We rested from 18.10.23 to 27.10.23, the hotel is super, the nature is just fabulous, the sea is clean, blue. The service is on top! The food is delicious! The room was on the fifth floor with a mountain view, it was an amazing view! Let's come back again!
I put 5* for the place! Gorgeous view from any angle. The sea is crystal blue) A lot of fish are crabs, hedgehogs and octopuses. We went from October 13 to October 23, the sea is still warm and the weather is great, it rained for a couple of days, but we still swam. Be sure to take swimming masks and waterproof phone cases, the underwater world is very beautiful) The staff is very attentive and polite. Even if they don't understand Russian, everyone has a translator ready on their phone, Wi-Fi is free, by the way. And in general, everything is positive, and any misunderstanding due to the language barrier turns into a joke and laughter)) People who do not have enough food can walk to the city of Turunch, within walking distance, but I do not understand them. For breakfast, scrambled eggs with cheese and tomatoes, you can just have fried eggs, fried right in front of you. A variety of cheeses and dairy products, breakfast cereals for children with milk, pancakes and a variety of different toppings. At lunch, there are two types of fish, meat, plus fries, nuggets, etc. Dinner is generally great, especially since I really like mutton. Dishes of beef, lamb, chicken, desserts are very tasty. Even if you arrived at night, you will be immediately settled and fed, very hospitable guys. If the uboshiki missed something or cheated, the issue is immediately resolved with one call to the reception. In Turunche itself, every Tuesday there is a fair of products of its own production, this is olive oil, home-pressed, pomegranate juice, lukum at very ridiculous prices, but if you did not get there, then there is a good market and a chain store in the city itself where you can buy all this from mass producers. The evenings are very fun, the DJ even puts on music on your order for free) Also, after a fun night, you can go to the sauna and hammam in the morning) A friendly Russian-speaking admin will meet you and answer all your questions. The water park is good, but the climb up the slides is a bit extreme) This is a very short description of the advantages of this hotel, I have been to different cities of Turkey and different countries, this one is very cool. Thank you for a great vacation and a boost for our Russian winter!
The best hotel , excellent cuisine, courteous staff, animation and live music violin at dinner/ I recommend

Not 5*. Maximum of 4*. Towels are changed every three days. The dishes in the restaurant are very tired and dirty. Sauna and hammam - free access only until 13.00. Every other day there was live music at dinner. Food, for 4. Service - for 4. The place itself, Turunchus is very intimate, from all sides of the mountain. It takes 15 minutes to walk along the entire embankment. There's nothing else to do. A place for pensioners. The nearest disco is in Marmaris. It is 30 minutes away by bus through the pass or an hour's walk by sea (more interesting and more pleasant, for my taste). The sea and the sun are for all 10 stars!

The place is amazing. It's beautiful and crazy. The hotel itself, although not old, is already asking for renovation in it. Battered plates, strained chairs, etc. The food is also so-so. Monotony - what looks and tastes like everything. I definitely want to return to Turunch itself, but it is very doubtful to go to the hotel.

Very nice hotel, we had a rest in June 2024. I liked everything, the room, the food and the service. There is a private beach, I liked that this hotel did not have a crowd of people, it is suitable for a more relaxing holiday. Every evening there was animation for children and adults. I want to thank Inna for her help, as well as separately highlight the girl at the bar named Kadriye, the coolest bartender I've ever met)))
We had a family vacation from August 1 to August 12, 2022.
The sea is warm and clean, but the entrance is pebbles, small stones are not comfortable without special shoes, there is a pantone with a ladder.
The hotel has the word premium in its name and calls the type of food ultra exclusive in fact, the food is a mediocre five
a minus.
Positive:
A bay surrounded by green mountains.
It is suitable for a relaxing holiday, there is practically no animation, for me it is a plus, quieter and less fuss.
You won't be hungry.
The staff is polite.
The sea is close.
There is a pedestrian promenade.
Good sound insulation between the rooms, did not hear the neighbors from the sides and from above and below.
Minuses:
Turkish alcohol is mediocre.
Wooden sticks instead of teaspoons.
An incomprehensible concept of a bathroom, the toilet door is glass, without latches, with a centimeter gap around the perimeter of the door, there is no sound insulation, the effect of presence!?
By the end of the meal, part of the dishes ends.
The beach is not big, packed, 6 rows of 22 sun beds, you need to occupy the sun beds in the morning, other vacationers can drop towels, cigarette butts are not cleaned.
A review of a 7-night trip in June 2023.
I bought a burning tour the day before departure with a good discount, so I'm happy with everything. At full cost (I asked people at my check-in who bought for how much) I would be less satisfied) but in general, the hotel is probably adequate in terms of price-quality ratio, given that the whole of Turkey has risen in price in principle.
The main advantages for me were that the sea was beautiful and the place was quiet. If you have such priorities, then you can close your eyes to the rest somewhere) But I will tell you about the disadvantages - I hope it will help someone to make the right choice for themselves)
The territory is small, quite well maintained, right by the beach. A small quiet village.
At night, some kind of insect smoke is released in the village (a friend saw it once and explained to her what it was), so there are almost no insects (I saw a mosquito once and wasps several times, that's all).
