We flew on a honeymoon to the Maldives with a Sweet tour. And it was the best vacation of my life. Thanks to Alyona for her patience and attention!
The hotel was amazing, where almost everything was on 11 out of 10, like animated pictures from the Internet. The beaches were incredibly beautiful, the white fine sand, the food - it seemed there was everything you could imagine. There were always fish and seafood (shrimp, squid, octopus, etc.). An amazing selection of fruits, almost everything is exotic!! - pitahaya, pineapples, mango, passion fruit, sour cream apple, jackfruit, sapodilla, guava and many others!
When booking the tour, we warned that we would be newlyweds, and the travel agent asked us to reset the marriage certificate immediately after the wedding and wrote a letter to the hotel asking them to make us a gift for the wedding day. And how nice it was when we arrived on the island and found out that as a gift for one night we were upgraded to a room category and given a water villa (by the way, the most expensive type of accommodation on the island). Cool!!! Thank you!!!
The vacation itself was incredibly high, a real paradise on earth!
Thank you sweet tour for taking into account all our whims (no transfers to Russia, no Aeroflot, no inconvenient transfers, no inconvenient transfer there in the Maldives). By the way, the hotel was chosen for us so that we got to our island very quickly and without expectations, because it is not far from the airport and the hotel has its own yachts, on which they comfortably pick up / take small groups of tourists from / to the airport.
Well, another plus of our thoughtful tour is a whole day in Dubai. We arrived early in the morning and left at night. And in the end, we walked around Dubai all day and saw the city.
The travel agent also helped to determine the category of the trip, for which we thank her very much! Because as a result, we had the opportunity to use ALL the buns of the island for free (and this is golf, and tennis, and padel tennis, and kayaks, and a bunch more). We didn't spend a penny there, because we had a super full package. And there weren't many such people on the island, by the way)))
On the way back, it was inconvenient for us to check in electronically (due to the time difference, and we went to bed early), the travel agent came into our situation and at her own time, almost at 10 p.m. it was necessary, checked us in for a flight with good seats.

Having chosen this travel agency, we did not think that we would encounter such an attitude from the tour operator Alyona. When ordering the tour, the emphasis was on the sandy beach at the hotel, as a result, upon arrival there was no sandy private beach (as the tour operator assured us). When she came to the travel agency, when the documents for the tour were ready, the travel agent gave them simply in a regular file (while other agencies collect a folder with all the documents, a pen, a notebook, samples of filling out cards at the airport upon arrival) with the words "Have a good rest". What do you mean??? There was no explanation from her, neither about booking seats, nor about a visa, nor about registration for a day, nor interest in us returning to her for a tour again, especially. She couldn't make a reservation for seats on the plane either (special thanks to Danik here, he decided to help and everything worked out for him from the 1st time). I had to register online on the Belavia website myself. After completing the registration, I sent a screenshot to the travel agent to make sure that I did everything correctly and actually registered. To which she replied (verbatim): "well, yes, you will definitely find out at the airport." What does it mean to find out exactly at the airport? Even then, the idea crept in that a person was not competent in his business. Upon arrival at the airport, as it turned out, we were the only ones who did not have a sample of filling out the migration card, our travel agent did not take care of this. After a day of rest, our travel agent decided to ask how we flew and if we had the seats on the plane that Danik had booked for us!! Not her!!! When I began to present specific facts that we were not satisfied with and that we did not see what we emphasized when booking the tour, we were told: "You are not the first in this hotel, everything is there, you just need to speak specifically, ask correctly, do not see each other for divorces, etc." As it turned out, the phrase "You are not the first there, I had 20 people fly before you and everyone liked everything" is her favorite phrase. To my question about migration cards at the airport, or rather why we were not given anything, the answer came: "We ordered new cards, they ran out, so they were not issued." But when transferring all the documents, no one told us about it, did not pay attention to it, although it would be possible to simply print a sample from the Internet, at least by hand mark what needs to be written in Russian (as was the case with others). Then, in correspondence with something to us again, she dropped information about the hotel, which I had read on the Internet myself a long time ago. There is a separate story with the beach. It turned out that a man sitting at the agency proved to me that there is a sandy beach there, we just did not find it. Complete nonsense. There was no sandy beach there, with the inability to swim, the person simply remained without the sea, we were not satisfied with panton at all (this was discussed at the time of booking, but we were assured otherwise). As a result, we got absolutely not what we wanted. There was no clear answer to all my claims, everything was around and around, there were not even words of apology, and some messages still remained unanswered. A travel agent would not be recommended to anyone!!! To return to this agency again - NEVER!!! They have already lost at least 3 more potential customers, word of mouth has not been canceled!
