A cozy warm house. The location is well chosen, there is Parking.there are many shops nearby. Pharmacies, schools, kindergartens. Everything suits for comfortable living.

In winter, the ice is not cleaned at all, it is very difficult to walk. The tile covering near the entrance to the entrance from the street side is just a skating rink! There are two children's educational centers in this house, children are led by grandmothers, grandfathers, they come in swearing that they almost fell. The management of the center asked the KSK to clean or sprinkle something. As a result, nothing has been done!