There is practically no animation in the hotel (minimally something by the pool, but I have never been there, only by the sea), there is some kind of evening program: several times there was live music during dinner (very good musicians, by the way) or a dance show, etc. But all this is not very loud and not for a very long time. For me, an inactive program was a plus, I wanted maximum silence, sleep and listen to the sea) In room 3410 (side sea view - visible from the balcony, not from the room itself), there was almost no music by the pool and all these programs, but there was a restaurant nearby. Waves can be heard at night, and the windows face approximately northeast, so that the sun hardly gets into the room and the room does not heat up. So I liked the location of the room. In those that overlook the sea, you could hear music from the pool, so you can't sleep during the day, for example) I didn't hear any sounds between the rooms.
Polite, very friendly staff, although the reception is a bit clueless and speaks little English. Obviously, it is worth recruiting people with knowledge of the language at the reception.
The big disadvantage is WiFi. It works normally only in common areas (lobby, restaurant). Below to the beach it almost doesn't work anymore and on the beach it doesn't work at all - so you will look at the sea by the sea, and not surf the Internet) He caught me in my room only at the door) You won't be able to watch the video lying on the bed. From talking with other tourists, I realized that many rooms have about the same thing. So grab your books and get ready for a digital detox)
There is no iron, that is, in any way, even common to the hotel. Only for a fee in the laundry room. This is, of course, a mess.
The cleaning is normal, although towels were not laid out a couple of times, but they were quickly brought on request.
The check-out was at 4 a.m., she asked me to pack a lunch box or give me some kind of container so that I could take something from dinner myself - they told me that there were no containers, and they only gave me one sandwich for the road. There is also, of course, something to work on.
In terms of food, the main thing that I personally lacked was delicious fish and delicious fruits. Grilled fish was served 3 times during the 7 days of stay (2 times for dinner, 1 time for lunch), the rest of the time, as a rule, there was some 1 version of cooked fish (fried, baked, etc.), but it was all tasteless. Something from fish or squid happened among the cold snacks, I tried it a couple of times, but I was also not pleased. Fruits - oranges, pears, apples, plus melons and watermelons, but obviously it was not yet the season for them in June, and they were tasteless. I bought good strawberries and apricots myself at the fruit shop.
In some places, cosmetic repairs would not hurt. The common areas did not make such an impression, but there were cracks on the tiles somewhere in the room. The shower water didn't drain well. It's time to update the towels too. At the same time, my bed linen was good.
The incomprehensible layout of the room in terms of the bathroom, we wrote about it above, I will not repeat myself. I was alone, it's not critical for me, but it's better to keep in mind)
The territory of the hotel itself is cleaned all the time, everything is clean. But on the pier it's not very good)
In my opinion, there is no spa. Free admission is from 9 to 13. The hammam is cold. The sauna is normal, you can go in to warm up. There is no shower gel/shampoo in the showers - none of that, and it smells like sewage. The spa is in great need of renovation. The massage is not bad, but nothing special (I went to Balinese, the master is from Bali), in St. Petersburg for the same money I go to a much better one, while in a clean salon with a beautiful interior and good service. Who went to the program in the hammam (soap massage and everything else in the hammam) to the Turkish master - they seem to be more satisfied.
There are quite a lot of Russians in the hotel, and many more Poles and Britons.
This is not about the hotel anymore, but: from Turuncha to Marmaris you can sail by boat in about an hour, it costs 150 lira one way (about 500 rubles. as of June 23rd). There are no exchangers in the village, change money at the airport, or you will need to go to Marmaris for this.
I hope it will be useful for someone to read it)
I'm at the hotel right now. I'll start with the bad stuff. Those who do not know how to swim are warned - in shallow water, fish bite until they bleed. There are a lot of flies that bite to blisters. Filthy cheapest local alcohol. You can only drink beer, but this is for an amateur. They feed from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., but something decent happens only for dinner. No people like hamburgers and French fries all day long. Is it like a five? There are no gels, shampoos, conditioner. A bucket of liquid soap, like in a public toilet. What's good: clean sea, beautiful views and daily cleaning. Decide if it's worth your money

Nice hotel, very beautiful place! The sea is clean and transparent! The food is very good , there is everything for Every taste and an a la carte system! If you come to rest. The massage is done by a Turkish woman , very good indeed ! I recommend the hotel for a holiday!
The main thing about this hotel is its location, beautiful bay, clean water. The water is always cool, while on other beautiful beaches the water becomes uncomfortably warm in the very season.
Clean, towels are fresh. The food is normal. They don't bother with animation. Wonderful masseuses at the spa.

It was my first time in Turkey and I immediately decided to leave this hotel because I really liked the place
And so
The location is really gorgeous
The sea is very clean, it is just around the corner, it is a pleasure to swim in it, at least because of it it is definitely worth coming here, but it is also cool, keep in mind.
In general, everything in the hotel is standard for 5 stars. The room was cleaned every day.
Russian russians are few, and Boris is the only one of the employees who speaks Russian well.
There were enough sun beds and other things, there are no queues anywhere, everything is at the highest level.
