I recently used the Turkish Airlines consulting services and I want to share my experience.

In general, the quality of the consultation is highly appreciated. Turkish Airlines has once again confirmed its reputation as a reliable carrier with excellent service. I recommend contacting their support service!
The worst call center ever. Make yourself comfortable
- In the call center, they address you as "dear"))
- They pick up the phone and are silent
- Their ticket loads in minutes - either the system of the last century or people like that
- Have you ever heard that "there are people waiting on the line, put down the phone, I can't turn off the call". And all because if he hangs up, I will appreciate his fantastic handling of my request.
A very active and quite good airline, BUT
- the staff of this representative office is very unfriendly, it is clear that many operators have been working there for a long time, the level of attitude towards customers is at the level of the 90s.
- the airline itself puts old planes on flights (constantly full to capacity) from Tashkent to Istanbul
- cleaning in airplanes is not good, you pull the monitor out of the armrest and it is stained with a past passenger and so
on - not qualified and service-oriented airline representatives work in the aeropotra at check-in. They do not look at what class of ticket, what status in the loyalty program, because of this, there are often misunderstandings between passengers.
- the airline often changes the pre-selected seats, you fly with a family with children, they do not take into account and seat you…
- you fly, save up points, but when you want to write out several tickets for the accumulated points, the system does not allow you, you can write out a ticket only in your own name, even for family members in the yu family account, you cannot write out! And you also need to pay taxes separately when issuing a ticket for points, if you want to pay taxes with points, then they offer to write off double the number of points))) in general, this is perceived as deception and not honesty
I have been flying Turkish Airlines planes since 2010. I have been using the services of this office all these years. Even when the phone app was launched and it became possible to buy tickets through it, I continued to use their services. Very professional staff with knowledge of at least three languages (Turkish, English, Russian). Plus, most of them speak Uzbek fluently. Special greetings to the girls, Elvira and Natasha. There were cases when, after business hours, from the other side of the continent, he asked them for help and received it.
I couldn't change my ticket for 3 weeks through the website, the app and the Turkish call center. But the staff of the representative office helped to resolve the issue, for which I am very grateful, they even helped to save money!

The stewards and flight attendants look at you like you're a turd. They brought food and did not take away the dishes for more than an hour , everyone sat and held them in their hands , and they walked around chatting ! There are no electronic queues, they do not update phone numbers in GOOGLE maps and I think in other payment forms as well, they save on the SMM manager. They serve slowly, there are always queues. Half of the operators are not experienced, the only good thing is that there is a Russian girl, she is the most experienced and fast, and you have to go to her, the rest can't really find a ticket or make an UPGRADE class. Just a drop!
This is not the first time I have come across a very inhospitable and inhospitable service in this place. Employees communicate with customers with inexplicable arrogance and condescension. It is impossible to get through and clarify information about your tickets by phone.
In general, if there are other branches or other companies with similar services, I will definitely try to look at the service elsewhere if necessary.
They don't pick up the phone, they answered my questions that they don't have a phone, only an internal one, which is strange for such an organization. It's not clear.

We flew on the route Moscow - Istanbul, Istanbul - Cape Town. The planes are new, the food is good, all flights are without delays, the application is normal
