An interesting place for large companies. Large detached buildings with a separate entrance. The interior is well-maintained. Several bathrooms with showers. Wooden beds. Kitchen with all accessories. Your own barbecue. The sauna is a separate building and is paid separately from the stay. Make up your own entertainment.
We saw young Boy Scouts coming, groups of children with escorts. They burn a bonfire, roast something, shoot homemade bows, etc.
In my opinion, it's good that there are such places.

The former camp is not suitable for winter accommodation. It's cold in the houses, we tried to negotiate to increase the temperature, but without success: the boiler room is not designed. And this is at a temperature of -1 outside. In the sauna, the pool is cold at 20 degrees, although they said it was warm.

Vacationed with friends on the weekend is a very nice place. A beautiful forest, a good bathhouse with a font (spacious and clean), the house is also well made, there were enough beds for everyone ( cozy and pleasant). The only disadvantage, for me, is that it is far from the city, BUT public transport goes here, you can build under it.

The place is great! Forest, silence, fresh air! You can stop by the company, kebabs, a sauna with a swimming pool. Cottages are rented on weekends and weekdays! I recommend it!

A great place to relax outside the city, on the territory of 2 large houses, a gazebo, a sauna. There is a swimming pool on site, which can be used by everyone. There is a minibus service from Uruchye metro station.

We rested in one of the cottages- the impressions were positive: well-groomed territory, neat repairs inside, lots of beds + each room has its own bathroom.node. Spacious kitchen, tables/chairs with stock.
The bathhouse is good, but there were not enough bedding and hats

We rented a house with a sauna on 13.01.24
The house is nice, but there is one disadvantage - it is very cold. They couldn't make it any warmer, because there is only one boiler room... As a result, the guests all left because it was impossible to spend the night.
The sauna is good, but there is also a question of heating the recreation room.
If the temperature outside was at least +10, it would be good.

It's a great place. We were there on NG 20-21 and on DR18.09.21. The bathhouse is one of the best. The steam is soft and sluggish. By the way, on firewood!!!We were in 21 houses. The fireplace in the kitchen is a theme - it roasts as needed. The rooms were warm, there are small heaters and there are more than enough of them. The pool on the street is a test. There is a gazebo there to roast and repair. In short, I think we'll roll up here when it's warmer. In the photo, a party in the style of the 90s))
