Name was Abdi Ipekci Arena up to 2018. Reopening October 2024 as Basketbol Gelisim Merkezi with 4 sport halls for basketball. Anadolu Efes & Galatasaray Basketball teams will use for TurkishAirlines EuroLeague and TBSL (Turkish Basketball Super League) games. Hope the name will be Abdi Ipekci Arena again. Transportation seems worse than Sinan Erdem Arena because only way to reach here is Marmaray (Train-way)
