I recently found out that Tucano Coffe started using the UDS application. And they only talk about it in a coffee shop in the city center. I visit Tucano in MALL Dova more often. I asked the waiters about the application and they indignantly said that it was not their problem to inform visitors and visitors themselves should know about this application. I explained that it would be great if the waiters at least told me that there is such an application and that there is an opportunity to remind the waiters. But the waiters at Mall Dova continued to be rude and say that it's up to customers to know about UDS. Rudeness struck. Moreover, your coffee is not the cheapest. At a minimum, I would like to count on the courtesy of those who work. For my part, I will not be lazy and write about, to put it mildly, the impoliteness of your staff in MallDova on all sites and in all applications of coffee shops. It's great that the "Owner" answers the comments here. I want to believe that he will explain that politeness with customers is the main thing. Especially if the client did not ask for anything extra-possible.
