I didn't use this provider for a while, but the manager called me and offered me some discounts, since I had been a subscriber for more than 8 years, it was inconvenient for me to talk and I declined the offer. In the morning I decided to call and clarify what kind of discounts, a girl, Daria or Dilara, picked up the phone, I ask about discounts, that the manager called, etc., I do not have time to finish, she interrupts me, says that she is not a manager and cannot advise, I understand this perfectly well, and just wanted to explain why I am calling and maybe she'll switch me to the right person?! to which she flatly refuses to switch, I ask about the senior on shift, which she also refused, i.e. there is no senior on shift, there is no manager, she does not know about any discounts and offers, she also did not want to switch to another operator, they say, call again if you need another operator.
What a rotten provider was, it remained that way, so they also recruited the same people.
