A very strange manager, in the current situation, began to assure that everything was visually fine with the turbine and in general, most likely, we had made up our minds, and repairs were not required. Having lost a lot of time, we found another service on the Internet, where the manager not only promptly clarified the availability of spare parts, but also agreed with another service regarding the removal and installation of the turbine. The guys got into the situation and did everything in one day (they sat up until night).
I turned to these "specialists" with the repair of the turbine on Passat B6, there was a slight fogging of the air pipe in the cold part. As a result, after installing the turbines after their repair, without leaving the lift to the service station, the oil flowed into the hot part of the turbine!! I had to dismantle it at my own expense, take them to check, as a result, their answer is everything is fine, we checked, look for engine malfunctions!!! The horror! I tell them, are you idiots?? the oil is flowing into the exhaust, where there was not a drop before for 300,000 mileage!!! No one from the management gets in touch, the attitude is boorish!I strongly advise against this service, there are no specialists and equipment there!

- Do not rely on access to the remzone-they will offer to stare at the TV with cameras. There is some kind of equipment, but it is impossible to even understand what kind of equipment it is and whether it works at all.
- The overall impression is that everything is kind of cheap with a service cut, but with the slightest reference to the details it becomes clear what kind of substance it is in a beautiful wrapper.
- As a result, the problem was not solved, they took money for connecting the device for verification. Only I can do the same procedure with a car launcher, which I talked about on the phone. But they can't set it up, they can't. It turns out that they sold an unnecessary procedure for money but did not help in any way.
- I had the turbine returned under warranty. It's not the most pleasant sight. A manager, some kind of master and a lawyer attacked the man(!). Apparently there are enough joints once there is a whole lawyer on staff.
Go or not-decide for yourself. I didn't find any coffee or cookies here.

I called them the day before, clarified how they work, and arrived the next morning. I go in, there are a lot of free managers sitting and everyone is so reluctantly discussing who will conduct a dialogue with me on repairing my turbine. After being examined by a specialist (the manager watched), he sentenced everything that was possible, called the price twice as high as indicated on the Internet and voiced over the phone, he had an argument saying that you did not have the way we thought ... after my indignation, he called a specialist from the repair department, he more specifically named the reason and said that but spare parts which I need is not available. It was proposed to remove and install from a new turbine. To which the manager expressed his displeasure.. as a result, after the conversation, I went out and searched the Internet for competitors and found it cheaper. I went to pick up the turbine and said that I would go to my competitors for cheaper and the price as they said would not change, which they gave me a hard time and wished me a pleasant journey ... repaired from competitors at a price twice lower than that in the turbolider. I screwed it back in as it was, I started clinging again, I came to them and explained, they just sent us, we did our job well, it's your problem with the engine. As a result, I solved the problem myself, adjusted it as it was on the old one and shifted some parts from the old cartridge to the new one, it became less backlash and does not hurt. And the car went as it should. Draw conclusions about what kind of specialists there are.

The appraiser-diognost came, and of course he did not surprise anyone, everything turned out to be dead in the turbine (as soon as I drove), and of course everything was replaced)) that is, payment at the maximum price. But that's just the maximum and so not a small price, of course, has risen even more!!! When talking, why is this so? They heard, "well, I didn't know," "I thought.".. In general, we did not agree on anything, my turbine was given disassembled to the last bolt.. Of course I don't recommend it.. I put it on, it flowed from all the cracks. I brought it back, and then the circus started. Everyone who was there decided to sit on their ears, with red faces and a raised tone, proving to me that I was to blame. They reluctantly took it away, did something for an hour and took out an allegedly newly repaired one. And now, attention!!! they said to pay half the price (340 rubles), allegedly because it was my fault (what was my fault, I did not understand). I paid, I needed a working car, I lost more without it. I put it on - it flowed the same way as the first time. I started writing to the manager, and ignored him in response. I call, they don't answer. I call from another number, explain the situation, they say - now a couple of minutes, we'll figure it out and call back and ignore it again. I brought the turbine to another organization, where they told me that my turbine was assembled from spare parts, shit and branches. Well, to give 680 + 340 rubles for garbage, I took it off twice and put it on for a fee, a lot of downtime was lost. I will take it all away in court, and with all damages covered. Think, "masters," how you deal with people. A satisfied customer will tell 2 friends about you, and a dissatisfied one will tell a thousand. And I'm not just unhappy, I'm on horseback as much as possible.
