I made an appointment for 15:00 by phone. They drove a Camry in front of me at 14:45 and washed it for more than 40 minutes, I don't know exactly how long because I left at 15:35, as if not a 5x2 passenger car drove in but some kind of fighter. Apparently, the administration thinks that I'm signing up for a specific time because I have absolutely nothing to do all day, just stand in parking lots. One star for answering the phone at all the first time, another for the location, it was not possible to evaluate everything else because there was no tent with me to put up and wait for my turn.

The car and engine were washed perfectly. The engine did not start after washing. They helped, dried it with a hairdryer. They started it.