Now for the nuances
1. There is a lot of food, delicious, in principle there was enough of everything except seafood, but if you arrived for more than 1 week, then it will be monotonous for you,
2. There are many touts in the hotel and on the beach who offer their services, take you shopping in Marmaris or visit a massage, this is extremely wrong when you are in a hotel of this level, paid a lot of money and at the same time, you feel like you are in a market that they want to breed, yes, it is to breed. And they will offer it to you every day!
3. Massage costs $ 100 for two, but it's not worth it absolutely. I do not recommend it.
4. The anecdote that meets you there is a separate topic, all the excursions that they have are 2 times more expensive, as soon as you refuse their services, you become uninteresting to them and they no longer talk to you
6. Alcoholic beverages of low quality, some types of Long Island are not possible to drink at all
7. It is very dangerous to drive along the serpentine according to their reality, especially on their old buses, and taking into account the Turks' driving it is doubly dangerous
8. Wi-Fi is very bad, I also think that for this level of hotel it is unacceptable
This place is really suitable for people who need a clean sea, a beautiful view, fewer people and a minimum of noise
The hotel meets its stated 4 stars. The food is good (you will not stay hungry), according to your status. Those who are used to 5* will seem meager, but, let me remind you, this is 4*. The main advantage is 1 line, its own beach area. There is a convenient pier. Sun beds, umbrellas, canopies - everything for a comfortable stay on the beach. Friendly staff. Cleaning is daily. The rooms, of course, require some repairs, but not critically
We had a rest in September 2021.The location of the hotel, the weather, the sea are all excellent.I will focus a little more on some of the nuances. The hotel is located in the bay.To get to it, you need to drive up and down the serpentine, it may not suit everyone. There is no entertainment there, a calm, quiet rest. The hotel is clean and tidy. We had a case, we accidentally pressed the switch in the room, on the far right, near the door.As a result, we did not clean for 4 days until we were told at the reception that we needed to press the button. In terms of nutrition, there seemed to be a lot of food, but everything tasted the same.On the last evening, instead of dinner, we went to a restaurant by the sea.We took lamb, squid, eggplant-we got a gastronomic pleasure))In the morning, at breakfast, I had to wait a long time until they came and served, because they imposed themselves and there were only 2 people in the entire dining room. In the evenings, musicians played at dinner, very cool!Along the beach..Since the strip of shore is narrow, there were not enough sun beds for everyone, we went at 7 a.m. to take a sunbed. The 1st line from the sea was constantly occupied, it feels like it has been occupied since the evening)But at 7 a.m. a stunning sunrise)There are a lot of free sun beds by the pool. There were fish in the sea, though they were more white and not as beautiful as in Egypt.Sometimes they bit my ankles. It didn't hurt, you just jump up and down in surprise)We took 4 excursions from Anex. It is expensive and, moreover, unjustifiably. Okay, Ephesus, Pamukale, but the skeleton of Cleopatra is not worth $ 70.Go to the village itself, there are excursions for $ 20.We stepped in this time.Lunchboxes are not given on excursions, stock up yourself. And if it's a late arrival, take some food with you. We arrived at 21.00, there was nothing to eat, fortunately we had chips with us and Hennessy)There is no free food on the plane. But in general, the rest was a success. The main thing is a good mood and company!!
I really liked everything, I rested for a week, everything was at the highest level, special thanks to Omer Bey at the reception, he always solved any problems quickly and efficiently
Rested from 21.10 to 28.10.23
The hotel was chosen "from what was" at the time of the decision, and the choice fell on Turunch Resort as soon as they saw the photos (not to be confused with Turunch Premium). We read the reviews and therefore were ready for everything.
We flew by Turkish airlines, everything is clearly on schedule without postponements. We were fed and even given wine, which is no longer practiced on our flights at all.
The transfer to the hotel took place without transfers on the Gazelle. But we were transferred back to Marmaris in another larger bus. The serpentine is a little scary, sometimes it seems that the driver is driving fast, driving into oncoming traffic and should be slower. But trust a professional and don't worry. He knows every turn and speed limit perfectly well, there is no need to teach him. Take out your phone and don't look around)).
The place where the hotel is located is just super. Perhaps one of the most beautiful places in Turkey. As soon as we saw the photos of this hotel, we immediately fell for it and other options were no longer clinging. We were ready that the water would be cooler here than in Antalya. But beauty bribed. We decided to take a chance and I think we did not lose.
A very beautiful place and all the beauty is in the location of this particular hotel. Even in Turunchay, the look and feel are not the same. And here it has its own small bay as part of a large bay, surrounded by mountains. The feeling that you are on a mountain lake, because the open sea is not visible. You go to the beach and just get high from the mountains covered with pine trees, turquoise water. It hasn't stormed once.
All this splendor covers some of the shortcomings that have already been written about.
We lived in building C. At first in 3422, but then we moved, because a child was hysterical in the next one, and then in 3318.
3422 was more modern, large illuminated mirrors, 3318 was older, but 3318 had a door with a mosquito net. The view from both rooms is on the mountain, and if you look along the loggias, you can see a little bit of the sea. In odd rooms, the view will be on the pool and the other building and the sea can be seen a little more. I estimate the wear and tear of the rooms at 15 percent. Yes, there was something wrong somewhere, but it didn't bother us. We were cleaned every day, even without tips.
