The impression of the rest was overshadowed by the return flight from Antalya: we flew away from the 3rd time. For the first time, a landing was carried out at the scheduled time of 19.40, then the plane stood for 2 hours on a field at 33 degrees without air conditioning and then everyone was returned to the airport. They forced me to hand over all my duty free purchases and took me to the hotel for 4 hours. All documentation was handwritten by the airport staff. The names were shouted out in the general uproar. There are no representatives of the airline (Turkish airlines) at Antalya airport in principle (they are in Istanbul). No one could explain what was happening, how much delay, and so on. There were not enough places for everyone in the hotel where they were brought - they took people on foot to the next one. We checked in at 1 a.m. The air conditioners in the hotels did not work. In the morning, we were picked up at 5.28, again at the airport - boarding. They returned to the waiting room from the buses again from the field. Again, no one knows anything. Wait. An hour later (10.30) - boarding again, on the same board, where there were previously "some technical problems"... We flew for the 3rd time. During the flight postponements (from 19.40 to 22.00, then to 22.40, then to 09.00 the next day, then to 09.40), they did not feed, they gave 1 bottle of water per person (0.5 liters).
It was some kind of Turkish airlines plane on the left (the name of the airline on board was written in tiny barely noticeable letters, large - Anadolujet). The crew's uniform was also not Turkish (as I have already written, there were no representatives of the airline, they did not give any documents about the transfer of the flight. They filled everything out on pieces of paper, then they couldn't figure them out themselves. The staff openly said: "We don't know anything, there's a technical malfunction on board. But there is nothing to replace it with." Russians Russian-speaking girl from among the airport staff, after 2-3 questions from the group defiantly stated that "she won't speak Russian anymore, she doesn't have to." They were taken to the hotel without an escort, they were also picked up without them and without passenger lists... In general, it was extremely unpleasant and scary.
I speak English, and I could explain myself to the staff, but 90% of the plane did not speak, and no one from the airport staff cared at all.
During the flight, they were given a loaf and offered drinks (tea, coffee, juice, water).
I flew from Panama to Istanbul, the luggage did not arrive in Istanbul, I created an appeal for two weeks and my luggage was not found, When I contacted the hotline, I was told that the luggage was sent and received by me in Sochi, the luggage is in Istanbul and will be delivered to my house, and so on, a lot of blah blah blah, and as a result, the luggage was never found
Terrible airline. She is not worthy of a single star. There are not even NETS on the seats on the plane. There are no directional air conditioners, only the general one for the salon. The water bottle can only be placed on the floor, since the table rests against the stomach if it is spread out. If you ask for water at night, you will receive an answer that the "bar" is already closed, go to. We were recommended to buy a Turkish tour when buying a tour, but it seems that the difference between regular flights of this airline and charters for Russians is enormous.

it is extremely unpleasant that such an attitude is towards tourists who bring a lot of money to the Turks. We will not fly to Turkey again until the situation changes.

Passengers were taken from hotels. It was delivered in three hours and.... without explaining the reasons for the non-departure, they were pushed out into the street. For 3 hours, a certain lady, clicking seeds and being depressed (literally), rubbed nonsense into people. Tour operators are not our field. Turkish Airline is not our business. Police. Men in jackets. 600 people left to their own devices. No water. No toilets. No information. Shame on the airline. Shame on Anehu. The vacation was ruined.
I bought a ticket two weeks before the planned departure date, on December 1, worth 23,000 rubles. Two days before departure, a notification arrives that the flight was canceled, they offered to exchange it for December 5- but this option does not suit me, I need to fly on December 1. I asked for a refund, they said within a month, or maybe longer, they will give an answer whether the funds will be returned. Okay, I bought another ticket for December 1 of the same company, only for another flight for 25,000 rubles. And at 4:00 in the morning, I receive an email in Turkish and English that this flight was canceled too!!! And what do you think, if they said for the previous canceled flight that they would consider a refund within a month, then they said they would not refund the money for this flight!! As a result, the company Turkishairline robbed me brazenly for 25,000 rubles and possibly + 23,000 rubles! They canceled two flights and don't want to refund the money! I am attaching a letter about the cancellation of the second flight, for which they are not going to refund my money at all!
Turkish completely disappointed. I flew to Baku on a 302 Boeing, which is older than my grandmother. The chairs are all sagged, the backs are not adjustable, the distance between the chairs, even for a skeleton, is small.The service is zero.
