The polite staff told us what and where, where to go, what to visit. The rooms are not expensive (the standard for one person is within 10,000 tenge / day. And the price includes breakfast. The room was small but cozy. Of the cons: WiFi is only in foy not far from the elevator, the room with a balcony (you can smoke on the balcony) faced a busy road.
Otherwise, it is very cozy, homely, you can say "Soviet" (in a good sense of the word).

Non-standard double room, two beds. The room is microscopic. You need to go sideways into the hallway, then into the room, otherwise the front door opening into the room will not close, then you can only take off your shoes. But judging by the floor covering, they don't take off their shoes in the rooms. The service itself, the staff without comments. But alas, they do not stay in hotels for the sake of good service and friendly staff.. The linen is stained. Everything is washed down to pellets and holes. Mattresses with protruding springs, it is not possible to sleep on them. The room itself is not really a double room, but a single room. You can't walk between two beds standing against the walls together. The shower is just a name. The mixer leaks in several places. It is suggested to wash simply in the toilet while standing on the toilet. On the second night we took another junior suite. 316 room DO NOT TAKE it!! It is impossible to sleep on this mattress. All the furniture is in a deeply rolled form, it does not match in the photo. I do not recommend the hotel.

Extremely average. The rooms are simple. The double room had 2 single beds, you can sleep together for a couple of nights. The bathroom door didn't close in the room. But in general it was clean, fresh bath accessories were waiting for us, there are no complaints about the staff. The food is not very good at all. For breakfast there is a mountain porridge, for lunch there is burnt soup (here you just have to try).

In some distant rooms, wi-fi does not catch because of the thick concrete walls, Soviet-built. I'll have to go out into the hallway. If you need a good wi-fi signal, take rooms closer to the lobby.