The kitchen is on 4. There really is no seafood at all, from the words at all. Even shrimp "smeared" on pasta. 2 days out of 6 fried fish in the evening - dorado and sea bass. Another evening there was a delicious turkey on a stick. There was a trout for lunch once. There is always a small mackerel. You won't stay hungry. Sometimes badly washed dishes come across. Wine, etc. drinks are poured into wine glasses, glasses (in some hotels they pour into disposable cups, if you haven't come across them). The contingent is about 70% British, so they try to keep the level. You can get peanuts in bars. You can eat and have a snack almost at any time of the day. But without frills. It is convenient that lunches are held near the pool, which is closer to the sea and you don't have to change clothes. Fruits - grapes, pears, melons, peaches, tangerines, plums.
Animation. It is not particularly important to us. The staff is trying, but to be honest, if evening animation is very important to you, then you are not here. There are local amateur activities, "guess...." contests, a beauty contest, a karaoke contest, etc., that you can stir up on your own. In general, at least once a week we could call someone from the outside, but.... But it didn't matter to us. We went a couple of times, cheered on our compatriots and that's it. Well, during the day, aerobics, darts, one shot from pneumatics, volleyball.
The territory is very green, there are many cozy corners. In general, everything is done with love and thought out to the smallest detail.
The beach is super. The entrance is flat. Turquoise water. There are a lot of places where you can stay. We liked it on a wooden platform above the water. There is also a pier, places on the side of the grotto. You can sunbathe on two pontoons. Everything is very cool. The sea is clean, we have never had a storm. In the evening and until the morning a small tide. There is a swing in the water. Still, to deepen the sea in front of them to jump from these swings - it would be super. And then jumped and beat off w))
Towels were given out by cards.
I don't know how it is here in the season, in the off-season, of course, there are plenty of places.
The water in the sea was about 23 degrees, about the same as in the heat in central Russia. You can swim. But we didn't swim in the main pools at all. The water is noticeably colder. The feeling that it is excessively renewed with water "from the tap", and it does not have time to warm up from the sun.
We were lucky with the weather in general. It was 29 for 4 days, cloudy for 1 day, and sunny on the last day, but 25 degrees.
Since we were at the end of the season, we spent almost all the time by the sea and did not get burned.
On a cloudy day, we warmed up in a heated Jacuzzi and then jumped into the pool next to the Jacuzzi. We went to the sauna a couple of times (the temperature there is 75). I did not like that they were not allowed to go to the pool from the sauna. As a result, after warming up, I went to the shower or to the neighboring hall of the Turkish bath, where I filled a bowl with cold water and cooled down.
The Internet is weak. Catches a little better on the balcony between the pools.
We went on an excursion to the Dalyan River. for three from anex, about 20 thousand rubles. Caught crabs, fed turtles. In principle, it is interesting, but not cheap.
Money at the reception can be changed only in one direction, dollars for lira, do not change back.
Total.
If you need a beautiful place, if you appreciate nature, clean water and are ready to put up with not the best cuisine, amateur animation, do not need clubs and hangouts, then I recommend this hotel. We liked the territory of the hotel, the location, so we chose this hotel, closing our eyes to the rest. We are happy with the rest here. And despite the shortcomings, there was a thought whether to return here again, although we usually do not practice this and always rest in different places.
And... you know what. Now I foresee a problem. Now after the Turunch Resort it will be difficult for us to please with the hotel.
Now we will always remember the Turunch Resort, and compare the hotels offered with it. And to find something similar in the splendor of nature and for reasonable money will be very difficult, and maybe impossible. All sorts of consumer goods-Antalya is just quietly resting.
I am currently staying at this hotel. I fell for the good reviews. They praise the beach, the bay. In fact, it turned out that the bay is small and completely closed, rather it is a salt lake. There is no feeling of the sea. If you like to jump in waves, then you are not here - there are no waves here at all. The purity of the water is also questionable, since there is no exchange with the open sea. I swim mainly in the open sea, where you can go through the grotto. But there is no beach, there are rocks, only a small platform from which you can descend into the sea by a ladder. But in case of strong waves, you can't buy there - it will break against the rocks.
The rooms are not bad, but not very fresh. Good loggias in each room. The hair dryer is antediluvian, I haven't seen it for a long time. Russian-language TV channels are terrible, there is nothing to watch. The news is only on Euronews with the appropriate feed.
The food is so-so, the dinners are bad, I don't go to them. In addition, meals are served in a canteen-type cafe, where it is terribly noisy and hectic. The breakfasts and dinners are better, but not ah, day to day is not necessary. Fruit is bad, they save money.
The cleaning is very bad, the linen was changed only after complaints at the reception. Towels are changed regularly.
From the good - the water park, I liked the slides. He works every day at certain hours. The place itself is beautiful, surrounded by pine trees.
The village with the same name is very close, but there is nothing to do there.
I do not recommend a trip from the guide to the Imperial shopping center in Marmaris. It's a pathetic sight, there's nothing to buy there.
In general, the hotel pulls in three, not the declared five stars.
