. But my husband decided to take me there for an evening of rest. I thought it was a restaurant. And it turned out to be a banquet hall. We prudently took everything with us, otherwise there is a buffet downstairs, where questionable products at restaurant prices. But that's okay. But the contingent... Drunken men in rumpled jeans and sweaters or camouflage, women who were not very young in revealing outfits (short, transparent, sequined and "in the shape"), tables with the inscription "reserved", which were still free. But people of both sexes, obviously drunk, sat down with us. At least there wasn't a fight. I'm not going there anymore. There are no complaints about the staff, but maybe we should introduce at least some kind of dress code?
An excellent hotel,we had a family vacation, booked a room in advance, double, with a large double bed,it cost us 80 bel.rub.without breakfast, breakfast separately, optional 9 rubles, there is also a restaurant at the hotel, which is very convenient.By number I want to add:bright, clean, everything you need was present (kettle, refrigerator, two glasses, wardrobe, table, TV, Wi-Fi, individual sachets with shampoo, balm and soap bars in the bathroom)Our room was on the fifth floor, there is an elevator, the view from the window is incredibly beautiful on the outskirts of Mogilev, the square. The staff is friendly, the girls at the reception quickly arrange everything and without unnecessary words.Thank you so much for a good rest.
The economy-economy hotel, the only thing that pleases is the friendly staff.
It is very cold in the rooms (month of May), towels are grayish, there are few sockets, they are in uncomfortable places and with plugs from children, I had to call an employee Alexander to help cope with the problem. Here is a huge thank you to him for his help! And in general, the staff is very good, but the hotel is a three-star frankly.
I poured water from the cooler into the kettle, the workers are coming: and our tap water is normal 😆
Impressions about the hotel are not unambiguous. The name explains a lot. You don't expect much comfort from a tourist. Surprisingly, we got a wonderful room. Everything worked was clean and warm. (610) Unlike the others. Someone did not have hot water, someone had heat, a kettle, the TV did not work or did not work well.
In general, we were lucky.
Breakfast is normal, if you arrive on time, then it is warm.
The staff is helpful.
We were passing through with the children. We took the most expensive suite, a two-room suite to accommodate. As a result, the conday did not work, the TV turned on, but it showed terribly. The sofa is burned by cigarettes. It's not worth the money.
They left in the morning and forgot it like a bad dream
Quickly settled. The room is clean. The room was replaced due to the fact that the TV and refrigerator did not work, but the new 722 TV is fresh. The refrigerator was working. The room is cozy, but there was a smell of sewage in the bathroom. Delicious and inexpensive 9p. set lunch at the restaurant. At my request , they gave out a kettle at the reception . But you can only get water into the kettle from the shower. There is a very weak pressure in the shower.
All that is good about this hotel is the location and the staff. The numbers, of course, leave much to be desired.....We had an improved double, where the TV and refrigerator saw dear Leonid Ilyich in full health. It's high time to change the technique, dear comrades!
We were at the Tourist Hotel from January 4-6, 2024 with a tour group. A family of 2 people was allocated a comfort single room. With one pillow, with one towel. They initially refused to change the number. We found a second towel and a bag of shampoo, but it was difficult to find a second pillow. They offered another room with two beds. The room was angular, there were frosts and one wall was just icy. We decided to stay in a small room. There was no kettle, only cold water came out of the shower. The next day, they left a request for plumbing, fixed it. The breakfasts were choiceless. Tea, coffee bags. On the first day, milk had to be asked several times to be brought. The hotel is worth two stars. The hotel should be one of the business cards of the city. The impression of the city of Mogilev turned out to be blurred.

We stayed from 03/01/24 to 05/01/24 with a tourist group of 37 people. The choice of this Tourist hotel in Mogilev spoiled the whole impression of the tour. The 7-storey hotel has 2 hair dryers on request. Upon check-out, you must present your room, check the safety of towels and glasses. We have stayed in 3* hotels more than once, but there was no such terrible service in any of them. Tea and coffee were served for breakfast according to the number of people in the group. And the milk is in a glass for a few people. It's very sad.
