I liked everything: communication with the manager (quick answers to all questions about the tour and tips on other points), an amazing guide, told me a lot and interestingly, the route is thought out, there is enough time, not running and not delayed, transport corresponding to the road.

Deadly Dangerous tour Used the services of Tourist LLC to organize a one-day jeep tour. During the trip, our safety was compromised - the driver ignored all traffic rules, drove into the oncoming lane in a prohibited place, did not let the phone out of his hands, exceeded the speed limit, etc. He did not respond to the comments, while he did not speak any language other than Kazakh. The travel company, which I contacted after the tour with a description of the situation, simply ignored my appeals. I do not recommend contacting them if you value your safety.

I went on 3 excursions organized by this travel agency. I liked everything very much. The organization is on top, they approach the matter very responsibly.

There is no service. We left an application 3 weeks ago for the organization of an individual tour. The manager said, yes, yes, we will do everything. And then I stopped answering questions on votspan, how was our tour? If such an attitude is at the stage of organization, then it is definitely not worth going with such a company...

The agency is located in the 9th microdistrict, near the eternal flame. We took two excursions along the Khiva highway and the Patron Saints. All tours match the description. The price includes a bus and a guide (per person for group excursions the cost is 6000 tenge). Lunch is paid extra, or if desired, you can take a snack with you. I recommend it!
