Hello everyone. What I didn't like there. Specifically, I lived in room 4 and it was ppc how cold it was (the floor was icy), I told the staff that the room was cold, they replied that they raised the temperature but nothing changed. The water was cold. The toilet door wouldn't close.

A very nice hotel.
There are many advantages
1 this 1.5v water in a PET package was pleasantly surprised. Considering that the tap water is salty.
2. These are 1 single sets of slippers. Toothpaste, napkin, shampoo, soap. Everything is packed.

4 plasma TV with internet connection.
5. This is breakfast. 2 fried eggs, fresh vegetables, and of course yogurt.
But there are also disadvantages.
And 1 it is not possible to adjust the temperature in the room. There is an air conditioner, but at minus 20 at night it does not save.
2. Considering that the problem is with clean water. You can have more drinks or clean pet water in the mini bar. The place allows it.
1.5 liters per 2 bottles is not enough.
3. The shower is poorly thought out. The curtain is falling.
4. Thin walls with adjacent rooms.
I can hear it well.
But you have to pay tribute. The hotel is still very good. I will be happy to use the services.

The manual sucks. They're doing you a favor by staying with them. The light is periodically turned off because of this, the air conditioner does not work accordingly. The air conditioner does not cope with the volume of the room at all. I don't recommend it in general. Look for something expensive.

Since the bedroom is upstairs and the cold air from the air conditioner goes down, it is impossible to sleep upstairs. Very hot. Even in the morning, the sun shines right in the eye! And the stairs are steep. The breakfasts are not very good.

The motel is good, but I do not advise you to go to Kazakhstan, why can I say that for Kazakhstanis it costs DT295tenge, and for Russians 450tenge, so count it, and also a friendly country we help them and they rip us off🙈😡
