This is the second time we have visited sunny Uzbekistan. What can we say - a very friendly country. We saw the desert in Khiva, the famous Bukhara, the green Samarkand, and the versatile Tashkent. We drove through the pass to the Ferghana Valley, visited the famous Kokand and Ferghana. Separately, I would like to note the mountainous Uzbekistan - Chimgan and its surroundings - a paradise for skiers.
We even visited the famous Uchkuduk (I lived there as a child for 8 years in the 70s).
Food is not very expensive, but you need to get used to it. You will not find such gluttony anywhere for such a small amount. Be vigilant, watch your figure :)
We would like to express our special gratitude to the tour operator Turan. We booked individual tours both times. In general, for relatively little money (cheaper than Turkey), we received excellent service. Meeting at the airport, hotel accommodation, individual guides, personal car, etc., etc.
Any issues are resolved instantly (although there were not many of them).
Many thanks to Anatoly, the head, who accompanied us everywhere, both personally and remotely.
The general conclusion is that not everything is good that glitters. Uzbekistan is a great alternative to Turkey and our Krasnodar Territory.
We organized our trip to Uzbekistan. Excellent, all wishes, up to the location of the hotel room are taken into account. The guides and drivers are well chosen. I recommend it!