We rested as a couple in the very season - the end of July / beginning of August. The workload of the hotel was not felt at all. There has never been a queue anywhere.
I will go through all the rest points that are usually of interest to everyone.
1) THE SEA is crystal clear. Entering the sea - small pebbles, and a little further there is ground sand with pebbles (you can definitely enter without special shoes). The coast attracts many schools of fish right to the beach line of the hotel (it's not every day and only in one place). The only problem is the fry (you can't even see them), which pinch your legs all along the coastline if you stand in the water and don't move for a few seconds - but this is not critical at all.
2) THE BEACH is really very small, while there has never been a shortage of places, there are free sun beds at any time
3) The HOTEL itself is new, well renovated. The rooms are very spacious and even chic, there are balconies everywhere (and almost every room will have mountain views).
We paid extra for the sea view - at the reception, the staff gave us the most terrible room on the ground floor and on the side of the hotel with a view of the garbage dump, because they say there are no vacancies. It is important to react correctly here - we knocked out a good room for a long time and it is right that we still achieved our goal (I attach a photo with a view from the room - it is gorgeous). In general, you will not get anything good in this hotel without pressure (if not Turks....and even tips don't help).
4) The INTERNET - surprisingly it was!! and a very good one! Even in the rooms, you can safely send messages (but photos and videos are loaded only on the ground floors - lobbies, restaurants).
5) The FOOD at the hotel is good (but you have to come for the first breakfast and for the beginning of lunch /dinner). Omelets with stuffing are prepared in front of you/pancakes for breakfast, pasta and kebab for lunch, fish and meat for dinner. You can come up for snacks for 24 hours (even at night). The lobby bar serves excellent Turkish coffee and iced coffee. They give us food with them, even at 2 a.m. we were offered to take a wrapped snack to the airport during the check-out.
6) There is no entertainment on site - but that's what we were going for. There were few children, which was also a plus. The neighbors are quiet, no one interfered with sleeping.
7) TURUNCH is a small town, where there is a place for a walk. In the evening, a huge number of cafes and restaurants are available on the embankment (Pilos beach is simply gorgeous!).
"Tired" yachts go from the embankments to Marmaris (if you don't want to get burned...then we do not recommend riding them on the water in hell - there is enough entertainment in Turuncha).
SOUVENIRS are amazing! in addition to flea markets with Chinese souvenirs, there were many worthwhile shops. 1) Russian girl Svetlana sells Turkish textiles / towels of just excellent quality in a shop on a pedestrian street 2) there is a point of sale where a man sells homemade Turkish delight 3) bio shop with very aesthetic showcases of natural soap, tea by weight, sweets, honey. olive oil - each product is packed in a branded bag and carefully wrapped - it's not a shame to bring it as a souvenir
* it is important to warn that Turunchus is located in the bay, from Marmaris to the town there is a very steep serpentine! no lights, no lights. It was VERY scary on the bus, it seemed that we were about to turn over. But the locals claim that this is unusual - and in general this is their most favorite and picturesque road (the second is really so)
In comparison with other hotels in Turkey, this one rightfully occupies the first place, and there are flaws absolutely everywhere. The main thing is not to be shy and to get the most comfortable place for yourself from the hotel if something goes wrong.
We were from 31.09 to 08.10.2021.The hotel is clean, renovated, surrounded by greenery. The rooms are renovated, the plumbing is working. No one bothers you.A calm, measured rest with complete relaxation.Do you want to drink, do you want to eat, do you want a water park, shooting, boxing, etc.Everything is everywhere, I mean drinks. They'll do what you need.
The sun beds are new, the beach is clean, the sea is crystal clear.Walking in Turunchu, you can go to Amos or go to Marmaris.A resort for measured foreigners.Who doesn't appreciate it-there are a lot of places. There were 5 adults and an infant.Everyone is delighted.
Go and have fun with this hotel, but do not read negative reviews, this is complete nonsense.
Of the + only the location of the hotel and the impeccable sea! The room stock is old, the hair dryer is prehistoric, there is no cleaning in the rooms, only adding water and putting towels thrown on the floor in place...3-star meals...burnt fish, queues for 20-25 minutes for wooden meat...the side dish is only rice, stewed vegetables are so not tasty that the containers are full until the end of dinner. Dinners, it's better not to describe, it's just a shame that I made such a mistake with the choice of a hotel!fast food...French fries from frozen bags and cutlets...vegetables and fruits...2 times there was a beef stew with champignons, they ate ridiculously!! By the way, it is impossible to look at dessert without tears, the most delicious is a beautifully laid out cookie from bundles on a platter...How can you do that?for breakfast, pastries- bagels with sesame seeds broken in half ... ufff! Once she just asked me to smell the fried eggs that she put on her plate...The cook grimaced and threw her work into the bucket...the whole tray of pre-cooked rotten meat followed there! I've been eating cheese, coffee from the coffee machine and fruits all week, thanks for the choice and they were in abundance!! Alcohol is not my topic, Baylis tried it once, realized that it wasn't him and didn't take any more risks. And this is 5 * for 7 nights I paid 116tr. Recommendations to the hotel: change the chef, and his whole team does not deserve praise ..; update furniture and appliances; wash windows and glass surfaces of tables in the lobby, well, it's scary to sit down at them! Or change the star rating of the hotel to 3 * and then people, having bought a tour, would at least be ready for surprises...
