Rooms were okay, reception staff cooperative. Food tasted good, but restaurant staff were not cooperative, probably due to language barrier, and also they were not trained to deal with dynamic changes in the situation. Often, the restaurant had no billing clerk. Waiters were not bothered to take accurate orders and avoided any eye contact or other forms of communication. Clear lacking of empathy felt by waiters and restaurant staff.
We would like to thank the hotel staff. I would like to note that everyone is very friendly and polite, so an atmosphere of good rest and good mood is created. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and warm. Delicious breakfasts. We have already been here twice, we hope to come again! Thanks a lot to everyone!
The overall impression is not bad.The food in the restaurant is of course delicious, but compote....I understand it's being bred, but not as much.
The rooms are not bad, everything is there and toilet paper, soap and towels.The beds are quite comfortable, the bed linen is clean, but....the TV is not working, the table is poorly cleaned, because there is dried food left....There is a lot of dust under the beds, garbage.Behind one of the beds, they found an unclear bottle with some kind of mineral water or something else....The interior door is cracked, the room key has fallen apart...Towels with some stains, and I wanted to clean the shower tray....
All this slightly spoiled the impression of the room.The room will go to sleep with you, but no more.It feels like the cleaning staff there is just half the rate....
