We found a very cool guide, spoke good English, listened to our wishes, gave us delicious coffee and treats, and everything was great! We were lucky with the weather during the rainy season, there was a little drizzle on the rise and that was the end of it. There weren't many clouds at the top, but there's a charm to it. And the view of the dawn volcano is something incredible. An unequivocal recommendation.
P.S. the only negative for us is that we are athletes and apparently we were walking relatively briskly up (although we could have been faster, but the guide advised us not to rush :))in this regard, there were very long stops (halts) for half an hour or more - you have time to freeze). It is clear that this is done in order to maintain the schedule and come to the top at dawn, rather than sitting there for 2 hours and freezing even more. In general, if you are adequate!!!! If you evaluate your strength and realize that 7 km and 2000 m of climbing in 7 hours is very slow for you (according to our estimate, 4.5-5 is an absolutely normal time), then you can try to go out later.

The managers helped us choose a tour, and also dissuaded us from hiking up the volcano by offering a jeep tour. And it was a great solution — more convenient and more comfortable!
We were taken to Batur volcano in a vintage Land Rover Defender — the car looked cool, just like in the photo. The guide talked a lot about the culture and the country, although he was a local, he spoke excellent Russian. The sunrise at the top of the volcano was simply magical. The climb took only 40 minutes, and at the top we even had eggs boiled on volcanic steam — it was unexpectedly delicious!
After the volcano, we were taken to the hot springs. It was possible to relax there, but the bar would have liked more choice of drinks. Lunch with a view of the volcano was delicious, especially pleased that the spicy dishes were served separately.
The trip to the islands also left only pleasant impressions. A guide met us, showed us interesting places, helped with photos, and then there was snorkeling. Manta rays and turtles, however, were not seen, but the coral reefs were beautiful. Everything went smoothly and without fuss.
In general, everything is organized very well: from transfers to excursions. We are thrilled with the trip and definitely recommend this tour to anyone who is planning a trip to Bali!
Everything was just great! We really enjoyed the Instagram tour and got a lot more than we expected.
We thought it would be a group tour, but in the end it was an individual tour with the incredible Kadek Eny and a very courteous driver who opened the doors for us and opened the umbrella when necessary.
Kadek is an indigenous Balinese woman who speaks Russian. She told us about the culture and traditions of the island and showed it from the best side.
We were also fed for free and had a coffee tasting.

It was unforgettable! To begin with, we didn't conquer Agung because of the weather, we got almost to the top, but the wind and rain picked up and we would have been blown away there. The advice is unequivocal not to go during the rainy season, it is a very difficult test and unfortunately you will not see anything at the very top. We had 1.5 hours left before the peak, but the guides explained the situation and said it was very dangerous. It was terribly difficult for us to turn back, but we didn't want to take any chances.
Everything was fine with the organization, excellent guides, professional manager, I definitely recommend this service. Tickets for the speedboat to Nusa Penida were bought at the Alphamart store. All shipments are on time. There aren't many people.