I rarely write reviews, but not this time. The hotel is really not 5, but at best 3. The beach is good and that's it. The food is monotonous , there is a queue for chicken, desserts are not tasty, there is no food for children. The room is dirty, (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel all in one bottle) The waiters do not fit at all, they do not even clean the dishes , let alone offer tea to the guests. The drinks are all diluted with water . There are hotels where you want to go back, but not here. There will be defenders who will praise the Hotel, I will say so, for the taste and color....
Avoid this hotel. The hotel is going through hard times. The maximum is 3 stars. Saving on everything. Beach towels are not provided without a deposit. The rooms are tired, the furniture is shabby. The main problem of this hotel is the food, the food every day is monotonous and not tasty. Salads and vegetables are constantly not fresh. The pastries are not delicious. 90 percent of desserts are semolina. The maximum can be sustained there for one day, after that I want to run and even the beauty of this place will no longer make me return to this hotel again.
Hello everyone) I have vacationed in Turkey 10 times, this is the worst hotel where I have been , the hotel territory is very small , you can get around it in 5 minutes , the beach is small 30 meters , there is no music and entertainment in hotels at all !!!
They write that ultra is all inclusive when it is not at all!!! There is no import of drinks , beer is poured from the tap - diluted , beer is just not any kind , wine is the same !!! The hotels mainly have a contingent of people 50 years old plus , the hotel looks more like a pensioner !!! In the evening, there is nothing to do in hotels, unless you go to the city and spend money there) my score is 1 point purely for the sea, and if they tell you that the Aegean Sea in Marmaris - do not believe them, this is the Mediterranean Sea!!! Anex tour liars - offer vouchers, promise one thing in fact everything is different ( guide Vadim hi )
We vacationed as a couple at the Turunc Premium Hotel from 05 to 14 July 2021. General condition and mood after rest: complete calm and peace in this difficult time of tension and constant stress. Anyone who needs to relax in a friendly, calm and comfortable environment, enjoy the magnificent sea, beautiful landscapes and decent service – you are here. Everything here is created for a wonderful holiday. But everything is in order.
1. Check-in. We had a room booked with a side sea view. We immediately received the keys- 2 cards. The room is beautiful, but after reading reviews about the beauty of the place, I expected a different view from the window. The hotel was almost completely occupied. I couldn't change the number. But after getting our bearings during the day, we found out that the room suitable for us would be available in two days. Many thanks to manager Aydin and Guest-relay Tatiana. For two days, we were offered several options for rooms of different categories, but we decided to stay on the one we chose. Two days later we were relocated. The view from the room is amazing! To the village, the mountains and the sea! We were very satisfied. The number itself is similar.
2. The room. The hotel is new, built in 2015. The furniture is new, there are many mirrors, the room is bright, spacious, joyful. The plumbing is modern, in good condition. Wonderful rain shower. The only thing that surprised me: of the accessories, only hand soap in the dispenser and gel shampoo are also in the dispenser. At the request, it was possible to get ear sticks and cotton wool from the maid without any problems. That's it!!! There were a lot of different accessories with the Turunch hotel logo, as is usually the case in all five. The safe is free (there were reviews that it was paid). A TV with 5-6 Russian channels and 6-7 Ukrainian channels. The air conditioner works only when the balcony door is closed. There is a mosquito net, but there were no mosquitoes. The curtains are thick. The bed is very comfortable. The room has one double bed and one single bed. There was no blanket, only a light bedspread (like a Marcel). The linen is new, snow-white. One feature of the room, many have written about it. The plumbing area is not separated from the hallway: a washbasin without a door separates the shower room (with a door) and the bathroom (with a door). You can find it in the photo. Unusual, but not critical. You get used to it quickly, and since there were only two of us, we didn't feel uncomfortable.
3. The atmosphere of the hotel. Very friendly. All the staff are very friendly, everyone smiles at everyone. Once again, I want to express my gratitude to Aydin, he helped solve all the problems that arose. And, of course, special thanks to Guest-relay Tatiana. She was our lifesaver in everything. She translated all our requests to Aydin and took part in their solution. She always had the answers to all questions about the hotel and the surrounding area, and all problems such as a burned-out light bulb or replacing the battery in the scales were solved quickly thanks to her. There were no problems with the Russian language at all, although in previous reviews many wrote that they needed to improve their English. Russian is spoken everywhere. There are many Ukrainians who speak Russian. The staff also speaks Russian: Tatiana and the girls at the reception. And even in the dining room, wonderful Vera in Russian helped to sort out the dishes and gave valuable advice. Thanks to her, I discovered the most delicious pomegranate sauce. Thank her very much.
