I am living in this hotel for the second time, so the impression will be for both visits Tufenkian, of course, is very conveniently located, in the very center, walking, taxis, restaurants, cafes,metro… Everything is very convenient… First of all, I want to note this wide service, you can blame the stardom of the hotel, but I think Armenian hospitality is very complementary to it, including meeting at the airport ... very convenient ... a friendly driver and a comfortable car… What else is needed for a traveler from the very beginning...... very fast registration of the reception and in any language… In general, the reception at this hotel has a very welcoming service and atmosphere… Any issues are resolved instantly… My son's shoulder ached, a massage therapist was immediately called, with his couch, by the way, he is very visually impaired, from there the feeling of hands is just an angel, my son was very pleased with this master ... like ancient Yerevan itself, the hotel is located in a historical building, very clean and tidy, noted this for both trips ... in general, it is very clean in Yerevan Of course, you can find fault, but this is rare… They serve breakfast like in a good European hotel, but with a national bias,... Very tasty coffee, it is in the Taufenkian hotel, not all of these can boast, although Armenia is a country of coffee, cognac and smoking.... I remind you that I am writing a personal look!!!… rooms for different wallets, sizes and types… The first time I got a view of the opening day, now the room was the size I like Big size, but the view was alas from the neighboring hotel… But the construction schedule was followed very well, so I didn't notice anything and didn't feel any discomfort.… I even had dinner this time… It so happened... we arrived late after excursions... had a nice meal and even drank a glass of pomegranate wine… As always, it's amazing… I can say that the service that I have met in all my travels is better… These are Qatar and Armenia.... The hotel has a good atmosphere corresponding to the historical building… All services correspond to the star rating of the hotel, I do not even want, although I have already lived in other hotels in Armenia, to change my place of residence when visiting this country, good bed linen, towels, bathrobes and other pleasant little things for a traveler, you will find this very few places in Europe... my son tasted coffee cognac, did not even know that there was such a thing... I enjoyed a glass in the lobby every evening, it's small inside, but by the way it's very cozy… The cleaning in the rooms is very high quality, any requests are fulfilled immediately ... To my shame, the production of Carpets that are located in this building has not yet entered ... I will fix it in the spring ... Cons I can only indicate sound insulation but the lack of ancient buildings, in Venice I faced the same!!!... the transfer was also taken back to the airport, also at the hotel.....thanks !!!

The hotel is located 1 block from the city center, which is very convenient.
The hotel is located in the very center of the city and all the sights are within walking distance, while there are no noisy roads nearby.
Just a few minutes from Republic Square, and across the street is the Vernissage market.
I have already stayed for the fourth time and have already booked for October. Large rooms and a laconic atmosphere when there is nothing superfluous.
The opportunity to see the traditions of carpet weaving without leaving the hotel!
The room is clean and cozy. The set included all the bathroom accessories.
The room was cleaned every day.
I recommend it to all those who want to plunge into the homely and original Armenian culture and have a delicious meal!

The hotel is beautiful, but unreasonably expensive. In a room that costs 15 thousand rubles, you literally can't turn around! Breakfast costs 2 thousand rubles per person! I don't know what they charge such money for. The pool is small, on the street it is sandwiched between buildings without a picturesque view and without sun. I stopped several times. Everything was fine, but the last time they put me in front of a construction site, at 8 a.m. they started hammering and workers walked in front of the window. I wasn't warned in advance, otherwise I wouldn't have stayed there. Then they didn't really apologize, or rather, everyone clearly didn't care. I don't stay there anymore. The breakfast is generally good, but modest. At breakfast, the staff were not friendly, which is a rarity in Armenia. The last time they didn't put moisturizing lotion in the bathroom. In total, the quality does not match the price, everything is much cooler next to it at the same price, and with fitness facilities and a sauna, which is not in Tufenkian.

I stayed at the hotel 2 times. Everything was fine the first time. The second time it was terrible. I ordered a room through WhatsApp – they just didn't answer me. After about 12 hours, I sent a reminder, and only then confirmed the reservation. When I arrived, I was given a room 10 meters from the construction site. At 8 a.m., heavy construction work began, and people were walking outside the window. After I complained, I was moved to another room. In the second room, hot and cold water was running badly in the sink, and there was no cream after the shower. In general, the impressions are disgusting, I will not stay at this hotel anymore and I do not advise others.

The hotel left negative impressions. The only plus is the location.otherwise:
1. expensive. and the problem is not in the price itself, but in the fact that it does not match the quality.
2. They position themselves as a historical hotel, and the rooms are boring, shabby and with an ordinary interior.
3. Maintenance-...corkscrew and 2 glasses waited 2.5 hours and after the 3rd angry call-they were brought.
4. The rooms are "tired" with obvious signs of low-grade repairs.
5. Not a bad tomorrow. But it doesn't pull for 4 stars.
In general, the city is full of great alternatives.

The hotel leaves much to be desired. My family was disappointed. The breakfast is terrible, there is nothing to eat, for the first time I saw such a tasteless breakfast. The only consolation, the pleasant girl manager kindly made a latte, it was delicious, otherwise they would have been completely hungry. They settled with a view of the construction site, they are hammering all day, even on Saturday. They did not respond to the request to relocate Nick, although there were few guests. There were only three families at breakfast. In general, I strongly do not recommend it. The city is beautiful, beautiful, there are a lot of places in the center that are much more comfortable for such money.

The Internet in the room is weak. The Armenian cuisine restaurant (we had dinner) is excellent. At the same time, breakfast is on "3", the choice is very small, the dishes are not delicious at all. At least, I only ate jam and drank coffee with an appetite. It took me to print out some documents, I managed only at the reception desk, because there is no business center on the second floor. The roadway next to the hotel is very narrow and busy.

Awesome hotel. We rested comfortably and in beauty. Located in the very center, the vernissage is under the windows, the main attractions are just a stone's throw away, museums, restaurants. The rooms are cleaned every day. Its own restaurant of Armenian cuisine and a workshop where carpets are woven. Everything is in a modern style with a pronounced Armenian folk accent.
