I came to their cable in June, refused Internet services, left only cable. I asked where to pay, they replied to the same personal account. I paid there as well . I 'm crying here , I see the money is not being debited , I started calling them there . They say they turned off the cable for non-payment . Well, how about non-payment if I'm paying? Pay on the wrong account, the operator says, come and write an application for transferring money. I took a taxi and arrived . They say I needed to print out the payment receipts. I say, why doesn't the operator talk about it? Do I have to run around looking for where to print it and pay money for it? I ran to the store, printed it out, and wrote a statement. I paid 10 thousand tenge for Caspi and they had to transfer 8000 tenge .All this has been going on since December 13, cable has not been working. Today I'm calling again, they say your debt has been disconnected. Well, as a debt, if I paid 18 thousand, she ran away and put the phone down somewhere. Then they call back and say you need to come write an application for connection. What kind of statement? Why wasn't I told about this on December 13th? I'm in the hospital now, how do I run? Well, then why do they tell you cable? So do you charge for this? What kind of employees are these? How much does it take to shake your nerves because of their incompetence? In civilized countries, everything already happens automatically.
The worst provider. The quality of the Internet connection leaves much to be desired. To be honest, I don't understand what kind of services they charge such prices for. Not only does this data not correspond to reality, but it may also not work due to weather conditions (wind, rain, snow, Venus in Jupiter), in general, something like that. There don't seem to be any questions for the staff, but it seems that there are, well, those who laid communications, antennas, traps and everything like that. Unfortunately, there is no good analogue.
The usual TTK office is conveniently located, you can easily get to it.Now, however, the cash registers have been removed and therefore they have become online, this is bad for those who do not know how to use online services. It was easier for me to go and pay at the checkout, too.
