3. Good briefing - they told us everything: how the tour will go, where we will go, and what time we will return
4. During the trip, the guide is always there - polite, calm, diplomatic - Sergey went with us.
5. Lunch is a mini buffet, but satisfying. Two types of Thai soup, chicken legs with noodles or rice, tomato sauce, baked vegetables, fresh vegetables, watermelon, tea/coffee
Snorkeling masks were given out for free - the masks are almost new, good
There is a cooler with water and soda on the speedboard - everything is free
I got a great captain - we sailed smoothly, but in the end the other members of the tour already asked him to drift - it was fun)

Excellent agency.
We booked excursions to Bond Island and jet skis. Both tours were recommended by this agency. We have never regretted it. Everything was perfectly organized. From the transfer to the tour itself. There were a lot of treats in the form of cookies on the boat, fruits, water and Coca-Cola. Thank you very much for such impressions and emotions.

They had the nicest price on O.James Bond. I really didn't like that we were immediately categorically told that even if you get sick and die during the day and don't go on the tour, you will still have to pay. I think it's rude and not pleasant. But everything turned out well in the end. They were picked up in time, and the Russian guide met them at the port. He gave scant information, and did not tell about the Gypsy village at all. What we understood from the English guide's monologue, we understood. Unfortunately, the level of guides working with Russian tourists in Thailand has dropped dramatically. Their function is purely maintenance, nothing more. So don't wait too long. You won't be disappointed.

We took 2 excursions before consulting and transferring an advance payment - Khao lak with elephants and 11 islands for one day (without an overnight stay). Everything is interesting, the organization is excellent. The timing is sustained. Everyone is provided for. Somewhere they tried to embrace the immensity, so they were in a hurry, but they were happy with everything. For each of the excursions without extreme - you can take children. I think it was possible to take a three-year-old daughter to the islands. The 6-year-old child suffered superbly, with great interest. And I was diving with a mask, and I was catching crabs and kicking a monitor lizard on the tail, I'm sorry. Oh, we also took the flight of Hanuman park with a zipline. Everything is very cool organized from all sides. It is absolutely safe and possible with children. But I wanted more extreme. You stand at a height of 30 meters and it's not so scary because of the greenery. But it is certainly beautiful.

Khao Lak Tour (Safari), April 2024
The impression of the trip was more negative and was influenced by several facts.
First. According to the program, at the beginning there is rafting on the river on bamboo rafts. During our trip, the rivers were dry and the guide knew about it in advance. But instead of replacing this entertainment with something else, it was abandoned and the locals dragged us OVER the ROCKS for 30 minutes. It is absolutely not clear why this is necessary.
Second. Elephant ride. That was a complete disappointment for me! Don't even expect to be rolled for the stated 30 minutes. But that's not even the point. I was shocked when asked to take a photo on MY PHONE, the Thai asked for 100 baht)) And when I politely refused and asked the girl riding in front of me to take a picture of me, he just drove the elephant to overtake her and dropped me off as soon as possible. When I told the guide about it, he just replied: That's how they earn money. All the tourists from our group were shocked by this, and my mood turned sour.
And also, if you want to feed an elephant, you need to buy bananas for 100 baht. If you want to feed the monkeys, then this is another 100 baht)) Naturally, you will be offered a photo on an elephant in a frame and this is 250 baht. Considering that the cost of the tour is not small, it is not very pleasant to make all these additional payments.
In general, if you consider this tour, then be prepared for the fact that you will spend most of your time on the road and it is very exhausting. If you are interested in it, first of all, because of the elephants, but it is better to consider another option, much closer and more convenient.
I have heard positive impressions about this tour from other people who traveled with other guides and from other organizations. Therefore, I do not recommend choosing this option for this tour.