4. The beach and the sea. The sea is clean. There were no fish, about which much has been written. We came in from the pier and swam closer to the buoys. The first day, i.e. on July 5, the water was cold, 20 degrees. But over the next two days it warmed up to 25, and later to 26-27. It is very warm and comfortable. The water is transparent. Because Turunch is a bay, there were no waves, a quiet and calm sea, but no stagnant water, as they write about Marmaris. We used the deck chairs on the pier. The rods are comfortable- mesh, new, without mattresses, towels are simply placed on them. The beach is small, but there have always been places. The staff cleaned up the garbage all the time. The beach is sand, the entrance to the sea is gentle, a small strip of small pebbles, special shoes are not needed. A very beautiful view of the hotel and the village from the pier and from the sea!!! In general, the sea is magnificent, clean and very calm.
5. Nutrition. Everything was fine with us. A large selection of greens and vegetables for salads, delicious cherries, arugula, etc. Every evening a mandatory grilled dish. Very tasty kebabs, kebabs of chicken and lamb, sea bass. There are several kinds of stews, but I've only tried zucchini and eggplant. Different side dishes for every taste: rice, pasta, potatoes. Everything is delicious. I only drank white wine, I didn't like the red one. Dinner was the main meal for us. Every other day there is live music, pleasant, unobtrusive. The breakfast is standard, we mostly had time for brunch - in the main restaurant. More often, they skipped breakfast, only had lunch. Lunch – salads, watermelon, ayran and gozleme. Great. We found the time of peaches. They are very tasty and juicy.
6. Lunch. Interestingly, lunch is not in the main air-conditioned restaurant, but outside. The heat was terrible, it was unpleasant for the first few days, but you get used to everything. Although, as I realized later, the convenience is that you can have lunch right in your swimsuits, walking from the sea.
7. Anti-covid measures. They are respected. All the food is served by employees, there are queues, but they do not bother. Masks and sanitizers are everywhere. A mask is required in the restaurant. NOT on the territory. All the staff are wearing masks and gloves.
8. A very delicious cocktail 6-on beach. I've only tried it.
9. Beautiful territory, well maintained. The hotel itself is located on several tiers of terraces, with steps and ramps everywhere. But you can use the elevator to stop at any level, except for the last descent to the beach. It is not convenient for strollers, it must be borne in mind. We did not visit the outdoor pool. There are many recreation areas, tables, chairs. This is especially important in the evening. It's nice to sit on the terraces with a glass of wine or a cocktail after the heat of the day. The public toilets are impeccable. The lobby bar is open until 24-00, it would be better to 1-00.
10. Turunch is a small village. It is a very picturesque place. There are wooded mountains and cliffs surrounding the bay. The view is beautiful from any angle. There is a shopping street in the village, everything can be bought without going anywhere: clothes, souvenirs, and Turkish sweets, especially a large selection of bags and purses. There is a Migros. Lira can be withdrawn at ATMs, although cards are accepted everywhere.
11. Bottom line: the hotel is wonderful, the only wish is to soften the minimalist style a little: either large beautiful vases with flowers in the halls, or bright armchairs in the lobby, mirrors or some other design originality. The white grand piano is wonderful, but somehow it is not visible in the lobby. There are not enough small frills, although there is a good repair and everything you need.
12. Everything else is fine. Cleanliness and especially the staff: attentive, courteous.
I want to come back, which we will definitely do. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
We bought a tour in 2020, before covid, in 2021, we paid extra for postponing the tour date to the end of May, because my son had exams, and again the postponement to September.
Finally we got there, we ordered an individual transfer to the hotel, it takes 2 hours to drive from Dalaman.
I've been dreaming of getting to this hotel for almost two years, I've been really looking forward to this vacation! But, on the very first day, I cried with disappointment!
People, it's not 5, it's a maximum of 3, the hotel is very dirty and old. The room is even more or less clean, but the shower is leaking, all the furniture is shabby and dilapidated, the mattress was sagged, but the pastel and towels were clean.
But in common areas, the dining room (it's not a restaurant, it's a canteen), lobby, beach, beach bars - it's just trash! The dirt and unsanitary conditions are complete, dirty tables, greasy chairs, stains on sofas and armchairs, crumbs, leftovers lie evenly along the tables... and flies, flies everywhere, in the canteen, on cheeses, salads, fruits and cakes, even in the omelette preparation, a fly floated. It's really a very, very sad sight!
The food is very monotonous, chicken, chicken, endless chicken, in all kinds.....pasta, fried sea fish, something like sea bass, red fish was, salmon, but if it was not finished at lunch, the same fish was warmed up and served for dinner, at the beginning it was nothing, but after that, you realize that there is no variety at all and it is not tasty! We did not expect delicacies, but in 13 days nothing changed at breakfast, but only the food was poor, only 1 type of sausage was edible, light chicken sausage, the rest is poisonous red and pink soy sausage, which is very popular with local wasps, of which there are a lot!
Everything is diluted and cola and juices (these are not juices, but one chemical slurry), coffee from their vending machines, except Turkish coffee, is not possible to drink.
Ala-kars do not work, they say, by covid measures, but for some reason the crowds of people in the dining room and queues do not bother them.
Russian Russian is not spoken by the staff, or pretends not to understand anything, the attitude is piggy, we always leave tips on the table and the maid, they paid 50€ for the room, for a quick check-in, a non-drinking, calm couple, with an adult son, but even we felt this disregard for the Russians! The most disgusting staff for all 7 times in Turkey! Arrogant and bestial!