The story is like this:
We have pre-booked a hike to Agung through this wonderful office.
Closer to the dates, the weather began to deteriorate greatly (rains and strong winds were promised). 2 days before the ascent, I asked the MyBaliTrips manager if we should postpone the ascent, to which I received assurances that everything was fine and everyone was climbing. OK, we trust the agency.
The day before the rise, it rained for a whole day and I asked if it was possible to reschedule the date. To which they replied that the transfer was no longer possible and said that everything was going up according to plan.
It turned out that in the case of a transfer, we simply lose money. And if you read the contract, then they are not responsible for anything at all.
There was a feeling that the agency did not care at all about how our vacation would go. But they did not jump to conclusions, they decided to try to get up.
At the appointed time, the guide met us and we went upstairs. And it began.
It rained all the way and a strong wind blew. As the guide reminded us, apparently hoping that we would decide to return. But no, to all his questions about whether we were moving on, he received an affirmative answer and we moved on. The guide was obviously upset every time, it seems he immediately realized that he would not be able to climb in such weather.
By the way, he knew a couple of words in English, so there was no briefing either.
After walking 1km to the top, our guide was clearly exhausted and did not expect this at all. He was wearing a T-shirt and a torn raincoat and was clearly chilled. I took pity on him and gave him my raincoat.
When we were ready to move on, it was clearly visible that he was already in despair.
Then there was a sheer cliff with a slope of about 60 degrees. It was pouring endless rain and wind gusts reached 40-50 meters per second. Honestly, it's just a tin. No normal guide would have led the group in such conditions. But our guy, though reluctantly, crawled forward along the rocks, apparently he had to earn his money. And we crawled after him. It was very slippery and the wind could just blow you off the cliff. After assessing the situation and the threat to life, we decided to abandon the climb and go back.
As I understand it, there are no cancellations due to the weather. The guide stupidly drags you to the last, waiting for you to decide to leave. No one thinks that it is insanely dangerous. Money is more important
Sliding on the rocks and sometimes falling on our buttocks, we went down in 3 hours. We got the most unpleasant impressions. I will never have anything to do with MyBaliTrips again. It's just a divorce for a day and a deception
We went on a hot air balloon flight. All information about the tour consists in a link sent to the location of the hotel and an indication to arrive at some time (for example, 5:30 in the morning). On the spot, as one might expect, no one meets and it is necessary to understand on your own that you need to look for a place on the territory of the hotel where you are sent by balloon. When you arrive at a place and indicate your presence, you may well be forgotten for a while.
Mybalitrip, as an agent, does not perform its functions properly, does not have intelligent support that can be contacted and is rather mediocre about the organization.
We planned the ascent of Agung, wrote to MyBaliTrips, booked seats about a week in advance, made a 100% prepayment. A few days later, torrential rains and strong gale-force winds began in Bali. We began to doubt that we would be able to climb at all in such weather and several times asked the administrator about the safety of climbing in such conditions and about the possible postponement of the ascent. The administrator assured us all this time that there were no cancellations from other groups, the weather was normal and everything would be OK! On the eve of the ascent, when the weather was getting worse every day, we already began to worry very much that we would be able to climb in such conditions at all, we wanted to postpone the trip to the next week, to which we were told that the fine in case of postponement was as much as 100%!! That is, you know, they don't really care about your safety, comfort, satisfaction from the trip. The most important thing is to take the money from the client in advance, and then let him figure it out for himself.
For the sake of interest, we decided, of course, to go on the appointed day, try to ascend, although we understood that there was very little chance in such weather. But if anything, they would have turned around at any moment.
By the way, before climbing, we signed in the magazine and saw a list of those who climbed in the coming days. And then the administrator's brazen lies about the lack of cancellations from other tourists surfaced. There were only a few locales on the ascendant list, and no one else was signed up.
Well, the cherry on the cake was our guide, an Indonesian who almost did not understand English and it was obvious from his appearance that he did not care deeply about all the members of the group. The most important thing is to get us to the top at any cost. From the equipment, we were each given one dilapidated trekking pole and a headlamp, which I personally barely shone and I could hardly see anything in front of me. Only the lighting from behind saved those walking.
As a result, they raised almost 1 km in height, reached the beginning of the most dangerous ascent at a slope of almost 60 degrees. In a gale-force wind with gusts, when you are literally blown off your feet, in a downpour, walking on slippery rocks was just suicide. And surprisingly, the guide did not say a word to us during the entire ascent about turning around and going back. It felt like if something had happened to us, he wouldn't even have taken any action, but just silently went down alone.
So, let me summarize. Read the contract carefully before taking tours from MyBaliTrips. Unfortunately, we relied on the integrity of the organizers and positive feedback. Read paragraph 7 in full. They are not responsible for the organization and safety of the tour! The company under the contract simply provides booking services and that's it. The main service providers are Indonesians, who are not at all concerned about your safety and comfort and with whom, by the way, you also do not have any concluded contract and in case of unforeseen situations, they also do not bear any responsibility. Yes, if all the stars add up well, you will be lucky and the tour will go great, but there are also controversial situations. And they absolutely don't care what might happen to you during the tour in extreme weather conditions. The main goal is to get money from the client, and then let him figure it out for himself.
We took an excursion to the Batur volcano. I liked everything very much: they took me away, took me to the volcano, and returned me to the hotel.