We went on a sightseeing tour on September 1 , 2023 . The bus is comfortable , unlike other agencies , they did not take an advance payment , they paid on the bus . The price of the tour is 590 baht , in other agencies 750 -800 baht and above . They didn 't take me to the shops . The group consists of 12 people . Olya liked the guide , good , competent speech, positive, told us a lot of things that we did not know, despite the fact that it was the sixth time in Tae. Other agencies either don't have a guide , or one for two buses, because it's low season, Olya was with us all the time . I recommend this travel agency. The only drawback is the long return transfer. We took people to other beaches , got into traffic jams and arrived at Patong at 17 o'clock . And another wish is to bring it somewhere for lunch , to some restaurant , at least for half an hour, because it's hard to go a whole day without food .

And did you not know that the water is high and it is not possible to ride in full volume along the mangrove forests? The car is not equipped with a microphone. We couldn't hear anything. Ekaterina, the tour guide, spent 1.5-2 hours on the phone for the entire trip from place to place. No information about the country, no historical facts.This is not a tour guide. The day was wasted, and so was the money.

I was ready for anything, but the tour pleasantly surprised me. They took me to Phi Phi. One of the main advantages is the on-site post-payment. We arrived at the pier at about 7:30, drank tea with toast, and were told what awaits us and what we need to make the trip comfortable. I do not advise you to take slippers at the waiting point, they are 2 times more expensive than boarding motorboats or buy them in advance, as you can scratch yourself on coral reefs. In general, you can do without them, on many beaches where we were brought during the tour, there was sand, there is no such thing that it was impossible to walk. Lunch is included in the price of the tour, simple but satisfying. There were stalls with food and all sorts of stuff at some stops, but the prices are too high, so a coconut will cost you from 100 baht, so if you want, you can take a snack with you. You definitely need a sunscreen, you will swim a lot, we applied it in the morning and left it in the room, which we later regretted. And yes, I did not notice rudeness, rudeness, probably those who wrote negative reviews did something wrong themselves, did not comply with the terms and agreements

The WORST excursion in the history of mankind. We went to the Buddha. If you are interested in an excursion, then you are not here. At the very beginning, the guide said that there would be 2 buses today, so he hopped between the buses, constantly forgetting who and what he was telling. And all he said was about the tsunami and latkes. The end.
The tour was not thought out from the word at all, they brought it to the observation deck, told to walk for 45 minutes. After 5 minutes, people were hanging around like zombies from a movie, not knowing what to do. But on the Buddha they gave 30 minutes and everything was running.
If you want to go to the Buddha, take a taxi, the price is 400 baht. You can order through the In drive app.

Irresponsible, boorish attitude, booked tickets to the Simon Cabaret transfer show, not only did the tour operator write to each message, I clarify, and there was no response, so after waiting 1 hour at the reception they said you would not make it to the show, the last evening on vacation was ruined, after that it was written, you have failures and all diseases, at the same time, there was not a single violation on our part, such an attitude is simply unattainable.

We bought 3 excursions from the Tour Guide:
- Rafting with ATVs, elephants, flying fox
- Cheo Lan Lake and hot springs
- and the xxx evening show
Russian Russian guided tours, meals and Russian tourists are all available. Our groups were 10-12 people each. There was no crowd at all, it was nice! I specifically asked other tourists for prices on the bus, we had the lowest price. That is, other tourists bought the same thing from another agency, but more expensive. Someone has 100 baht more expensive, someone has 300. They answered us quickly, they made only 50% prepayment for excursions, so it's safer and we feel safer. I recommend it, only because it really turned out that they gave the lowest price! The contents of the excursions corresponded to the promised: there was plenty of food for lunch, drinks and fruits on the road were provided free of charge!

We took 2 excursions: 4 Adaman pearls for 2 days and Khao Lak safari.
Everything is on time, without delay, Russian guides, food is normal. We were satisfied. Before that, I read reviews about this agency, the reviews are contradictory.
But bad reviews were left by those who did not get on the tour. The agency warns that if you cancel the tour in less than 15 hours, 100% of the cost will be deducted. This is the only drawback, there are unpredictable situations.
The prices are pleasant, much lower than in other agencies.