I definitely do not recommend the hotel!
The best thing that happened was the sea! Here is the sea, yes, it is an incredible beauty!
The wonderful, purest Aegean Sea, the bottom is visible, even at great depths. Slightly cool in the morning and very comfortable in the afternoon, it will refresh from the heat of the day. A picturesque bay, a beautiful view of the mountains. The beach is sandy, bulk, the bottom of the sea on the beach is small pebbles, the entrance is gentle, comfortable. Cleanliness is also a problem on the beach. In the morning, you could see empty plates, garbage, cigarette butts, etc. The beds are old, it's time to change, everything is so tired and sad.
After passing through the grotto, you can swim in the open sea, we swam with masks, very picturesque and colorful, fish, squid, sea urchins, even octopuses were seen.
We sailed by sea taxi to Marmaris, 2 times, I really liked the boat trip, the views are amazing, very colorful and bright.
The contingent is 60% Poles, loud and noisy, 40% Turks, Ukrainians and Russians.
The administration saves on everything! At the end of our vacation, we had to look for an antiseptic in the dining room to treat our hands, although before that, it was constantly on the tables. For the first 2 days, the Wi-Fi did not work, something broke with them, then it worked very poorly, constantly disconnected and reconnected. If you expect to work on the Internet on vacation, then you will not be able to stay at this hotel.
If the owners of the hotel had put it in order and informed the staff that the guest is the most important thing in the hotel, and it doesn't matter if it's Russian or Turkish, this hotel would be just a paradise on earth, and the sea and mountains, nature contributes to this! But, at the moment, I do not recommend going there to anyone. Perhaps the owners do not have the money to maintain the hotel at an enviable level, many of the regular vacationers note that the hotel has deteriorated very much.
The hotel is nice, a great place in the bay, a large beach, lots of sun beds, there is shade throughout the beach, 2 large pools and one small one. The rooms are ordinary, for 5, of course they do not pull, but everything is clean in the room, including bed linen and towels, towels were changed every day, bed linen - once every 3 days. The room has a kettle, cups, tea, coffee. The food is very diverse, all products are fresh, a lot of fish: salmon, sea bass, dorado, tuna, any meat, a lot of fruits. There is a water park, great for children. I liked everything in general.
We were in July 2021. The hotel is not worth 5 stars! Reception, lobby bar - this is what you will see at the meeting - dullness, economy class furniture and a beggar's bar. There is no animation, it's boring. There are no bathrobes, slippers and bottles of shampoo, shower gel, etc. In the rooms. There are two bottles for everything ((( beach towels on deposit. You will not take an iron even for money, only paid ironing (if there are three of you, count how much it will cost you). Thank you and the sauna is free from 9.00 to 13.00. And then for a fee)))) The bartenders at the bar near the beach don't wear masks, there are no air purifiers anywhere! Only antiseptics for hands. In restaurants, there is no protective glass between the kitchen, just a 1.5 meter tape ..... as a result, it is difficult to explain what is there and how. The menu is meager, everything is edible, but not tasty. We will never come here! If you want to get good service and impressions for your money, I do not recommend it! The grey grayness hotel!
We visited the hotel in June 2018.This is the 6th hotel in Turkey but the 1st in the Aegean zone! Objectively, I liked everything very much! In order, the rooms are decent, excellent shower, always hot water, gel shampoo available. Cleaning is daily, but without fanaticism for the 3rd. Food you can always choose options for yourself, delicious grilled dishes and soups (which is not always to our taste in Turkey). Desserts for the 3rd, but we were not particularly interested in them because it was not the 1st time in Turkey and we wanted not to gain extra kg, objectively they could have been better. Fruits are available, but because we live in the Krasnodar Territory it is difficult to surprise us now we also have a season, but I think people from the northern regions will be happy, watermelons, melons, plums, nectarine .t.d. Alcohol we usually drink white wine, it was normal for AL to be consumed, we tried a couple of cocktails so-so But if you like, I think they can make a delicious meal for a tip! I really liked the gozleme, fried in a cafe by the beach, as well as in Alaska, Italian cuisine is decent except for desserts, but this is probably a minus of the cook...Cool animation differs from Antalya animation for the better! The sea is great, there were always enough sunbeds, be sure to go through the passage in the rock there you will find a super landscape and the purest blue sea (different from the lagoon) Incredibly beautiful territory, I want to take pictures on every corner🙄I liked that you leave the hotel and immediately find yourself on the Turuncha embankment, the village is also very beautiful, the landscapes are Greek! We also enjoyed the spa very much, I recommend the price and quality, of course bargain! And another feature of the hotel near the pier in the evening you can swim with large turtles in the natural environment, but I will not write where they came from, you will find out for yourself! In general, there are much more advantages, there are shortcomings, but they can be found everywhere! Have a good rest! I will definitely come back! And do not forget about the excursions, by the way, if you have not been to Pammukala, be sure to visit the tour is not long and comfortable compared to Antalya!
Excellent hotel on the Aegean Sea, 20 km from Marmaris. A quiet place for a family holiday, good service, very good food!!! The only disadvantage is the language barrier, but if you have a basic knowledge of English at the school curriculum level, then there will be no breakdown :)