In short, according to a five-point estimate, I put 2 points. Last August, we rented a suite in this hotel. Everything started well, great location, friendly receptionist at the hotel. Well, then the surprises began, the TV in the room does not work, we turned to the administrator, in response we heard sorry, the only room in which the TV does not work, since there were no free places, we had to stay in this room. There were stains on the carpet in one of the rooms, in the other room where there was a floor lamp, there was dust around, a towel was washed, but the smell was clearly not fresh linen. There was no hair dryer in the room, there were problems with a sleeping place in the second room, the sofa did not fold out. They opened the windows, and there were cobwebs all around, which they could remove, but as it turned out, the surprise was in front... Night fell, it was hot in the room, and we decided to open the windows. They were shocked by what they saw... Spiders began to be caught on the ledges, a total of 14 spiders of different sizes were caught. In the second room, the situation is almost the same, It was not pleasant to sleep. I would really like the hotel management to pay attention to this.
There is no air conditioning, it is simply impossible to stay in the room. It is possible to sleep at night with the front door and window wide open, there are no mosquito nets on the windows, flies and mosquitoes are all yours
For the state hotel chain top! The Soviet handwriting and spirit have been preserved, but the service is very good! Everything is very neat! The view of the city pulls the stars! Good enough and worth the money! Comfortable with children! The breakfasts are very simple, but the children like it and will do!)
I stayed at the beginning, I really liked the rooms clean, cozy, the shower is excellent, the bed linen is clean, the rooms are cleaned perfectly, the wifi catches perfectly, I really liked the staff very good
A good hotel, without any special frills and joints. Good location, close to the embankment and the park. In a small san.the node has a bathroom, you need to climb high enough to wash yourself. The mirror shelf is loose. It'll do for a couple of days.
I explain why it's not 5 stars:
I'll say right away, a double room with a large bed is cool. The price/quality is excellent. But!
A couple comes to the reception and in fact they give a room with 2 separate beds and a broken handle - well, that... After the request to replace the number, there were very dissatisfied speeches addressed to us and dissatisfaction (although in fact, more money was paid as a result)......
There are also elevators with a hard recoil, which gives to the spine, but that's okay ..
In the end everything is fine, but the "sediment" remained...
Positive: - - -
Minuses:
1. Bed linen, towel, bathrobes are grey. We would buy a colored one if it is not possible to wash the white one. The curtains, the bedspreads are dirty, the carpet is stained.
2. For two days of staying in the suite, they never cleaned, took out the trash, or anything at all. But the uncle guard in slates came with a question - will you extend it? Although half a day was additionally paid due to late check-out ...
3. The toilet is leaking, the lamp in the bathroom is flashing, the blankets are thin and one and a half and this is in the suite (and it's January outside).
4. The price absolutely does not correspond, 164 rubles per day, for Russian about 5000 rubles....
I do not recommend!
A modest hotel. It's cheap for Russian money. He lived in a suite type room, which I would not call it at all. There is an embankment nearby, you can take a walk. Breakfast is very poor. I recommend trying the shingles with mushrooms.
The restaurant staff is good, the employees are responsive, the evenings are interesting, only the music program is very weak, the speakers are booming and you can't hear the words of the songs and you want more dance music of the 80s and 90s
The rooms are getting better every year. The staff is polite and attentive. The rooms are clean and spacious. There is a public transport stop near the hotel.
Despite the fact that the furniture is broken in places, and the air conditioner in the room did not work, I was otherwise incredibly satisfied.
The situation was non-standard, the car broke down at night near Mogilev, we had to urgently look for a place to stay with the child and parents. They offered a suite for the price, they got into the situation as much as possible, looked for all possible options, met, even called the elevator.
Everything is fine, everyone likes it. I also rested at this hotel and even made a diamond painting of a photo of the Tourist hotel building. There are always guests there is a demand for rooms

A normal hotel, a Soviet-era building. The number in the photo is 3500 rubles. for Russian money. Cons in the room - it is necessary to dry-clean the sofa, update the towels and the quality of the TV fails. An Internet amplifier is needed.
But the restaurant at the hotel is something)))
Dinner was served to us in a separate closed room, with everyone being driven there, not served in the common room, which is very strange... Ordered carbonara) served spaghetti sprinkled with overcooked onions, bacon and eggs. This is of course trash.
We wanted to order breakfast, but after that, we decided not to take any chances
Such hotels should not exist. At least in winter. I came with a group. I am sitting on December 31 in a room without heating, without water. There is no kettle, the cooler does not work. You can't keep warm, and you can't wash either. Wi-Fi is for messengers only and text only. I was ready for the "scoop", but there are no basic needs. Shame on you. My vacation and holiday are ruined. Don't ever move in here!
