Случайно узнала об этом прекрасном месте "Тундра". От племянницы. Обычно долго выбираю и обдумываю места в которое собираюсь пойти на услугу. В этот раз всё было иначе. Энергетически почувствовала, что мне надо туда после рассказа и стрижки племянницы. Я хотела сменить причёску кардинально. С длинных волос на короткие. Я пошла к Наталье. Я очень довольна. Это было то, что мне надо. Стрижка крутая. Волосы отрастают и всё равно остаётся круто и красиво. Пойду снова.

У меня были длинные волосы , приехала убрать длину. Показала референс. Мастер постригла на свой вкус. Что-то наподобие шегги. Мне абсолютно не идет. Сразу после укладки было неплохо, потом… ужас. А запрос был, чтоб без укладки спокойно можно было носить.
Больше туда ни ногой.

I will share my experience of contacting this studio. I applied, hoping for a high level of craftsmen, given the price level of the salon, I fell for reviews and advertising. As a result, I regretted it. I will briefly be offered a complex coloring, although in principle it was possible to do with basal highlighting (its color is between 5 and 6 + gray, the ends are highlighted). Well okay. As a result, 5 hours of work, minus 300 rubles. and spoiled hair. Why did I have to suffer for so long if the result was a shock of bleached hair (which doesn't suit me at all, I'm like a white moth...) and there is no hint of complex coloring, plus now you need to save your hair with masks so that they don't fall out completely... In the end, they finished off that they do not accept payment with cards, only via PAYPAL or in cash, although when I arrived, the client paid with a card ...??? I did not find out (5 hours and ruined hair), I paid in cash, they did not give me a check... When I came home, I also found a ruined dress on the back with paint (white spots)... This is my first time..In general, disappointment and tears.....

I was very upset when I wrote to the studio post factum, and received an answer - "very unexpectedly, according to the formula, there should not be such a color."

I am too lazy to style my hair in the morning, so in a haircut it is important for me that after washing and natural drying, the hair lies as after styling. And they are still lying!
