Chicken kebabs are phenomenal and reasonable

Juicy shaurma, though I can’t imagine people getting XL size. My big enough stomach barely fit L, but was very satisfied.

At the checkout, the young man was friendly with us, quickly accepted the order and payment.
I want to say thank you to the guys who were on shift today and cooked French fries and onion rings for us. They were very polite, tasty and neatly worked. The mood has been lifted!
There are napkins, salt, and pepper on each table. Clear
Food:
I liked the shawarma with chicken, I was surprised by the onion fries inside. The sauce should be changed to kefir-garlic, for example. But it's a matter of taste. French fries and onion rings are hot and crispy.
Sauces (cheese, expressed matsun) were very pleased (especially their quantity).
Cool beer openers hang on the walls (but not very convenient)
Of the minuses, this is a pretty tired hand-washing area.

We were passing through Yerevan, in all guides this shawarma is considered legendary and it is not forgivable not to try it in Yerevan. That's how we came to this institution, I don't really like the format of ordering in one place and transmitting information about the order independently to the chefs, somehow this is not correct, but here such orders are quite common. The biggest disappointment is the shawarma itself, it is so dry to chew it, there is no sauce in it at all. At first, we thought we had misunderstood or ordered the wrong thing. Then we were in another institution of this network, the situation is exactly the same. It is an extremely overrated thing in Yerevan.

I ordered shawarma xl, it felt like the most ordinary one arrived, there was a lot of fat in the meat, instead of pita bread there was a flatbread and very hard, there were no vegetables inside, except onions and a drop of sauce, and literally a drop. The French fries are normal, but not salted, the onion rings are overcooked, and the bun in the burger was gigantic compared to the contents, the cutlet was not very tasty, there were some hard fat pieces inside, the tomato is generally a laugh, there were 0.3 tomatoes from a slice, I cut the tomato myself and reported, in short my Rating 1.3

The shawarma was not warmed up, so it was kept on the grill for 30 seconds and given away (you could have asked to warm it up, but the seller himself must control this).
The tortilla itself is coarse, the meat is salty, there are few greens.

Мальчик, который принимал заказ на кассе, ходит и ест картофель фри из фритюрницы руками
Мясо замороженное, готовят долго, ждали 40 минут
Баранину приготовили вкусно, баранина была жесткая
На кассе посчитали заказанных блюд по два, хотя просили по одному.
Судя по гостям, востребована шаурма. Остальные блюда готовят очень долго.

Заказал доставку, шаурма куринная и кола. Приехала шаурма, кебаб и курьер без сдачи. Фантазировали с ним минут 10, рассчитались. Колу так и не нашли. Виню курьера только в том, что не сказал ужас шаурмы.
Из плюсов: кажется все было свежее
Из минусов:
толстый лаваш которого каким-то чудом не хватает на то, чтобы шаурма не разваливалась во все стороны. Поверьте, вы еще никогда не ели такую жижу. У меня упало «со дна», я нагнулся убрать и еще пол шавы высыпалось на мак. Застратый мак, невкусная шаурма (не доел, выкинул) еще и в сухомятку. GG

There is no display to indicate that the order is ready. We waited a very long time, longer than those who ordered at the checkout. People, I'll say it briefly. I was in the institution back in 2019. It's the best shawarma I've ever eaten. The meat is cooked over an open fire, but apparently in a special way. Incredibly delicious! I still remember and recommend it to all my friends who are planning to visit Yerevan.

Когда заказываешь шаурму/картошку на кассе надо подходить к поварам с этим чеком чтобы они посмотрели на него и сделали то что там написано. То есть по своей сути касса и повара никак не связаны. И при этом шаурма и картошка это 2 разных повара в 2 разных окнах в разных концах зала)) А когда я дал чек оказалось что повара иногда читать не умеют когда там написано 2 строчки что нужно сделать они делают одну.
Сама еда вполне посредственная, лепешки делают свои, но больше никаких интересных или вкусных штук не обнаружил.

На Комитасе начали класть мяло мясо! Нарушены все стандарты! Раньше всегда брали нв Комитасе и было очень вкусно! Сейчас стали известными наверное решили двойную прибыль содрать с клиентов все испортили! Шаверня это мясо они картошка и т.д Цена 1900 драм и так очень высокая хотя бы за такую цену нормально делайте! Нормально кладите мясо как раньше было!! Стали известными все испортили как всегда!!!

Очень дурацкая система покупки еды: в очереди на кассе заказываешь, берешь чек, потом в очереди за шаурмой стоишь отдаешь чек повару, потом в другом конце второй чек от КОМБО отдаешь другому картофельному повару и ждешь, потом подходишь с третьим чеком забираешь это всё по отдельности 🤯 в целом еда ничего, кольца луковые и картошка вкусные, бесплатно дают майонеза много и кетчуп, шаурма в пите с хрустяшками и огурцами неплохая, вкусная, но не прям верх восторга, и из-за системы прям неприятно перед её поеданием...

Заказал доставку шаурмы и картошки утром, приехало максимально быстро, обычно когда еда приезжает быстро от нее хотя бы немного веет свежестью. Тут было иначе шаурма и картошка были холодными, естественно за 5и минутную поездку в машине курьера он не могла так остыть если бы они были свежими и недавно приготовленными. Но тут шаурма выглядит так как будто ждала своего покупателя с прошлого вечера , не говоря уже о том что я впервые в жизни наткнулся на косточки в шаурме, а я ел шаурму почти на всех крупных вокзалах России. В общем несмотря на то что само заведение с улицы выглядит прилично (проходил мимо пару раз, поэтому и решил заказать еду здесь) еда здесь отвратительная, по крайней мере если заказывать доставку.
