When the order arrived, we found that we had been given other rolls instead of Bonito, after contacting the administrator, she informed us that they simply forgot to warn us that the tuna chips were out, and they replaced it with sesame seeds, although the whole trick of the roll is in these chips... and forget to say what kind-there is no ingredient-this is already a fat and huge disadvantage for these guys.
The rolls tasted sweet, and it was unclear whether it was the rice that gave the sweetness, or the cucumber.
Everything was fine with the filling, but in Philadelphia, there were huge issues with the fish, the fish itself did not have the smell of salmon, it did not smell like anything, and it colored the rice very much, which should not be at all.
