We gathered for a package tour to Belek, but even though the transfer included in the voucher was by minibus, they don't care about child safety there, but for me it is important. I started looking for a contractor, a friend, our part-time travel agent, advised this company with the comments "these are proven and reliable." I made an order through the website, then I also contacted whatsapp and clarified that the chair would definitely be of the right category (it is not recommended to repeat, it was made by professional hustlers). At the airport, we were greeted with a sign, the car exceeded expectations - Mercedes Maybach, with WiFi in the cabin and a TV with YouTube (any channel at your request). The child safety seat is of the right category and in good condition. The driver also gave us chilled water, and we sped off. After 40 minutes we were in place. We will also order the services of this company for the return transfer.
That was the end of my admiration, as a car was sent for the return transfer with a child seat not attached to the car. And the driver didn't know how to fasten it, there was no isofix in the car. It was very frustrating. I had to fasten a pair of straps on top of the chair and hold it with my hand for more than an hour so that it does not squeeze the child's neck (photo). The driver delivered it very carefully. But the trust of this company is no longer there.

We had a vacation in Turkey in early July, before the trip we began to look for options for individual transfers, it was scary, but we did not lose.
We were greeted as expected with a full name sign at the exit, upon departure we wanted to change the time of departure from the hotel, wrote to the hotline and we were consulted in Russian.

We arrived in Istanbul in early April, we were met, put in a car, and quickly brought to the hotel despite the traffic jams. The way back is the same. It is very convenient, fast, without delay. I am writing this review in gratitude.
